Since Crystal is no longer in the company now Fatima takes care of me and she always gets me a good customer service just like when crystal was there. Fatima takes her job seriously and I do like that. π―.

I do not recommend doing business here at all, go else where !! Worst customer service I have ever gotten, especially employee named Luis who is extremely rude and ignorant, acts like heβs doing you a favor by selling you stuff. He will talk down upon you in a very disrespectful way. Like I said definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Rudest place, no one even smiled or acknowledged my daughter or me. We walked through the entire showroom past many designers and sales staff but was totally ignored. Too many tile places to choose from in Dallas so save your time and DONT GO TO DALTILE.
By far, the worse customer service Iβve ever experienced. This is the Wallace Dr. facility, not the showroom. They donβt answer the phone or they pick it up and hang it right back up. This happened several times today. I guess this is acceptable service to them. Iβve had to pick up material there at least 5 times in the past 6-7 years. Itβs always the worse service, no matter which person you deal with. They have some sort of attitude, like they hate their job. That means itβs a culture issue starting from the top at that location in Carrollton.I do not recommend dealing with this place.
Worst-ever place to buy tiles. They quoted prices for same thing other branches of Daltile quoted less than half. Stay away folks.
When you actually place your order you are speaking with confused and disinterested sales people that do not seem to know anything about the products. I was trying to order 250 sf. of a tile and when I went to pick up my order, they only placed an order for 25 sf. They also told me the order would be complete with the chair rail pieces, however it was not. This is after several different people gave me mixed answers as to whether or not my order was complete since the day my order was placed. Needless to say, nobody knows what they are doing and they do not seemed concerned with customer satisfaction. I am a designer and have worked with many tile companies and this is by far the worst experience that I have had.
Front girls NEVER seem happy and usually are having inappropriate phone calls or conversations out loud. And Iβm confused on why I always have to go back to my car and then go back to the loading dock and give them the piece of paper that they couldβve just passed along to them in the office in order to get my tiles? Seems like a step that can be avoided and would speed up the process ..

Worst Service I have had anywhere! For as big as this company is you would think they would give them a couple of courses in customer service. I dread ever having to pick up tile from this particular store. The other locations are not like this.
I have had huge customer service issues at this branch before, but I have to say I received the best CS from Dawn at the Carrollton location. She went above and beyond for a full week updating me on my tile location.

They had several slabs out for viewing only for us to be told they werent available. They seemed friendly enough, took our number, was supposed to check on a couple of slabs and call us. They never did
