Went to this place to get a vehicle inspection and turned out I needed some new belts, okay no problem. Upon returning back to pick up my car, belts squeaked as soon as I turned on the car and drove off. Called them back to schedule to get it fixed. After picking my car up the second time after they had fixed the problem, my car once again squeaks louder the second time. Best to avoid this place, shoddy practice altogether. Paid upwards of 250$ for new squeaky belts!

My initial contact was with Raul. He was very helpful and did his best to accommodate me and my particular set of circumstances. Once I arrived to the shop, I dealt primarily with Mike. Again, both gentlemen were completely professional and worked went out of their way to work with me. They were my first phone call and Im glad it was. I would be happy to recommend Carson City Tire to anyone needing tire replacement.

It was very quick. I drop my car off at 10 for oil change, got done within an hour. Got a quote for tires/rims combo. I like the service!! Will definitely go again!

I brought in two brand new tires to have mounted. After few day I noticed a slow leak an a broken tire sensor. Carson City Tire Pros replaced the tire they damaged. But now my sensor is busted again. And theyve either lost or stolen my chrome mustang off my key chain. 🤬

These guys were great! I had a slow leak in a tire and I have to drive a lot for work. Went online for tire repair and there were so many I didnt know which to pick, my neighbor down the street spoke very highly of them, so I picked these guys. They took me as a walk in, no appointment. Quick in take, found a nearly four inch nail in the tire, patched her up and got be back on the road. They gave me the repeat customer discount and away I went. Great service. So Im paying it forward with a great review and will be sure to shop here for new tires. The shop was clean, the work bays looked neat and well organized. I watched the tech working on my car and he was right at it; steady, well-organized, efficient. Then, I sat down, listened to a pod cast and had a nap.... literally I felt that confident.

I bought some tires from another store and they had no problem putting them on for me and at a great price! Fast and professional next on the list is my brakes which I will get done there as well... :^ }

Carson City Tire Pros is by far the best tire store and automotive repair store that I have ever been to In My Life especially bill the self-proclaimed mayor of Silver Springs is so helpful a nice guy that no other store can compare to they even offered me a hamburger and the prices where unbelievably reasonable if you need tires I highly recommend Carson City Tire Pros. And I have no affiliation with them bill is not my father I am just a satisfied customer and you will be too

So the internet lies about their hours. They are only open til 5. We showed up right as they were getting ready to close (yes, we kicked ourselves for being those people) and they STILL changed my tire out, no problem. Even more noteworthy was that they checked the tire pressure on all four tires AND joked and played with us the whole time. I would absolutely suggest them to anyone looking for a tire.

These guys are excellent. I have had both my cars in here for tires. I had a hiccup with one of the wheels and Mike took excellent care of me. One visit while I was waiting for my car, Mike was talking to another customer who didnt know much about car repair. She was convinced she needed new brakes. He could have easily sold her something she didnt need but he told her maam your car doesnt need that. These guys are a pleasure to do business with.

These guys always give me the best price on my tires, they are friendly, and with an appointment they usually have my vehicle in and out pretty quick.

Updated review. Had a front end alignment done Sept 18. Never did feel right but figured it was the Jeep liberty. NOPE... Here are my front tires. Ruined. Clearly toed out. Now Im out 2 new tires plus have to get it aligned by someone who knows what they are doing.

Called to ask if they had a tire in stock, they didn’t and asked if he knew anyone around might and he was just a duck about telling me that no one will have that in stock witch is a lie but he did not have to be such a duck about it

Bill was polite and professional and as my husband says “cool”! We needed to change two 21” tires. They got them impressively fast and changed them as we scheduled. Plus place is clean and smells good! Thank you guys!

Their service is great. Good prices on tires. Just one thing.....DO NOT BUY ANY KIND OF GENERAL TIRE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I bought 4 General tires to replace the 60000 mile Cooper tires that wore out after 32000 miles. The General tires feel like you are riding on an icy highway when on grooved concrete. The car is all over the place. Some friends bought Generals for their Subaru....the tires are squirrelly on grooved pavement. It was so bad my friend stop to check if he had a loose wheel. Again.....DO NOT BUT GENERAL TIRES👎👎👎

I needed a front end alignment, and I talked to Mike who was able to make me an appointment the same day. All the guys here are nice, and they know their business. I got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was the same as most of the shops in Carson City.

