Special ordered a prescription for my 5 year old daughter. I was told the wait could be up to five days. I called the day before it was scheduled to be delivered and the gentleman I spoke to the on the phone gave me so much information! He was able to give me an estimate on what time to expect the delivery, he updated my contact information to make sure I received a call, and gave me detailed information to ensure that the prescription was in fact ordered.

Has lost a script for a controlled substance three times now. If youre prescribed medications that can not be replaced or refilled go to North Carson, CVS, or Costco.

It the worst experience for my wife i called the pharmacy and ask if they can fill her prescription and they said yes and she is a spine injury patient so she drive all the way from south lake tahoe to this pharmacy and they took to hard copies to put on hold for fill and she went back to the pharmacy twice and told them she is still in the store shopping and funny they left a message in the house when they could easily have called her while still in the store that they could not order her prescription she got back home and found out the called the home phone and she called back and then they told her they could not fill her prescription while she was still there in the store that when they called...this is the worst pharmacy ever
