Excellent mechanic who is punctual, detailed oriented, and most of all, honest. I am dismayed however to hear he gave up his Mobil Automobile Service, which I have used on several locations as well as his shop.I recently called and asked him to come to my house because i was confused by a wiring diagram for my coil block. He said that he gave up the mobil practice but emailed me the wiring diagram and spark plug locations for my car. I felt he went beyond his call of duty but I really appreciated his assistance. I was able to get my car running due to this assistance.Thank you Gene for everything and for you readers looking for a top-rate mechanic as well as a person, make Gene our first stop. You wont have any regrets.

When I bought my Subaru on craigslist, I had no idea the former owner had installed the wrong size brake rotors, leading to caliper damage that left my car stranded in my driveway. What an asset to the vehicle community out here.... Gene got back to my voicemail rather quickly and scheduled me in for the next day. He showed up exactly as promised and started right away on my diesel leak and oil change. He took the time to understand my needs and concerns and addressed them professionally and gave me insight into his operation and style of work. I have no problem using him again and I definitely will. Mobile hourly pricing isnt terribly cheap, but there is a level of focus thats hard to get when a vehicle is just laying around in a shop with others. Couldnt be happier. Responded to my phone message the next day. Gave me a quote by days end and an appointment for the next morning. Called to let my know he could come a little earlier (welcome news). Gene arrived clean, neat, professional and polite. He worked safely, clean and quickly. he completed the job ahead of schedule and my bill was less than half the quote as a result.