Super friendly group. I called to see if my tires could be put on and was told to get there as soon as I could, as they close at 3-3:30 on Saturdays. Told them I was coming in from Silver Springs and would be there as soon as I could. When I got there the shop was set to close in exactly 1.5 hrs, which was how long it would take to do what was needed. They got me right in. Job well done.

Every time I come here I might as well waste a day because my car is in their shop for hours regardless of what job they do or if I make an appointment or not. Previous jobs were grossly overpriced. This last time I was in wasnt too bad especially since it seems like they stopped charging labor but still overall i use this place if I have no other option

They have good quality tires and offer other services such as alignment and brakes. They are a little higher than moderately priced. They are not a real busy business and you can get work done rather fast

I drove my daughter to Carson City from Illinois for a new job. I went to Tire Pros to inquire about buying brakes for her car. Bill said they would take a look at the car. After inspecting car, Bill said the brakes did not need replaced at this time. Bill had already given me a price for brakes and I was ready to have them installed. I told them I appreciated their honesty and felt very confortable going back to Illinois knowing they were there to assist my daughter while she was in Carson City. Thanks Bill and crew!

Everyone was wonderful. They found the problem and fixed it at no charge after 3 trips to Cadillac without getting it resolved. They ordered tires and put them my other car within 2 days just as I was told. Very friendly and polite. Will deffinately go back.

I went here today and it was horrible. I had an appointment and walked to get food and came back an hour later. I was barely greeted when I came back and I asked if it was almost done. The guy said, I hope so. So, I waited there for another ten minutes while he helped someone else and there are no chairs for you to wait at. Then, I noticed my car was pulled into the garage. I asked, did they really just now pull my car into the garage, 1 hr 10 min later? He said let me go find out. He came back in and said they must have been backed up. I said I had to leave, and he wanted to make a new appointment, but what is the point on appointments if they do not honor them? That was a waste of my gas and an hour and a half of my valuable time. The least they could have done was informed me that it was not even started yet, or that it would take longer than planned, or apologize, or offer some sort of credit or incentive to come back. Very disappointed, ruined my Friday.

Selling inferior Chinese tires. Do your homework and invest time in the only surface to touch the road. Even Walmart has a better tire, made in USA, for less cash.

Terrible business practices.......Scratched up my rims on my car, they are 19 inch rims with low profile tires, so need to be handled with extra care. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and they gouged and scratched them up. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t care, said no manager was there to talk to or even help me. I had to wait 3 days to call back to talk to someone about what had happened, and when I did the owner could care less. He was absolutely rude, and degrading, claiming it isn’t even possible for them to have scratched my rims, and saying things to me like “I know what kind of person you are” as if to imply I was trying to take advantage of them when they were the ones who ruined my rims.Absolutely unprofessional and will never take my car back there for anything!

It was the slowest tire shop Ive ever been to. Had a 10am appointment and they didnt start on it till 11:40. Was late to work. I should of bought the tires and a tire iron and done it in forty myself.

Very honest workers, took my car for an alignment and they couldn’t do it due to stuck bolts. They didn’t charge me and sent me to a place down the street that could help

I do business with people at any given establishment, that being said ... if the person I’m dealing with is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous I will more than likely continue to do business there because of that person, not the sign on the door or the prestige of the business name, having said all of that I have had My last 4 sets of tires put on My cars and trucks at Tire Pro’s in Carson City NV, because of Mike who is one of the salesman that works behind the counter there ..., even when My day isn’t going well and I’m not the friendliest Guy to be around he still has s smile on his face and I’ve never seen him get an attitude with any customer, if I owned that business I would have no problem going on extended vacations knowing that he was running things in My absence, as long as he is working there I will be a customer at Tire Pro’s, if he ever leaves to go elsewhere in the same line of work I will become a new customer at that establishment. I only gave 4 stars for two reasons, number one no establishment is perfect and number two, I’ve been there when it’s his day off and had to come back the next day when he is working, LOL !
