VERY!! rude service my wife received from the metro pcs store at Trinity Mills and Marsh. Wife ended up buy a phone she didnt like due to the fact the sales lady at that location would not spend sufficient time with her explaining things about the phones.SO IS THAT THE WAY YOU ALL OPERATE????
