Two Men and a Truck sent three men to move my furniture and household from storage to my new home. They were extremely careful, quick and efficient. There were a couple of items I alerted them to ahead of time, to handle more carefully and they did so. I was pleased with the good communication. I will absolutely use them again.

Great quality through and through. Edgar, Juan, and Desmond walked into a bit of a crazy situation with how much stuff I had. But they knocked it out much faster than originally quoted!

The dispatcher was very nice and was able to accommodate my move on an extremely short notice. The move team was very professional and fast. In looking for moving companies, had a moving company scheduled until unnamed moving company decided to call and start tacking on fees prior to the move date. I then started looking for other moving companies in the area. Two Men and a Truck popped up. In calling them, I was asked the standard questions, when, big furniture, boxes, etc. I was given an hourly rate which is consistent with a few other moving companies but everything was told to me UP FRONT. I had the moving date scheduled but unfortunately due to the weather I was no where near where I wanted to be so rescheduled. The date of the move, the movers came and noticed we were still struggling on packing and I couldnt do move a lot of items due to the weather. The movers SAW the stress we were under and offered to come back later, for us to call the office and that THEY would call their boss, Josh as well. In the end they were allowed to come help us on a Sunday of all days, which was more than anyone could ask for. Moving day came and it took longer than expected but we had more than we anticipated. The movers kept up a steady pace, were professional, caring, understanding and everything and anything anyone could ask for. I would HIGHLY recommend them again and use them again. I would personally like to thank Josh (manager/boss), Charlie and Jonathan (movers) for all their help and understanding and making what could of been an awful move, more of a less stressful move. Kudos to you guys and the company.

I was going to use this moving service and Lacey Evans called me several times while I was at work and I lost my signal and the call dropped. She left me a very rude and unprofessional voicemail saying that I was childish and insulting me. Definitely won’t be using them or referring anyone to them due to Laceys poor customer service.

We have hired them twice now for local moves are have been pleased overall and thankful for their communication, ability to be flexible and the care over the move. I appreciated her quick responses to my multiple emails when we had to adjust due to weather, delayed renovations, and updated move times. Both teams who took care of our moves were kind and professional.

Used this company to move from Dallas to Fort Worth. While the crew was good, they wouldnt hook / rehook any water lines to washer/dryers. Im a single woman, and while I could figure it out, I found out DURING the move. So when I moved into my new home, I had to get someone else to come help hook up the washer/dryer lines. As of today, about two months from the move, I went to make ice and realized they didnt hook up the water line on the fridge...which is in a tight spot. Ill have to move this out by myself and hook up the water line, or find a friend to help. I have never had this experience with ANY other movers, and Ive moved over 10 times.Also, I purchased a mattress protector and did not receive it during the move.I just wanted to move ONCE and make sure everything like this was taken care of. Now I have to involve additional people and take more time.I will never use this company ever again for any future move.I see the owner replied, no mention of a refund for the mattress protector I never received. It would have been nice if they had told me well move the fridge into place but we need you to hook up the water line first. I could have likely managed that, but to not mention it? Like I said, Ill never EVER use this company again to move.

We hired Two Men and a Truck (TMT) to pack one day, and then load onto a third party trailer the next day, for our interstate move. When we found a house and the trailers arrived, we were shocked at what we found! The company we hired to unload at our new location opened the truck, removed the bulkhead, and exposed a jumbled mess of furniture toppled on top of each other. The guys from the other moving company said they had never seen anything like it. They said TMT obviously did not load the truck correctly, leading to the absolute mess that we found. We took pictures of both the pile of furniture in the trailer and made a list and took photos of the irreparable scrapes and breaks on the multiple individual items. I called TMT and they said to send the pictures and they would look at it. The manager’s name was Mike and he said to give him a little time to talk to the guys who loaded the trucks and to look at the pictures.I gave him a week. When I called back, the person who answered the phone said Mike no longer works here. He gave me the name of the new manager, Landon. He was always unavailable and did not call me back. Finally, he took my call and asked me to send the pictures again to his email, which I did. I called him a couple of more times thereafter and he continued to be unavailable and did not call me back. Finally, I spoke to him and he said they could not do anything because the truck was out of their hands, anything could have happened to it. One of the movers we interviewed before our move, United Van Lines, told me that they pack things tightly, well-secured with straps so there is very little movement. He told me the story of one of their trucks being in an accident and rolling down a hill. He said not one thing was broken when they opened the truck. So, the fact that Landon said, Who knows what happened on the way to your new location, they could have hit some bumps ......is just a joke and proof that this company does not know what they are doing! If their trailer drove 1,700 miles to transport our belongings they wouldn’t “hit some bumps”? Not only did they not load the truck properly, it cost us more money because we had to pay by the amount of space that was used in the trailer. If it was packed tightly and the bulkhead was then installed, there should have been little movement and less space in the truck would have been used. Two Men and a Truck is only out to make money....they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. If you value your belongings...DONT hire them, hire United Van Lines....I wish we did!Contacted Two Men and a Truck corporate office on July 9, 2020. The woman I spoke to said she would talk to the franchise owner and get back to me....got the response I expected after two weeks and I had to email her in order to get that response. They are not responsible, I signed the paper saying I approved the way they loaded the trucks. Once again, we hired what we thought were professionals to load the trucks and trusted that they loaded them properly....we took their word and now we are paying a high price.

