Be careful when doing business here. We had a countertop installed and our wall was damaged as well as the window frame. The installer told us they would contact us to resolve this. We waited for a couple weeks and then followed up ourselves. When we followed up we were told that the installer told West Georgia Granite that they told us that they would have to damage our wall to install the countertop and we told them that was ok.... I told Corey at West Georgia Granite the statement we will allow you to damage our wall makes no sense and we would not allow someone to damage our home on purpose... Corey then told me that we signed papers that let West Georgia Granite off the hook for any damages.... They have lost us as a customer and I would be very careful before signing anything allowing them to potentially damage your property without recourse. Very disappointing.

Great family business where everyone is focused on customer service. They are very, very friendly and knowledgeable. The off-site warehouse offers hundreds of choices of granite, quartz and marble slabs. Wendy made a very clear and simple quotation. Kitchen measurements are of surgical precision. A few days later and we now have a gorgeous kitchen counter top. And under budget.

Corey was so helpful to me, I had an urgent need for quick solution an exasperating, lingering problem and she made it happen and it was less expensive than quoted! Thank you, thank you!!!

I will not use any other company. I renovate old homes in Atlanta and have used West Georgia Granite for all the new kitchens I put in. There are no right angles in these 100+ year old homes but Lonnie and his crews always find a way to not only make it work but to make it look fantastic. And I have never had a problem talking to the crew leaders. The kitchen sells the home so the countertops are pretty important. They did a marble bathroom for me that was phenomenal. I highly recommend West Georgia Granite.

West Georgia Granite was recommended to us by a trusted cabinet installer who has used them for several jobs.Their indoor warehouse has multiple slabs to pick from, and the ladies in the front office were always polite and helpful during the entire granite process. They could not have been more accommodating!Yes, they did have workers that did not have the best English, however, that did not prevent them from completing a timely and professional install.Fabrication dept. did make an error in regards to a seam location, however, West Georgia Granite remedied the issue courteously. Their granite turned out to be an amazingly beautiful, level counter-top that was measured and installed correctly with no chips or cracks. I believe this is a company who takes pride in their final product and wants the customer to be happy .We will use them again when we get ready to update the bathrooms! The experience started out fine. Once we put our deposit down the communications stopped and then the surprises started. They write their estimates so you can’t understand them. Then we find out the backsplash materials we picked out on day 1 never made it into the price. I waited over 2 weeks for Carl to price the labor only to do the floors just for him to be 3 times everyone else was (just say you don’t want to do it). Carl also tried to charge $900 to save $50 worth of Sheetrock. They should just teach him to replace Sheetrock. So we had someone else do the back splash and floors. Which the backsplash came out to less then $400 all together for more then what they were going to do. The techs that came out did a good job, were quiet and out of the way which is the only reason they received 3 stars. I’m sure they stay busy but the paying customer shouldn’t suffer so they can try and sell work to others. They need more organization. Wouldn’t use again since the estimating process is such a pain and leaves you feeling your probably getting screwed but your now in a time crunch from waiting on them. Side note one of the techs accidentally took my faucet hardware when he was using it to measure to cut and I had to order another and wait a week to put the faucet in. Innocent mistake but a huge pain to fix.

Working with Wendy was so easy; she made this project such a great experience. Wendy and the guys were all professional, friendly, accommodating, and experienced. I will be proud to display their work in my home for years to come.

The guys they sent to install didnt speak English well at all. Granite was left with chips in it, some edges/seems not filled in, glue or appoxy not cleaned off and they stole a brand new double roll of bounty paper towels. Theyre not supposed to even touch the homeowners supplies. I complained and they never offered to compensate

Recently replaced countertop in kitchen ..... West Georgia Granite (Marble and Quartz) showroom store in Carrollton pleased my husband and I very much.Working with Wendy made everything stress free. Whether it was questions about the levels of quartz (which is what we chose), the sink, strainers, grids for sink, faucet, backsplash, complimentary blends of color and textures, she was very knowledgeable and very helpful and you did not feel pressured or hurried with a decision. She even let us borrow sample tiles to take home. The workmanship of Roman the Installer was professional and the installation went smoothly. We couldnt be more pleased. Not to mention the reasonable cost too!
