Love my BMW I purchased from here. I did get a great deal on price, help with financing and invited to a company party. They are not the best at picking up the phone during office hours. Your best bet is to drive by there and see the selection of vehicles available. I originally came upon this place looking for a jaguar, but the car would not start. I am sure it would have been fine after being on a battery charger for a bit however, during the time the jaguar was sitting on a battery charger, I fell in love with a BMW convertible. I ended up leaving with a 650i sports car.

Salesman was extremely professional. After finding the car online, I called and they offered to bring the car inside and out of the lot as it was raining. When I arrived they had the car in a well lit portion of the shop, allowed me to crawl under and around the vehicle. They were up front with what they knew and did not know about the history of the vehicle, offered Car Fax report up front without me even asking. AND above all, I told them up front I was not purchasing that day and had a few more cars to look at they WERE NOT pushy at all. They simply asked what I would pay, and took my phone number down so they could call me back on a price. Which they did promptly. When I came back a few days later we took it for a test drive, inspected everything again and I decided to buy. Paperwork was very simple, everything was explained in full up front. Cant say enough good things. There was no hint of the stereotypical car salesman here. Just up front, honest work. Will easily go back for my next car.

My family and I purchased a Jeep from here, staff was helpful. They made us feel right at home. answered all my questions and concerns. Made the buying process very easy, will be returning in the summer to purchase a car for my son.

I was interested in one of their vehicles so I gave them a call and spoke to Ryan. I was purchasing from out of state so I asked to get a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. There were minor repairs and details that came up on the inspection. Ryan took it to the manufacturer to get the repairs done. When I flew in to Dallas, Ryan was there to pick me up. The car looked great and ran great. Within a week of making the first call, I purchased the car. I definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Ryan to help you. Hes very responsive and goes out of his way to make his customers happy.

Today, my husband went there to get our coolant replaced on our Infiniti. However, it took the secretary 2 hours to verify my warranty. Then another 2 hours to service my truck (TOTAL of 4 HOURS). This is not customer service. I would not suggest this establishment to my family nor friends to get service there. OTHER CONSUMERS - Please do not waste your time nor your money. Learn from an unhappy customer. I will NOT return.

My experience at Bavarian has been outstanding! The staff were friendly and made sure my concerns were addressed.

I bought an 04 Audi S4 there. And before I did the lady said there was a check engine light on and it would cost 200 dollars to fix. I said ok and after I bought it I took it to a shop and they pointed out to me that the timing chain would have to be replaced and head gaskets and pullies. The mechanic quoted me a price of 14 thousand dollars. So bottom line is don’t trust what the dealership says. Worst car buying experience by far. I would never tell anyone to buy from them

Said they had a vehicle we could look at and that the price just dropped 2700$. When we show up (which was 20 mins later) that the car had been sold 5 mins ago. Tried to bait and switch us wouldnt trust these people as far as I could a Ford F-350.

Said he was going to fix my car but he was moving shops I called him back like seven times for him to finally tell me that he couldnt help me and then he started avoiding my phone calls very unprofessional for a name brand high-end automobile body shop