One of the guys from the moving team was EXTREMLY slow and since the cost of the move is based on time, this was a huge factor on why Im giving a 3. If it hadnt been for the second guy, they would have gotten a 1. The first guy moved at a snails pace, and would bring things and set them outside the door for the second guy to bring in. First guy was lazy, acted like he couldnt lift anything or put together anything. It was a frustrating experience. I have used this company before and didnt have this problem. Will NOT use again.

Great customer service. The three men that facilitated my move (Jaquan, Charlie and Jose) were professional, respectful and I felt confident in their skills. The store manager even stopped by in the middle of the move (on a Saturday) to check in on his team, offer them wafter and make sure everything was going smoothly. That was impressive. It took a lot longer and cost more than the high range of the estimate provided to me. I’d still choose them to do my move again if I was guaranteed the same movers! Great job guys!

The experience to quote a large moving job into containers was pretty seemless. Something hard to quantify. some packing involved, big items to move into storage containers, materials etc. The site helped put it in perspective and then, they asked for a video walk through so they could accurately estimate the effort. REALLY helped me prepare for the day of and reduce my costs. The team was VERY professional and courteous both on the phone and in person day of. Amazed how well they put everything in the containers to maximize space. They are definitely getting a call back for the unloading job.

The moving experience was not pleasant. I ended up with damaged furniture. It took a crew of 3 men 5 hours to move 15 boxes (7 wardrobes boxes), sofa, love seat . One bedroom set. 1 dining set of 4 chairs. 1 filing cabinet. The distance was approximately 3 miles from moving location to destination.

Two Men and A Truck did a wonderful job from start to finish. Customer Service Rep. listened, offered suggestions related to my 3 locations move, and made a reminder call to confirm my move. The 3 men that assisted me with my move (James, Breyon and Davin) were very polite, efficient, friendly, put me at ease with the careful handling of my items and by asking questions regarding my antiques and glass objects to confirm my wrapping preferences. The whole experience was amazing. Started with James and Nick. Had them stop at my old house to grab my VERY heavy couch upstairs. Then on to my apartment. They originally quoted me up to five hours for the whole move. Nick hurt his back while at the apartment. Mike (the area manager) showed up quickly with G and they continued on and did an outstanding job! The whole experience was professional and they were careful with everything. Good job guys! My packing and moving team were fast but also took great care in all the items they packed, from my bed, down to my silverware and everything in between. The best praise I can give is how highly efficient they were. I even ended up saving a large amount of money compared to the estimate due to their diligence. I highly reccomend them to anyone.

Great company. Getting an online quote was quick and simple. I only had a couple of larger items moved, but the guys who moved my furniture were on-time, professional and were careful moving everything (I saw them strap down all my belongings in the back of the truck before leaving). Bit expensive for a move that was only a couple blocks away, but other than that highly recommend this business.

This company will damage your furniture and will not fairly compensate you for their incompetence.To be clear, the head mover was awesome. His name was John. But there was one mover in the group of 4 that put unwrapped pieces of furniture on the bottom of the dolly and damaged that furniture considerably.That mover was fired on the spot, but the parent company refuses to compensate us fairly for the ruined furniture. Theyve agreed to pay 60 cents per pound. That is about $60 for $1000 worth of furniture. That is entirely unreasonable for their incompetence.Do not ever use this company.

First of all, as an autistic adult, I get flustered when strangers invade my sanctuary, but those angelic soldiers were gentle, polite, enthusiastic, understanding, compassionate, diligent, and efficient! They actually cared about me and the move itself! I had practically befriended them by the end of the move! Management needs to double their pay and promote them immediately!!

I had the best experience during my move on 2/5/20. Although the movers were thirty minutes late (due to traffic, I believe), they worked swiftly and took great care of all of my items. By the time they were finished, the initial and minor frustration Id experienced at the beginning was completely gone. I plan on using this company again in the future when I prepare to move.

My two movers called me when they were on their way, got to my house on time and started working. Got everything loaded, unloaded, put into the rooms I wanted and nothing was damaged. I dont plan on moving again, but if I do Ill use 2 men and a truck. And would have a request for the 2 men that moved me....they are great!!

I do NOT recommend them to a friend! Their customer service is the worst I have seen in a while. Manager in this office hang up the phone to my face and stopped answering my call because they could not justify why I was overcharged. They will do whatever it takes to charge you the highest amount possible. I paid $150 for dumping my furniture they took extra an hour to dump it so that they would add it to actual time, where $150 already takes into account dumping fee. When confronted the so called manager could not explain it. I paid more Ethan $1,400 for something that would other wise been not more than $1,100.

First my address was like walking distance. same ZIP code. They charged me 373.20. with one bench chair two single chairs 1 32 inch TV 1 full bed that I put together myself. This too much.

