The staff was patient while we made decisions on what phones to get and what accesories we needed to go with them. They were helpful in switching providers as well.

The people in the store are very helpful and nice. I was frustrated with the online live chat system, but Brian (I believe thats his name) was very helpful in assisting me where the live chat failed.

They had three maybe four employees in there. There were 5 customers in pairs. It shouldnt take an hour but they find a way. Two of the employees werent working just talking.

Went in to upgrade my wifes phone and they told me were not a phone vending machine because I didnt want the protection plan. Told me to order online. I went to the parking lot and attempted to order online but the app would state session expired at checkout and the website would not load. I went back in the store and let them know I simply wanted to purchase a phone and that was all. They brought me a quote stating I pay 192$ today and when I asked how they got that number they stated $64 for sales tax and a $40 activation fee. I told him that doesnt equal $192 and he stated once again that his boss doesnt want him to be a cell phone vending machine. I will say this... A cell phone vending machine would be much better than the rep I worked with in this place. 16 year Verizon customer with countless phones purchased at this location. Customer service is dead. Destin was the name of the rep I worked with.

Ridiculously slow. Almost seems intentional. Waited an hour just to be told that what I needed help with couldnt be done in store (a simple line transfer onto another account). Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly
Horrible customer service today! Tried to upgrade online, website of course was not doing right either. Went to store after calling and bieng told we didnt need appt just to come in. Signed in and waited 2 and half hours to upgrade a phone! Other customers were allowed in that had came after we did. When I questioned this I was told they are just paying a bill, or they are picking up a phone. Doesnt make sense to me when you sign in to be able to come in store. Finally had enough when the 3rd person was allowed to go in that had not been there long. Well guess what Verizon you have lost a customer!!! Over it, went online and called another provider got phone and much cheaper monthly service then what you provided!!! So your loss!!!
Pointless to make an appointment.. just go and wait 1.5 hours until your turn. Actually just don’t go call or go online.

We have Verizon phones. We are having a problem with the reception so we asked about a Booster that we can have at the house. The one they had was $250.00 dollars I asked how do we hook it up.. well that buster you have to have internet and we dont... the lady said try our service department they should have something there.
Despite it being super busy the service was prompt to remind us they were coming. Amanda was the rep who quickly helped us with our questions to ensure what we researched online was correct. Would recommend this store based soleyvon that experience.

The phone service is ok, but you dont have choices. The prices are outrageous. You cant get a phone that just lets you answer the phone.
Service was quick. My problem was handled within about 10-15 minutes. Loved the service. The employee was very courteous.
They kind of rush me out and got me a service that was not fit for me. I recommend either the staff needs more training or it was a bad day either way cost me about 100$. Still Verizon in general has the best service.
Not enough people to help everyone in there. No customer service to call for help. They always give you a robot. Chat line isnt always an option. So you have to go in the store.

I am so disappointed in this Verizon store. I was asked why I was there, I told the agent, he said Ill be with you in a moment, let me wait on these other customers. I waited until he took 2 other customers that arrived after I did. I was very upset at being treated this way. I have been a very loyal Verizon customer for 20 years but will not be going back to this store. They were very unprofessional.
I had the best service with Destin!!! He is very knowledgeable & takes his time with each customer. He treats everyone with respect & recommends the best phone for your needs. Go to the Carrollton store & ask for Destin!!! If he’s busy, ask for Chris. He’s great also!!! These 2 will help you with anything you need at Verizon!!!
There were people in front of me that were helped, watched these men service multiple people. An hour after my information was taken and I sat, someone walked in to ask about watches; was helped right there on the spot and I waited once again... THEN I was asked if I needed anything and I said yes that would be nice. I was told Wal-Mart would be my better choice, go there..... WOW you dont know how to sell your product very well gentlemen. NOT HELPFUL!!!
Ever since I got my phone it has been nothing but trouble. I found out I was lied to from the beginning and they overcharged me and then on top of that they didnt want to fix it. When I was told they had it worked out so my problem would be fixed and all I had to do was go in the store to fix it, I went in the store and was in there for 3 hours and still didnt get it fixed. Like I said it has been one thing after another ever since I got my phone. I have never had so much problem with a phone in all my life. I am so frustrated Im ready to give them the phone back and tell them to shove it and go to another company.
The staff here is great, especially Tori. I did receive great service attention from Destin and David as well, but Tori helped me set up my plan. She was professional, very patient and always had a smile! She helped me two days in a row to add 4 lines to my plan!Im glad I switched and brought along all my family with me to Verizon!
The service at this store has went down hill. It use to be superior to anyone else. Now you come in the store, stand around, no guidance as to what to do, and hope someone asks you if they can help you. No signs telling you you need to sign in or anything. You have to guess what you need to do. There was another customer in the store that got the run around worse than me. I finally figured out I needed to sign in, signed in, and this lady signed in way before me, and they came to me first. Terrible in store customer service. Premium prices, not premium service.
Tori was excellent. She definitely understands customer service and I hope that she is available to assist me whenever I have to go to the store for any reason.
Went to upgrade phone and the rep didn’t set phones up... He told us to do it at home? Which only resulted in my husbands phone not activating. What happened to the days of customer service. The store had maybe three people working and in no hurry or care to assist the others standing and waiting. When I was in customer service and busy for a moment I acknowledged my other customers to let them know I’d be with them in just a moment. Seriously disappointed.

