TOTAL SCAM COMPANY SELLING DAMAGED EQUIPMENTI PURCHASED A USED 3D SCANNER FROM GLOBAL IMAGING RESOURCES (also advertises ALL SAME EQUIP UNDER wade asset management).PRESIDENT IS JW OLIVER WHO WONT HELP CUSTOMERS AT ALL. EQUIP WAS REPRESENTED AS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION & FULLY FUNCTIONAL. THE AD STATES SELLER RE-CERTIFIED & TESTED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AT DE-INSTALL. THAT IS TOTALLY FALSE!!! THE EQUIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND WAS COMPLETELY MALFUNCTIONING. WADE ASSET HAD TO FLY IN A TECHNICIAN FROM PREXION TO REPAIR. AFTER 5 DAYS OF REPAIR WITH 3 DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS, THEY FINALLY GOT IT WORKING. THE TECH STATED IVE GOT IT RUNNING BUT CANT PROMISE HOW LONG IT WILL WORK. THIS UNIT LOOKS LIKE A USED CAR THAT I WOULD NOT WANT. THERES RUST ON THE FLOOR PAN (see images) WHICH LIKELY WILL RESULT IN ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION.I PAID ALMOST $35,000 & WADE ASSET MANAGEMENT IS UNWILLING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER & IS ATTEMPTING TO STICK ME WITH DAMAGED EQUIPMENT. I TRADED IN A WATERLASE MD PLUS FOR $7,500 CREDIT. I NOW SEE IT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,500. WOW! WHAT A PROFIT MARGIN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!RENEW DIGITAL IS MUCH MORE ETHICAL!!!!!THESE IMAGES ARE AFTER 5 DAYS OF ATTEMPTED REPAIR.SEE RUST IN PHOTOS
I got a scanner they said is working - it works if their definition is it turning on and showing pretty lights. I paid for scanner (Carestream 3500) in December did not receive for almost 3 months. As soon as i got it we followed all instructions and watched videos - it does NOT scan. They had their support team prove that it turns on and communicates with the computer. Since i got it i have called, emailed, spoken to their support team multiple times. I asked if they could SIMPLY scan ONE tooth i would keep the scanner - i even offered to drive to their store and have them do this. Now they say i will have to pay a 20% re-stocking fee. This i could find NO WHERE in any documents they provided or advertised (maybe i missed something - but it would be nice to know this before hand). BEWARE AND KNOW THIS IS THEIR POLICY!!!! My goal is not to hurt their business by any means - My fear is they keep passing this scanner off and making a thousand dollars off of unsuspecting customers! When i reach out - i have to do that multiple repeated times just to get (Wade - the owner i think) to respond to me. I wish i could give less than 1 star! i have never filled out an online review - i am sure they do very good stuff - just know what you are getting intoAs per his response - if you are a dentist and want this scanner that turns on, the lights flash - then this is the one for you!!!. So if THIS is working - then you are correct sir . As i Dentist i expected it to do what your video claims - it does NOT!! I had a Dentist owner of multiple scanners could not get it to scan ONE single prepd tooth on a typodont. I now have a scanner that does more than turn on -it scans!...go figure...maybe the owner should also address why after money changed hands communication came to a halt.

I would absolutely run from this company. Do yourself a favor and never look back. I bought a CT scanner from them and it was a disaster. Their poor communication and slothful business practices leads to lies and failure to deliver. I cancelled 2 days of patients and onetime they didnt show up because no one bought the technician a plane ticket. You as a customer are burnt. Dont try to save $10k and buy from these guys. You are left in this awful in between area trying to get support from your manufacturer and Global Imaging Resources. In the end they sent me a snarky email and told me they could care less about my demands and adios. Oh, they also sold me a computer full of a patient database (names, DOB, etc) on it from the former CT scanner owner. HIPAA!
Global Imaging is the real thing. Great company with reliable service. J.W. is professional and his level of experience and knowledge in dental equipment is second to none.

I am a dentist and bought a x-ray unit from them.Quite disappointed in their service and the product.Yes, price was bit cheaper then buying somewhere else and obviously quite cheaper than buying it new.The tech had to come in three times over a span of a month to finish installing the product and when it came to software installation, their installer asked for 600 more dollars I had to pay for additional licenses which should have been included in the first place..After couple times of use, the thing started falling apart already..Cant say it gets much worse unless the product is dead on arrival...Update: Finally got it resolved and been working good, so cant complain much, although it was a lot to go through to get this to work..

Great company, have installed a few panos from these guys and they’ve been awesome to work with. Had a minor bump in the road with one of the units and they sent out a guy to calibrate it, they really took care of us.

Stay away from this company. !!! Save your money and save yourself a headache. You might pay a little less than new but its not worth it. Their machines break, the service is horrible and its nearly impossible to reach them or have them call you back
