I delivered a load here went to the dock for S&R 2hrs before my appointment. Lady took my number and said if they can take me early shell call me. Well she called 15min prior my appointment. At least they kept their word on that. Only gave an ok rating 3 🌟 cus they make you wait in a cage by dock 65 while they unload you. With covid and social distance. Its better to keep everyone in their truck (cough..cough). Theres ample parking area around the facility and overnight parking, went cruising around and several streets around have parking.

They have a 3.5 hour receiving window from 08:30 until NOON. 05/20/20 Had a delivery on a Friday 05/22/20, drove from Arizona to deliver before the holiday weekend. With the exception of mandatory stops there was no delay. BOL said they receive 07:00 until 13:00. Arrived at exactly 13:00 CST and they turned me away. Said they already stopped unloading. Had to sit there the whole memorial weekend from Friday at 13:00 until Tuesday at 09:00 before getting unloaded. When checking in on Tuesday then they told me they dont start receiving until 08:30. What warehouse has ever had a receiving window from 08:30 AM til NOON? 3 DAYS AND 9 HOURS I SAT OUTSIDE THAT PLACE. Just the facts.

Don’t come early, I am early morning they lady told me come back until 10.30 am and I am here 8 am, time show me 8 am, I have no idea why she told me come back 10 .30, don’t want here early, and here don’t have bathrooms,if any happens where people go, that is don’t good,

Cant rest in your truck while getting unloaded so forget about catching zzzz while waiting.

The sample Department there has very nice people they are very informative and courteous

Avoid this place they will not even talk to you until your appointment time had to wait over 3 hours to unload 7 pallets the last hour not a single truck was being unloaded and they still made me wait

Cant get there appointments straight. Tried to say my appointment was at 1030 when actually it was 1145. I had a 3 stop they were number 2 first was a 945 in Paris TX which is 2 hr drive. You tell me where 10 30 makes sense. And i had the paperwork from sabrina to prove the correct delivery time. Gl and make sure you have a delivery number! Once i got to dock was quick though.

Bout to be expected dealing with a warehouse. No complaint and fast at what they doing.👍👍

This place is very disorganized they do not have very much forklift operators for receiving mainly just for shipping if youre here delivering a load be prepared to at least be here 3 to 4 hours
