Placed on order over the phone. Mr. Derrick was knowledgeable of the item and was able to locate one in Houston. Shipped to Dallas and picked it up a few days later. Upon meeting with Derrick, I found that he was professional and super nice to deal with. I am very pleased with him and Ram Tools.

If youre delivering here, please call ahead and set up delivery appointment since there is limited amount of parking available for big trucks. They unload very fast
