This is the best cellphone repair store I’ve ever been to! Great service and the owner was spectacular. My experience at Cartersville cellphone repair really was amazing and very helpful.

I thought my Iphone charging port was broken. Checks with other repair places were in the $80.00 range and quite a travel distance. I saw the reviews of Cartersville Cellphone. I called and they said they had my port in stock. Upon arrival I explained I thought I needed a charger port replacement. The technician took my phone back for inspection. Five minutes later he returned with my fully functional phone. All it needed was cleaning. Cost me $10. I was expecting to pay $80 or more. An honest business in my opinion.

Brought my phone in to have the screen fixed and in the the process they broke the speaker. They replaced it 2 days later when they got the part in, but they were very unapologetic, and acted like it was my fault, even though we had spoken on the phone beforehand and my speaker was clearly working. I appreciate their effort to remedy the situation, but I would not recommend this company.

Cant say enough about how well I was treated at this location. I dealt with Will, a tech, concerning my old iphone 5S. Screen was cracked and phone case was trashed. After talking with Will, I planned on spending about $120.00 to get my phone back up to speed. I handed him my phone and he took it out of the case and said the tempered glass screen saver was cracked but the screen was okay. He cleaned it up, got a new phone case, and got a new tempered glass screen saver. Walked out 15 minutes later, paying less than 1/3 what I was originally expecting to pay. Treated me with respect and could have done me wrong but their ethics are second to none. I reccommend them to anyone who needs a phone repaired. They are the best!!

These guys are the best! The 1 or 2 stars are completely wrong. The guy who left a bad review twice must be another shop. The know what they are doing. I took my laptop to 3 different shops that said it couldnt be repaired. They repaired it in 3 days and were able to save all my information. I recommend them to anyone needing a repair for their PC or cellphone. I trust them completey and trust is a strong word when dealing with sensitive data. Love Cartersville Cellphone Repair. Used this place twice. First time, they repaired my computer okay. Required that I prepay but then tried to charge me again when I picked up the laptop. Second time, I needed a cellphone battery replaced. Came back 10 days later and they had forgotten to order it. Caused me a lot of problems. They dont inspire confidence to say the least. Never again.

Had a great experience at this location! I had dropped my phone and busted the glass part of my screen and they were able to successfully replace it. **This review has been edited below (better late than never)**The screen on my cell phone had a few breaks in it, so I called Cartersville Cell Phone Repair. The lady who answered said they would need my phone for about 5 hours and the repair would cost $100 if they could get the screen off without damaging the LCD, or over $200 (I dont remember the exact amount) if the LCD was damaged.A few days later I dropped my phone off as soon as they opened. Again I was quoted the same prices and warned that the LCD could be damaged during the repair. I believe she said that the LCD is damaged about 5% of the time, so they have a 95% success rate. While I was not happy that they could not guarantee a specific price, I appreciated their honesty. They warned me twice and I decided to take a chance that the repair would only cost $100.Five hours later I returned and was pleasantly surprised that my phone looked as good as new and it only cost $100 plus tax.The staff was friendly, professional, and honest, so I will definitely recommend them in the future.Edit:Regrettably, I must update this review. Shortly after getting the new screen, it slowly turned dark blue/purple, which made the phone unusable. I called their office and was told that I would have to pay for a new screen. Since this one only lasted a few months, I decided to buy a new phone and recycle this phone. Paying $100 for a few months of use doesnt make sense. I no longer recommend getting a replacement screen from this business. They seem honest, but Im not impressed by the product they used.

I came here when my Samsung Galaxy S5 stopped charging and the people here were really helpful and suggested many things before I left my phone with them for diagnosis. They were very attentive and were able to fix my issue ( it was the port). I highly recommend anyone who needs help with phone issues and doesnt want to deal with the retail stores.

