Very impressed! I was greeted by a nice gentleman that seemed to know a lot about his mattresses. He had me try a few in the mid range price (FYI his mid range prices were below every one elses bottom prices). He then had me try out some of the more expensive ones. These prices were more what I expected to pay. However I didnt expect to get what I got at the price I did. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted for a sliver of the price I saw other places charge... On top of that, they delivered it for free and took my old mattress for free.. I was very impressed. I didnt expect all of this from an outlet store. Good job to the guys at Carson City Mattress Outlet!

The mattress we purchased is amazing! We ended up going with a hybrid medium firm. We didnt know the difference with all the options available. Chaz took to time to explain everything to us. The prices were better there than anywhere we looked in Reno/Sparks Carson and online. Delivery was earlier than expected which was awesome! We forgot to get box springs and called to ask about getting them. They made an additional delivery that night so that we could set up the rest of our bed. They went above and beyond our expectations. Amazing customer service, prices and quality!

Great store with friendly staff.. I bought my mattress and picked it up. The 2 gentlemen loaded it for me and even gave me a tie down. Im glad I came to this store and when I went to write this post, I saw a review saying they didnt load the mattress for him, and that wasnt my experience at all. After shopping around (online and in stores) I came to this outlet and was treated the best and was not pressured, as some other stores like to do.. I have slept on my mattress for about a week and LOVE it!! Thanks Carson city mattress outlet! Highly Recommend!

I ordered a fully-adjustable electric bed base from Chaz (owner) over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. The model I wanted wasnt in stock so he had to order it for me. He communicated with me numerous times regarding the status of shipping and, when it arrived, he drove it to Reno and delivered it to me! The price for a California King was far less then I had found elsewhere, and he gave my husband a military discount. If you are in the market, you cant go wrong with Chaz and Carson City Mattress Outlet!

Inexpensive but the customer service is awful. I was in the store Wed and told bed would be delivered on Friday. Friday no bed no phone call, when I called to inquire I was told it would be delivered on Monday. Monday...no bed no call. When I called he said well your far away so it might be Tuesday, like I told you the delivery guy will call to schedule. You know it just would have been nice to say sorry we are behind (or whatever) so it will be delivered on Tuesday. customer service is just as important as price, i wont be back or recommend.

Super affordable, friendly service. I bought a king and queen mattress pair. The process was very quick. I had my 3 year old with me so getting in and out quickly was my goal. My mattresses were delivered and assembled so quickly also. Everything about my experience with this store was great. Will recommend 100%.

Terrible customer service. Will never call you back. Will continually give incorrect delivery information. I would spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Edit to update info. I was told the damage was due to a pallet breaking under the mattress causing splinters to enter the gel top which would not be able to be removed. No dark stain mentioned at all. Considering the loaner mattress, we had no need of one due to already having a mattress at home. I called twice during the week after the damaged mattress due to being told the mattress would be in the following week. Then repeated the same thing again the following week. All the while I was told that it would be in Friday every week I had to call just to get the bare minimum of customer service and information regarding giving you my hard earned money. Instead of being polite or helpful on the phone when you finally did get back to me you were abrupt and combative with a customer who had paid in full when all I wanted was my money back due to poor communication and a severe lack of customer goodwill. I will never shop at your establishment again nor any one you would recommend. If you want to get the run around and be treated poorly shop at Carson City Mattress Outlet!

This place was exactly what I was looking for!! I am also a small business owner and realize when there’s a ton of salesman in a store and there all in a rush that’s a ton of overhead ... I dealt directly with Chaz the owner and got way more than I expected to get for the price I paid, I will be back and they have earned a customer for sure!! I went in last week and ordered a mattress, it was suppose to be here friday and something happend, I think due to holidays, and the owner called personally to let me know that is was postposted till today (tue, 4 days later) And as promised the mattress arrived and he had it delivered to my house today and his delivery guy showed up on time and even helped me get it into my house.. Mind you this was a FREE delivery.. Most places charge and they only bring it to your door. Any how, Carson City Mattress IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED! Great place! Got into town a few weeks ago and found this place. Checked the reviews and and seen a lot of positve, so I figured I would go to see what they had. As soon as I walked in Chaz greeted me at the door and introduced himself and asked me what I needed. I told him I just moved to town and needed mattress for myself and 2 spare bedrooms. He automaticaly took me to the most affordable mattresses for the spares (wich are awesome!) and he recommended a few for me... His knowledge of the different mattresses and the manufacturers was impresive. We did have to wait a week for a mattresses and everything came as scheduled. We LOVE our mattress and the service at Carson City Mattress Outlet. Thank you. Will recommend.

Looking for a mattress, look no further. This guy knows his business!! I was in so much pain due to serious spine issues and our bed that we had for many years was just too worn out and I havent slept in days. Read all of the great reviews so decided to take s look. One stop shop for sure!! Dont waste your money at Mattress Firm or Sleep Train or any other company who mark their prices up, come down here and get some good knowledge about what you really want and need along with a great price!! Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

After 15 days of excuses I had enough. Deliveries only arrive on Fridays. If the delivery doesnt arrive they dont call. When it doesnt arrive the following Friday they dont call. When they make an appointment, and break it, they dont call.I swear the place is run by children. Chaz is the owner. They have no inventory in the store or at the warehouse. Receipt actually says they have 45 days to get the mattress to their store. Their supply line is so poor they have to bake that language into the receipt. Buyer beware.

Went in and owner came and showed us exactly the perfect matress. He offered us so many discounts and sales. He then went and personally delivered our mattress the next day. Great and friendly service.

Needed a King bed right away in South Lake Tahoe. Went to Carson Mattress Outlet because of good reviews and they were right. Went in on Tuesday, ordered a bed at a great price and it came in that Friday. Chaz, the owner, not only delivered it up to SLT that Friday, but helped us install it and took the old mattress and frame for us. He went out of his way to help us out and we would highly recommend Carson City Mattress Outlet.
