Ive been searching for a bigger climate controlled storage unit for a reasonable price. I was able to find one here with Extra Space Storage. It was very easy and convenient to be able to fill out all the information needed to rent the unit through their website.

Michael at the storage unit in Carrollton off Frankford is great. I had a few questions once I got my storage & he was very helpful with answering everything.

As far as a big room to store things go, its fine.But the day I rented my unit, they called me later that night to tell me they misquoted me and id be paying more than double of what I agreed to. I had already moved my stuff in, so I had to say OK.THEN, just this week they raised my rent by $20 each month just because. They simply sent a letter and began up-charging me. Ive only been there 5 months, but Ill be looking for a new storage option ASAP.UPDATE: I was given a number to call and when I did my only option was to make a payment. Mike from Extra Space Storage in Carrollton TX, noticed my storage units garage door was not locked up properly after I visited and called me. I was able to visit the site to secure my belongings promptly. Thankfully, all my furniture was still there when I arrived. Few folks would ever even notice this as I merely forgot to slide the bolt all the way to the right. I was very impressed and happy to get that call.Overall, the Extra Space Storage staff in Carrollton TX has done a wonderful job and they take care of the site every day too. I needed a storage space for the extra stuff currently in my garage so that my car could take its rightful place there. Michael was very helpful and it was very easy to get all signed up and a lock in place. Now the hard part, getting all the stuff moved! It was really easy getting the storage space and Michael made it that way. Good location and good hours.

This space is so clean!!! The floors are shiny clean. There is no trash. Its a perfect place to store any of your items. I trust it and love having extra space here.

This storage place worked well for me. The hours we great, for not being accessible 24hr. Not a ton of traffic in and out so I was able to come and go without being bothered. It was climate controlled like advertised. The only thing that I hated was that my bill increased, by less than $10 each time but increased non the less. Once after being there a year and then two more times, I believe, within the next year. I do understand that prices go up, but some places do not raise you rate.

Excellent storage compared to other experiences.Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. When deciding on the storage unit size, they asked detailed questions that helped me make the right choice. This made sure I didn’t overpay by getting something too large or make a mistake by underestimating.The facility is very clean. When we checked out the potential unit, it was a bit dusty but they immediately apologized, stated it’d be cleaned....but didn’t have me wait. Found me another unit very nearby.Have to point out that it’s extremely roomy driving between the units and the hallways were wide, as well. Moving dolly was also conveniently in each building.Pricing was straight forward and much cheaper than other competitors. Their website is easy to use.Move out was smooth. Thank you!!

My cousin and I have had a unit here for a couple months now and have had no problems at all. I actually called to look into getting a larger unit and John was awesome! He helped figure out which one we need to go with (space wise) and told me about a couple specials. If you need a unit and In need of a laugh give em a call! Great job!

May was fantastic! She was both informative and helpful.This place also raised my rental rate by %30 as soon as my initial 6 month pre-paid time was over.They will quote you a price and then jack it up at the first opportunity.Update 2 years later: after 10 month, they increased my rate from 82 to 107$ monthly. After 20 months, they upped my rate from 107 to 187$ monthly.I would not recommend or choose too do business with them in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. They got me set up and ready to go in no time. They have a nice selection of climate-controlled units and I was able to get the right size with no issue. Definitely recommend!

Although this location was too far from me they wrote down the numbers and addresses of other locations closest to me, and even helped me find the cheapest rates! Highly recommend renting out their storage space because they also keep the place nice and clean.

Today was terrible and with everything on my mind, I unknowingly left my storage unit open.