My last few visits there has been a wait. Sales folks seem to always be pushing accessories, additional items or new plans. It would be nice for once to be able to walk straight in, get what I want, and walk out with a good feeling.

Just left the Carrollton store, best experience at a Verizon store! Sasha was absolutely an incredible associate. She helped with my needs and made us feel comfortable. The entire staff was just as welcoming into this store. Carrollton will become our new go-to store. Thank you guys for being wonderful!
For the record, not Verizons fault that Amanda the manager & Ed the Navy vet decided to mistreat and non cooperative,rude unprofessional behavior. Such to a point that they mistreated the very call center representative. Today district manager is being alerted about these people. My suggestion is to avoid this particular store altogether. Warning to all!!, if you can this store should be boycotted, in order for them to be replaced by people that want to do their job. The store and the personnel are great. I have been with Verizon a long time. Pay attention to your monthly bill. Sometimes you find a good credit. Sometimes you find a mistake with added fees. As with all companies. I like them.
Bought an iPhone here, problems with it within a week, went back for help. They actually told us We only sell them, we dont offer technical support.Have also had NUMEROUS apps to self install and start charging unless I go through and find how to disable it.My son bought the same iPhone 8 from Amazon new which works great with no pop-in apps; different carrier!No more Verizon for me!!!!
Whenever I comes to this store the people there are always helpful and trying their best to always make me happy. They always succeed! There maybe a little of wait but believe its worth the wait.

I understand have commissions work but there is a fine line between pushy and rude. I HAD TO LEAVE FOR MY UPDATE DUE TO HARRASMENT. Im a junior business management college. I will not be mentally molested into buying new phones that I clearly do want and have told you several times. Hope I can get my update online. Been coming here to get phones since I was 12 with the family will not return.
Place is easy to find, and service is great! They get to you as quickly as possible. My only complaint is that my phone came out in November 2016 and they only have an otter box and a pink case to choose from. Yet they have tons of iphone 6 cases which is an older phone than mine. Not everyone chooses to own an iphone. But all in all, this store is great, and they DONT charge you if you buy a different phone somewhere else and it requires a different size SIM card, unlike most smaller stores, like at the mall. They will replace it and program it with your number and personal account info, all for free. And the new app they now have to transfer all your apps, pics, etc., to your new phone is SO EASY to use! And doing it that way frees up their staff to help more customers in a quicker time frame.

Cant give a proper review because Im still here. Been waiting 45 minutes and the only person who spoke to me is the gentlemen who checked me in. The three customers that were here when I walked in are still being helped by the same 3 clerks. If you come here be prepared to wait at least an hour. As it apparently takes at least that long to get anything done.
Very busy, young man waiting on us seemed like he was in a hurry and not really wanting to make a sell. Ive had my phone for 5 years now and would like to upgrade all he wanted me to know is how much phone would cost. I needed to know how it would affect my bill and was there any other changes I could make to lower my bill. Sad after all these years they dont have time to help.

I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years. I usually only visit the store when it is time to renew my plan and get a new phone, and in the past that process has taken quite a bit of time. But this time, when I went in to get a new phone and make some changes to my plan, the process was very fast! The young man helping me (I think his nametag said BJ) worked with me to find a new plan that gave me the same benefits for less money. It took less than 2 minutes for him to transfer all my contacts into my new phone. The entire transaction took less than half the time it has on previous visits. I appreciate the work Verizon has done to streamline this process.

While trying to troubleshoot an issue with my Google Assistant my sales associate became overly frustrated and confrontational with me. After waiting 25-30 minutes, I began to explain that the ok google function has been used for years on the Samsung phones and, I was sure that this is something that we can figure out. He responded by saying, If its so simple, you figure it out while aggressively posturing over the counter. I asked, why are you suddenly so aggressive?. At that point, I requested to speak to a manager. His attitude was shocking and honestly caught me off guard after spending $1,200+ less than 12 hours prior. I have never had an experience like this at any Verizon location and am very surprised/dissappointed. The manager was very helpful, but his sales associate was offensive and rude. He was an older (40s) caucasian male with tattoos on both arms. Fyi

I visited the Carrollton store with a phone that was giving me a problem and everyone in the store was polite, helpful. My problem took almost an hour to solve and it, the young lady Twila assigned to help me in my opinion were above and beyond the call of duty. 5 stars to this store and its personel.

The employees know next to nothing.Ive been in this store probably 100 times since it opened and every time it seems like the most ignorant employee seeks me out. I have never been in this store and got an answer. Literally, last week when I went in and asked an employee about my wifes upgrade and why it was no longer showing up after she claimed and insurance replacement he looked on his tablet for a long while and said, this is a good question. You should call and ask. Is there anything else I can help you with?The only reason I give them 2 stars is because: 1. I cannot give them zero, and 2. They store is big and clean and has tons of displays to play with (if you can avoid setting off the alarm every 10 seconds).
