I was very pleased with Drew from the moment I walked into this TMobile store until I left. I purchased a new phone and Drew was very patient and kind to me. I am 73yrs of age and was intimidated with learning another phone. He walked me through each step. Thank you Drew. Very good experience
Several months ago, I went into this T-Mobile authorized dealer to upgrade my mobile phone. That transaction went fine. Juan then mentioned I was eligible for a one time free additional line for a one time $25 fee. In addition, he said they had a promotion on the phone I upgraded to and he could provide a free phone for the second line. I have been in the wireless industry for 25 years and that sounded too good to be true. However, he convinced me it was real. He warned me because of the merger, I would get charged for phone and line, but it would catch up on the third invoice. I have now paid almost $600 for my free phone and line. Each time I call Sprint and T-Mobile customer service, they said they have never heard of such promotions. Juan keeps saying his company knows what is going on and will email me with details of the credit. I never received an email. In addition, the District Manager, Jose Lorez (sp) was supposed to follow up with me and never did. I would think twice about doing business with this authorized dealer of T-Mobile. If they misrepresent, you are on your own. T-Mobile or Sprint is not going to stand behind their errors.
I have been a T- Mobile customer for years. I walked in to take care of a couple things. I was told by the 2 representatives that they could not help me because they are not customer service. This is the reason I will be leaving T- Mobile. This is the worst example of customer experience.
I was there today to purchase 2 phones for my kids and I walk out . This girl was so rude and doesn’t know how to handle customers. I know how difficult is to hire people this days because I own a business too, but this is a bad decision. She was rude and Eve talks back to you alike she doesn’t know what she did wrong. Her mouth say the words, but her tone and look says different thing . I left and went to T Mobile in old Denton and There were 3 guys there with greeting when you walk in. So I guess it shows how managers runs the stores.
Love this store and the young men who work there. Danny and Mark are awesome! They were helpful, knew answers that other stores didn’t. They didn’t hurry us or pressure us. We went in because we were considering changing our whole family over from AT&T. It’s because of their great service that we ended up pulling the plug and going with Tmobile!
Nina was extremely helpful and polite, I’d come back just for her! She was able to help us pull up out account and clear up our confusion and did all she could to help us solve our Apple ID issues. She was so patient and they were a great help, thank you so much!

I was really nervous about switching from someone else’s phone plan on a different network to here. I was afraid it was going to be a long and tedious process but everyone made it so easy! Xavier helped with the presale of my iPhone 12 and Daniel helped me get everything set up this morning. Everyone at this location is great, friendly and helpful. I love my new phone!
The posted store hours for fridays is 8pm. I drove up at 745pm and the store was closed. When I went the next morning, the store agent (Xavier) was not wearing a mask. I was wearing one to protect myself and others. Him not wearing a mask gave me the impression he was not concerned about me or my wellbeing.
Not good service, they’re not even gentle or kind with customers, and there’s the impretion that if they don’t get a comission they dont help you, and they dont even say it in the right way, like if they’re saying is your problem

I went in to ask about switching carriers and was expecting a whole bunch of numbers thrown at me. However, Mayra explained to me the features and plans available. She was phenomenal and Im glad to say I am now part of the T-Mobile family. I strongly recommend going to this store as the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
When they change their cell phone, either with insurance or with t mobile they deliver reconditioned, malfunctioning and repaired phones with poor quality. They get damaged very quickly. they are cheats, they steal ones money because one has to pay $ 100.00 for a part with that quality so low that it only costs $ 10.00.
I didnt want to leave a bad review but I have to be honest. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a minimum 10 years altogether and I have never had an experience that I could not get over until now. I went into the store with an issue the manager I believe name Juan attempted to help me at that time he himself admitted that there had to be some issue or error on T-Mobiles end however I left the store with no resolution. He assured me that he would help and to follow up with him which I did several times to no avail every time I spoke with him he said that he would get back with me which never happened I ultimately gave up and had to handle my concerns over the phone with T-Mobile customer service. I was very upset about what happened and I still am at no time did I receive exceptional customer service or even mediocre when dealing with this store I will never do business here.

To Kyle Jenkins:The reps and managers dont make the policies, just because the other stores want to waive the fee doesnt mean you have to be a jerk just because theyre doing their jobs and following the policies. The Samsung On5 is a great phone for the price, but again you get what you pay for if you cant afford an upgrade fee thats clearly your own personal problem. I needed to find a case for my new S10. They did not have the one I wanted in the color I wanted but the rep, AJ, was very helpful with alternate suggestions. I am happy with the choice and now my phone will be protected. Thanks Tmobile for your excellent customer service!

I called ahead to tell them I was coming on my lunch break, they helped me as soon as I walked in, offered to replace my broken phone (internal problem). Ill have my new phone tomorrow! I was in the store less than 10 minutes. The guys were Carlos and Luis. Thank you so much for making my day!
I saw this store was near by but was slightly hesitant to stop since I came across a few bad reviews when I goggled it. But, I needed assistance with my phone ASAP!!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this location. I was under the assumption that this location was recently were under new management so I asked and was told that indeed they are. ALL NEW COURTEOUS STAFF WILLING TO HELP.

Just spent almost $1500 with the rudest stuff available in the USA I just have a broken phone wanted to replace it for the S20+ I did because the broken phone I would not recommend this store to any one a very rude young girl with a lot of tattoos and a young guy both are zero customer service

Manager tried to charge me an update fee ($20). Totally boguss. I didnt need service plan or anything of that nature. Just wanted to buy a new phone. Apparently they believe you should pay an extra $20 if you want to buy a new phone by it self. DECEPTION! Other stores wave this fee. Another way companies like to take peoples money if they arnt aware. Thank God i wasnt born last night. I asked about the on5 samsung. They said its a great phone. Checked with a family member about the reviews about the phone: horrible. Shady workers here. Ill never go back until they put new manager and staff here. Glad i checked on the reviews about the phone and asked about upgrade fee. Check info before going to this location. You could end up giving them money that you are not actually required to give.

I got my T mobile 4 lines with $140.00 per month and after 3 months the charges is $240.00. Reason .. The store didn’t send my returned phones to the warehouse and T mobile is not knowing the whereabouts of my returned phone.. extremely poor service.