Not a good experience. My phone screen would not show anything on the screen but you can tell the phone was still working as you can hear it make normal tones when I would touch the screen and would still vibrate. I was told either the screen may need to be replaced or maybe something came loose. They opened the phone and told me there were wires torn. They said it just needed a part ordered and would take a week. So I waited a week and when I went down there they said their original diagnosis was incorrect and that the motherboard was no good. They gave me my phone back and I left. I later realized they shattered the back glass on my Moto Z Force phone and the front screen was also warped and had scratches all over it. Now this phone when I gave it to them was in excellent shape. I always kept a screen protector on even till I first dropped the phone off. Just have a feeling the original diagnosis was correct but because they destroyed the screen they changed the diagnosis and said the phone was no good. Besides the broken glass my phone went from excellent condition (outside) to looking like it was stored in a toolbox full of wrenches. See the picture attached. This is how I got it back. Also, after I saw the condition I brought it to another repair shop and they said it didnt make any sense how they could have shattered the back glass and warped the screen. They said if they did that they would have to compensate for it. Well I just went and bought a new phone.

Well like a review said on here she (Reba Yarbrough) walked in with a broke IPHONE and walked out only paying $20. Thought it was a good deal. Well I have a iPhone with a broke screen, got a replacement screen done most of the work just have a little trouble getting it back together and was told it would cost me $50 just for them to put the screen back on the phone.I have the correct business, thanks.

EDIT: my phone screen had come loose the day after my repair. I called and they agreed to rectify this issue, but when I took it back the repair was still not what I had hoped. Aesthetically the repair looks OK, but since the screen replacement I have had a lot of trouble out of the phone. I would highly recommend using an Apple Certified repair site.I went here with a cracked iPhone 6 screen. The repair was timely and everything is in working order so far. The repair is comparably priced with what Apple and other Apple-certified vendors offer.

Okay, for one Im not a man, maybe youd know that if you took the time to respond and look at me as if I were an actual costumer instead of being a douche. Two, you call yourself a smart shop owner, but cant distinguish the difference between our and are. OH, and by the way, my belongs in the trash phone was bought by an ACTUAL repair shop. No one was angry you wouldnt buy the phone, but rather it was a response to your horrific attitude. A simple, no maam, sorry, wouldve been sufficient.

It was ready as promised. I then cracked the screen and again the service was great!! They were very nice and very resonable with what they charged, I was expecting it to cost quite a bit more! Ugh... Dropped expensive iPhone off for repair, left the state, had no idea after awhile they scrap the phone for pieces of not picked up. My fault, they said it is in their contract...just wish they actually mentioned that after I specifically told the lady I am out of town a lot for work. Annoyed...wont ever physically leave my device with a repair place...getting it retired at Celairis while waiting would have definitely been the best option.

I took in my iPhone after the service provider said that I would have to upgrade. The young men in the repair shop were upfront & honest and recommended I go to an apple store as the issue I am having is a known manufacturer defect.

Had a problem after it was replaced I went back and they could not repeat the problem. He says I dont have enough memory and its my fault the screen doesnt work some areas.I then came back in because the screen was lifting and he said its because I dropped it. screen looked fine. After consulting another store and doing research its because they use cheap screens. The screen was not fastened correctly. He wanted to charge me for another screen. I work in establishment that would of helped him have more business but not anymore. Word of mouth is everything. Dont go here Chinese products

Took my phone in because my speakerphone wasnt working, she told me $30 if it just needed cleaning, $70 if it needed replaced, came back and it was only $30.....appreciate their honesty, i would never have known the difference

Shattered the screen on my Droid DNA and they replaced the digitizer and screen. They ordered the part twice because after the first replacement the screen was still acting funky. Problem persisted with second screen (it was like watching a ghost operate my phone). I brought the phone back in and they did everything they could for no extra charge. Phone still isnt perfect but its functional. Giving 4/5 stars because while the work was good, they didnt communicate very well and I had to keep calling them to check on the phone.

