I have never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. They put items on their website that are not available, then accept rush orders that they could not successfully complete, and then they replace items to what they see fit. Then when I call same day after pickup to request a fix to a replacement they changed on their own, they say they are going to call me back, and never do.If you can’t complete an order, don’t accept it. Don’t email someone numerous times going back and forth on items you initially indicate you have, but really don’t. I had to call back a third time and spoke to a man who was the RUDEST PERSON I HAD EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the order in a calm manner and he continues to cut me off and yells at me. He wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence on how I didn’t have a problem with the entire order, just the unapproved replaced items that I’m not satisfied with. They were the wrong size, type, and quality. He offered to replace the shirts now, 2 weeks after the order. The event is over. I called your company that day, and the following day, for a resolution.I asked him for his name and he obviously refused to tell me. As I’m calmly saying all of this, HE HANGS UP on me. Ridiculous. Inappropriate. Uncalled for. Childish. Save yourself the hassle with this company. I would rather deal with the credit card company.

We had an absolutely pleasant experience with this company for a fairly large, and rushed, order. Even with stock issues, and a very tight deadline, they were able to fulfill our order and we are absolutely happy with the way the printing came out. I was impressed on the quality and service I received. They were very nice and responded to all my questions quickly, giving me great customer service. Purchased from them before and didnt have any problems. My next time going with this company I paid for 5 shirts and week later I was emailed that they didnt have the colors in stock. ( Why advertise colors you dont have ) they say its because of covid blah blah blah. Im waiting on emails saying when the colors will be available I never get any response. A month later I reach out and ask if any update and they say I will get back to me. Later they say they havent even looked into yet. Its been a month and a half and my order hasnt even been started. Bad business and lack of care. You take my money but put in no effort to fulfill it. I wont be doing any more business or recommend them.

Terrible experience. Rude customer service. Ignored me for 3 minutes while standing there waiting to be serviced. Prices are much more expensive than everybody else. Colors were wrong on the order they did do, and they absolutely did not attempt to rectify the situation. First and last time using them!

I have been a customer with Custom Tees for the past 5+ years. Every order I place is quoted with the best prices! I live in Georgia and there are no other stores near by that have the same level of quality of printing and turnaround time as Custom Tees. I even receive my order sometimes before the requested date. Each employee is very professional and respectful, which shows that their customer service is wonderful. I am a highly satisfied customer and will keep coming back to Custom Tees with all of my future orders.

I called Karim last minute today (Saturday) to ask if he could print a shirt for me. He was very patient and kind and answered all my questions. He suggested I purchase the shirt and then bring it to his store. I did so and he helped me with a wonderful concept and birthday gift for my son. Karim combined logos from my sons university and the high school where he teaches. Its an awesome and unique gift! I am very pleased at how easy Karim made this birthday purchase for me. A great place to place your custom orders. No one else in my area was able to do what I wanted but Custom Tees and the order was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a customized shirt.

I would recommend this place every time. I literally walked in about 4 hours ago and he took my order (4 custom print shirts) and rushed it for the cheapest price in town, no extra charge. Best tshirt company ever! Both of my schools have been ordering spirit shirts for a couple of years now and we have never had any complaints. Sent in a design and request for a quote to order some work t-shirts. Not one word back from anyone. It has been over 10 days. Ill definitely be looking elsewhere. Guess I should have read some of the reviews first. Such a shame too, I wanted to support a local business.

I had a rush situation - 5 hours to get 2 custom tees. I went down the google list of potential businesses. Custom Tees was the 4th on the list and the 1st to be able to fulfill my request. And, they had a wide tee shirt selection, while others I had to purchase the tee somewhere else and bring to the shop for customization. BTW, Custom Tees prices were comparable, but the price included the tee shirt!

Like many other on here, I had a rush situation where i needed three custom T-shirts same day. The man very calmly made a call and made it happen. I ordered my shirts at 9:30 am and picked them up by 5:30 that night in time for my event! Not to mention the price was comparable to anywhere else you can find this service and the quality was fantastic! I definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely terrible customer service and poor work. I placed an order for 2 words to be placed on my shirts. Picked up my order and one of the shirts the placement of the words was extremely slanted. Asked the guy about it and he said they eyeball the placement. Then he said if Im going to be that picky about the shirts then he wont be able to help me. Seriously? How is that in any way professional? Anyway I told him I would take my business elsewhere and did exactly that. Dont waste your money here.
