Went in for a lubrication service on my class A motorhome. Agreed to $1400.00 labor and was thinking parts around $500-600 then parts came up to $1000.00 then a ton of small fees and credit card fees... total was $2,700.00. I also received a 15k quote for new brakes, drag link ac parts and two new tires. I’m sorry but this place is a rip off!The hourly rate is $185.00 I feel this price is way out of line for service.Eric was the main tech and did seem really nice just seems like pricing for labor and parts is out of line.Update:Took the rig to a different shop and drag link was fine, brakes had cracks but they said normal but needs cleaning.I would question anything they tell you.

They are in too big of a hurry to price gouge the customer. Poor quality work. Made mistakes that caused more work. They must not know how much oil and coolant are required. I have added gallons of oil and coolant before my check engine light finally quite beeping. I will be looking for another diesel repair shop and I recommend that you do the same.

Absolutely the best shop I have found ever. They were able to fix my RV that another shop had fraudulently tried to repair. The other shop was supposed to do some repair on the back axle and failed to put oil in the back axle causing me to be stranded on the road. This shop was able to repair a complete new axle mount it on the RV including all the parts. I have 100% confidence and this shop.

ALL The People working there Are Very upfront with Everything that needs to be done to make sure the Satisfaction of their Customers !!!But After They Did The Work I Asked Them To Do - I went back to them about 6 months later and they wouldn’t even return My Phone Calls To Get The Scheduled Maintenance Done AND I CALLED THEM OVER SEVERAL DAYS WITH NO RETURN CALLS OR ANTONE TO TALK TO !!! So Much For Thinking THEY WOULD BE A REPUTABLE SERVICE COMPANY FOR MY DIESEL PICKUP - SCREW THEM AND THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!! And I Have Told Everyone That Has Asked Me About Them - THEY SUCK AND NEVER RETURN CALLS !!!

We took our RV there to have brakes done, while there the 50,000 miles service was needed so had that done. They are pricey but we wanted to have the repairs done local. first time out ABS light stayed on, had to take it back. second time out engine was losing power, engine light stayed on, called them, comment was made we worked on it two months ago, explained we had only had it out twice. took it back in, took them 3 days to put it on the diagnostic machine, they called said fuel pump bad, asked for price to fix. was told about 2000.00, we asked if they could just get the part and we would put it in, they said yes. (this was on Friday), told them we would get back to them Monday if we wanted them to order part. Monday I went to pick it up, the gave me a bill for 1300.00, they ordered the part, told them we did not ask for the part to be ordered, was told Steve never makes a mistake, hum, kind of like calling me a lair. We found the same part for 540.00, they wanted to charge us 950.00, for it. After a few not so nice words they ended up charging me 300.00, just to let me know we needed a fuel pump. Talk about price gauging! Needless to say, we will not be going back there or recommending them.

BEWARE!!!! This place will rip you off...get you to sign for an inspection fee...only to tell you they can’t give you an estimate because they need to do further inspection with more inspection fees...than hit you with an outrageous parts bill. Oh! But it gets better...if you decline the job they demand the inspection fees. These guys are crooks and judging by everyone else’s experiences they won’t be in business much longer.

We went to them to have a Safe T drive stabilizer installed on our motorhome. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The motorhome drives so much smoother. Dave was very friendly and knowledgable.

My RV had more problems when I picked it up than what it had when I dropped it off. HMMMM. Actually charged for the time to complete the estimate for items on my list as well as the time to recommend repairs and replacements on several other items they thought needed completed. At $145 per hour. Nothing wrong with the fridge however it was left off when picked up. Now not working at all. Quoted $3,000 for two tires installed that I declined and had Les Schwab do for less than half. Installed an antenna part and left the boot on top off. Rain could enter. Good thing I checked. Installed a windshield washer hose, crank for tv antenna, 3 window cranks, kind of fixed a non locking basement door latch after scratching the hell out of my door, and added some fluid to a jack reservoir to eliminate the jacks down alarm. Alarm is still on. And I got to pay over $3,000 to get her out. PLEASE stay away from this facility. Oh yes. They only take cash as payment. Or, I think they will let you wire money directly to them.....