I had a screen replaced on my Note 2. When I picked it up, there was what looked like a dark wet spot under the screen. The employee explained that it can happen, but it usually resolves within a week. If it did not, I should return and they would fix it at no charge. I returned a week later - the manager essentially said that I was out of luck. That employee had supposedly been fired and had lied to me. The manager, who was unpleasant and unhelpful, said that it was normal to have this huge blob in the middle of y screen after a repair. But, he would be happy to replace it again, with the digitizer screen for another $250.I think that he is running a scam to get the extra work performed.Stay away. I will be contacting a lawyer to get my $100 back. Small claims court, here I come. I am tired of people like him ripping me and other people off.

I assumed that a cell phone repair place could buy iPhones for parts, and came in to ask if they did such. Guy totally side eyed me, made me super uncomfortable. Im talking looked at me like I was a nut. Jesus Christ, Im just trying to get rid of my broken phone.Other than the curtness of that man, there was a nice woman who talked to me about the phones for sale and was polite the entire time.

I had a great experience at Cartersville Cell Phone Repair. My Samsung wouldnt charge properly. ATT couldnt do anything to fix. The person helping me at CCPR just cleaned out the charge port and its been working fine ever since. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained all the options if cleaning didnt work. Her customer service skills were excellent. Best of all, she didnt charge for the simple cleaning even though I offered to pay. I would definitely go back if I had another cell phone issue.

I went here with a busted Iphone 5 face. These guys went above and beyond for me trying to salvage the phone. They tried two different glass/LCD and nothing would work but the phone was broken internally. I had to file an insurance claim and wait for a new phone. When the new phone came I realized that I hadnt saved my photos to icloud so I had lost my pics and vids. I went back in to see if they could help me recover them. These guys spent a half hour trying everything they could to help me get them back, but the phone was unresponsive. I offered to pay them for their time and effort from my two combined visits, but the owner wouldnt take it. I feel they went above and beyond trying to help me. You couldnt get this kind of service or consideration out of a big box retailer. Being able to walk into a locally owned business and deal directly with the owner of a company makes a huge difference! All the marketing in the world cant by integrity and character. Well done!

Ive actually bought every iPhone that Ive ever own from this phone repair company! they know my name and Im just a regular joe there!! my iPhone history was an iPhone 4s, iPhone 5c, and two iPhone 5s. the first iPhone 5s we bought from there, the thumb print passcode didnt function properly. we took it back and traded it in for a different iPhone 5s. this time the thumb print worked! I dropped it on concrete one good time and it broke. I went to go get it repaired and they did..with the old, returned iPhone 5s screen. nothing was wrong with that. only one flaw was left, but that was because they were generous enough to let my dad pay only $50 dollars and not $150. it works perfect and I still use it. I plan on using this phone repair company in the future! if they still sell the hoverboards, I may even buy one from them as well! this phone repair company has saved my phones only God knows how many times!! I recommend this company to anyone reading this! its your moneys worth!!! :))))

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Mega and they replaced it in a very timely manner, but when I got it back it was acting Crazy! When I would talk on my phone the screens would change and do crazy things! I took it back a couple days later and was told they had to order another screen, the one they put on it was probably bad. So far I think they have been very professional and fair. Hopefully the new screen will fix the problem.

I have replaced several screens for friends and family, but the day my screen broke I was working for our EMS service here in town and decided to drop it off and have them replace my screen. After spending $80 I was quite satisfied. But when the screen separated from the digitizer I immediately called them for help. My screen still looks brand new minus the fact that the screen is lifting up from the mounting bracket that connect to the phone. This was clearly a defect in the screen they used, It wasnt primarily this businesses fault nor mine.Were the business failed, was when they so called guarantee their work for thirty days as well as promise to take care of their customers. I would be ashamed to explain in detail the conversation me and the owner/manager had. How this guy even operates a business in a small town like ours is unbelievable. And as a business owner myself, It erks me to know that people can get away with business like this.So from this point forward, If Im asked who I will recommend for cell phone repair, I will say anyone BUT Cartersville Cell Phone Repair LLC!!!!!