The guys showed up on time, lifted a piano like it weighed nothing and moved it to my house in less than an hour. Very impressed!

Two Men and a Truck were amazing! Our house didnt close on the day it was supposed to and we had to wait almost an additional week before we could get in. The customer service was amazing, they really worked with us and even though Im sure it was difficult for them they made it seem like it was no big deal. In addition they didnt charge us extra like most moving companies would have to have our stuff on a truck for an extra week. The service guys that they sent out were wonderful. Those guys worked all day long packing up our stuff and moving it onto the truck and then when we got to our new house they did a great job of unloading it. They were a great moving company and we would recommend them to anyone!

This Company moved me on June 5 from Uptown Dallas to Las Colinas. My move team wrapped and protected all of my furniture thoroughly. The move team was professional and provided excellent service.

We were a local move in Dallas from Grapevine to Lewisville. We had done a lot of work already but needed two guys with a little leg strength to ensure the heavy lifting could be done as the townhouse was of course 2 stories. Our guys came promptly exactly as scheduled and wrapped up all the furniture in a nice plastic wrap. They took great care loading up their truck with our furniture. They didnt talk a whole lot because well...they were busy. They were focused on their job. Of course, my lovely wife made sure they were well hydrated and we basically just stayed out of their way and let them do their job. The final cost was within well reason and I could have been happier. This was a very smooth move and transition to the townhouse. Theyre very good at what they do. Id recommend Two Men and a Truck any day.

I will not use these movers again. After speaking with them multiple times and confirming my appt, they still didn’t get it right. They text me at 8:30 the morning of my move and said they were on their way. We waited 2 1/2 hours before I finally talked to them and got them to my place. After all this, the mgr tried to turn this all around on me that it was my fault. No discount no nothing. Bad business. Bad customer service.

Office staff was courteous, movers were also courteous and their appearances were well kept. My issue and reason why I will not use this company again was that there an excessive amount of time (6.75 hours) used in moving me and my family from a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment that was located in the same complex. I really had to stay on the guys in getting them to load the truck, when we got to the new place and I realized how much time had been spent, I had the guys stack everything and I arranged things myself. So 6.75 hours $942 and I still had to work. Never again.

I dont wanna be a Karen but our estimated time was for 8:30-9:30amIt is now almost 11:00am.I have had to Call just to get an ETA or find out what has happened. We are on a schedule.I can understand things happen but the lack of communication is poor. We couldve used the time waiting to finish moving boxes and last minute errands.Poor communication

I have used Two Men and a Truck on a number of occasions. The guys are always very friendly and professional. They also take great care with my things. I really like the fact that they wrap the furniture in plastic wrap. It is an added layer that protects my furniture and keeps it from getting scuffed and marked. My only disappointment was that I requested a third guy so that my move would go faster. Unfortunately, they were short staffed. I would recommend this company to anyone making a move!!!

Two Men And A Truck were great. We had two trucks and four men. They moved us from our old house into our apartment and also moved most of our stuff into storage. We plan to use them for the next move when our Condo is ready.

We used this company 3 years ago and had a great experience so when we decided to move again we gave them a call. This move was even better, 3 young men worked super hard to get us in our new apartment. They went above and beyond to be helpful. All this and not a single item damaged.

I have to say, I didnt know what to expect when I first requested service. In fact, I thought the original cost estimate was a bit high for my needs. I was wrong.The three movers, Keith, Patrick and DeMarcus were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, and were at work within ten minutes. They moved out my furniture in record time. They also took care when doing so, so nothing was damaged. Everything arrived at my new home perfectly fine.They unloaded quickly and completed the entire move an hour before they initially estimated. I was able to save a lot of money with these very fast, efficient movers.

I wasnt sure how many trucks I needed, so a consultant came by to look at what had to be moved before we actually scheduled the move date. The one large truck was enough for this move. The movers were quick and very accommodating to any requests and inquiries I had. It took them 8 hours to move us out of one house and into another. I did appreciate the care they took in moving the furniture pieces. They wrapped them up with moving blankets and plastic wrap to ensure it was not scuffed up. I would use their services again for any future moves.

We called for a estimate to move one full size bed, one dresser, fridge and washer and dryer and 4 pieces of antique furniture and probably about 10-15,boxes. They told us $1400 is the lowest they would be moving that stuff from one house to another 20 min away. Umm nope.

Worked extremely hard and very professionally all day (9 am to 8 pm - long day!). Dressed professionally. Equipment was very clean and functional to haul our furniture safely. I would not hesitate to hire Two Men and a Truck again.

This organization decided to bail out on toys for tots. That alone would be fine but they did it 24 hours before we needed them

Jack and DeMarcus were fantastic! They were fast, professional, and friendly. They treated my belongings with care. They arrived on time time in uniform, introduced themselves and didnt waste time standing around. Brittany was helpful and did the estimate right in track with my bill, no surprises or hidden fees. Ill use them every time I move from now on and recommend them to everyone I know!

Ive had a great experience with them in Houston and again here in DFW. The two gentleman were quick, efficient and hardworking. Very pleasant and we will use them again
