The staff here and their level of customer service is top notch! Ty was our cashier and was so patient with our familys order and super friendly! :)The food as always was amazing.You cant go wrong with the classics- plus being made fresh. Their fries my kids crave and look forward to not to mention their strawberry milkshakes. Killer sugar high after though for my kids this evening XDAll in all a great go to for dinner and we will definitely come back.

Great burger with so much to enjoy in the meat lovers style. Also had the meat lovers fries which has a great sauce and is also a very nice portion of fries smothered in their toppings. Ultimately it is fast food, but visiting there makes me wish we had them available here in New England. Weve also been to the one in Las Vegas and that experience was every bit as good as this one.

This is my favorite burger and French fries place! The menu is simple without alot of overwhelming choices. The prices for a meal are ridiculously low considering the food is high quality tasting. Customer service with a smile, they are quick and friendly. The place is clean. Depending on what time you go there could be a wait, but so worth it!

In-n-out is usually pretty solid. Ingredients are fresh and it shows. Gluten free options are good, just order the burger protein style (no bun), and since they only fry fresh cut potatoes no worry of contamination from their fries. Also would recommend the Neapolitan shake.

Yuk. This is a place that you have other Love or Hate. I will never understand the draw. Plain, flat, small burgers with really no flavor. Everything that you get there is just kind of blah. Dosent happen very often that in-n-out gets your order wrong. Today they did, and it sucks because I have gotten lazy with them because they always get it right. Didnt check till home and 4 out of 6 burgers that I ordered for my very picky and unreasonable family, were incorrect in different ways. Very disappointing and odd for in and out, But normally awesome!P.S. I think they should change their name from in-n-out burger to sit-n-line-n-wait burger, LOL. It seems to be getting worse. Name is very misleading. Haha, I do like in-n-out though. 👍🔥

Always great! Drive- thru line was long as hell like always. The employees there keep it moving quickly somehow. Super freindly and professional. In-N-Out knows how to do it.

Albert erased the first part of my order. Had to reorder. My double double protein style was minus the grilled onion. Skiimped on the lettuce. The ketchup dispenser was almost empty and when requested it be refilled, employees stood around with a dumb look on their faces. Worse experience at an In N out since 1989.

Something on my order is wrong literally every single time I come here. I order 2 cheese burgers no tomato with a whole grilled onion as well as the normal onion still and an animal fry well done hold the spread. This is my order every single time I come here And I’ll either not get one of the onions or my fries will be very much not well done or have the spread on them.I pass by on my way home from work so I’ll frequent this location pretty often I’d stopped coming here for a while do to my order being messed up so often but I decided to give it a try tonight and what do ya know my burger didn’t have the raw onion I asked for and my *well done* animal fries were soggy and under cooked. I’ve held off on leaving a review but after tonight having something wrong on all three of my items well it was time.

In-And-Out is the BEST burger place. The employees here have always been professional and courteous. I don’t think I’ve ever had a mistake with my order from this specific location. I recommend everyone to In-And-Out!

One of the worst in n out experiences Ive had. The fries were straight up cold, the hamburger patty was also cold and the soda had no fizz. If Id had time and no dogs in the car Id have gone back but Id wasted enough time there. Wont be going back to this location despite it (in n out) being the only fast food I can eat at due to allergies.

Here on the West Coast, we dont have Whataburger or Braums, so we have In-N-Out, and its pretty good. Service is darn good. Menu is simple. Cost isnt bad.

October, 2017. A single burger with cheese is pictured. The staff here waits on cars in the drive thru before they reach the speakers and it really speeds up the process. All of the staff has always been very polite and always displayed a positive, friendly attitude. Every order I have placed here has been delivered with the same high quality consistency.

What can one say...? If you want a burger In-N-Out is a good place to go! Like most locations, this one is busy but they do a good job taking orders while youre still in the line. It can be difficult to be in the drive thru lane and not block traffic going to the shopping center but thats not really a fault of the location. Food was fast, hot and tasty. Service was great and friendly!

Decent food. Open late. Burgers are really good. But I dont care for the fries as much. They are fried in sunflower oil so definitely healthier than other fries, but have a different taste. I drown mine in ketchup just to eat! 😁 Friendly staff, even on 4th of July when they were swamped. Drive thru lane moved fairly fast, even on 4th of July with tons of cars in line.

Burgers here are always good,service is fast and employees are very hospitable. Yesterday my grandkids and I had take-out and their drive thru was packed But they still got everyones order done in a timely fashion 😁

Have been a loyal customer for over 20 years in several cities and counties, but this location is the least favored. The wait time in the drive-thru was standard during busy hours, but once I got my order of a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, the cheeseburger meat was luke-warm with some cold spots, and the fries were luke-warm with a few being cold. I ended up parking my car and went inside to have my order redone, in which they were happy to do, and it was better. Havent been back since, but learned the lesson its better to dine in.

Place is always packed, from open to close, so dont be alarmed if you see lots of cars. I think the most Ive ever waited is like 10 minutes, these guys are quick! The best fast food restaurant, hands down, no argument.

Have been going to In and Out Burger for quite some time now have noticed over time that the prices have really gone up on their burgers and everything on the menu board always really busy there so takes a while to get order taken then to get the order takes a little while longer cuz it always takes a while for it to be made drive-thru is always extremely busy but once order is taking you get up to the drive-thru window really quick

Great food, great price, great speed, great value. 2 double-doubles, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, and two ice teas; $30.The fries were a little crispier than usual for my familys preference (not burnt or anything, of course, just freshly crispy), and the meat patties were a little more on the pink side inside (makes me think they were rushing more than usual). Still giving 5 stars.Drive through at 4:40PM. 3 cars ahead of us waiting to order. It took 10-15 minutes to get through the drive through. It did not feel slow. Drive through entry is presently accessed from the south.

This is an exceptionally busy in and out because theyre right off the 15 in route to Vegas at the top of the Cajon Pass. Its an exceptional crew. The food order is taken without delay and it is always accurate. In-N-Out hamburgers are always five star, but the cook and wait staff here are also 5-star.

Can hardly wait for our Cheese Burger Grilled Onions, Fabulous Fries and Pink Lemonade. Heaven! Worth waiting a year or more between visits!

First time ever having In N Out and it was fantastic! Burger was nice and juicy and had great flavor. Wish I had one in my state.

Seeing is the line at In-n-Out is always 40 cars deep any given time of the day, the team keeps cars at a steady flow so your wait time is actually pretty fast and your In-N-Outta there before you know it. Well worth the hang time.

Me & my wife ate over there, we only eat burgers at in n out because they are usually fresh and healthy, my order was double double with no cheese or bun, protein style with grilled onion, it was ok, only they forgot to add the onions, but my wife order was double double animal style, and boy it was so salty that we were unable to even chew.So, if you eat there, Guys make sure to repeat what you want at the order desk, and if youre salt sensitive let them know. I always eat at in n out different places and different states, the burger usually pretty standard, healthy and delicious.I dont usually write reviews about everything I do, unless it is out of ordinary or outstanding

For hiring high school kids, this place is effective.Absolutely fantastic fast food. In n out is notorious for fresh burgers and legendary animal fries, but this place is a gem in the rough.They are very quick at preparing orders, despite monstrous lines and hoards of people.They have never messed up my order in the years I have been going there.The food is always the good quality you would expect.I highly recommend this in n out.
