I dont get to play as much video games as the inner child would like, but then again the games of my inner childhood are very different than the state of the art today. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable, make the store feel like a friends. I was hoping for some older console selection but thats what we do, right? Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Good job, guys. I like all the pop culture collectibles and stuff.

Cheerful staff and a large selection of geek apparel. The other one near the Walmart is awesome also but this one got a little more homely feel to it ( aka small store) but it’s really neat and clean.They keep the latest games and gamer apparel in stock, which is a big plus for me since I wind up having all the latest games already purchased. Anyway go there and buy things.

Frankly a very poor over all customer service. Called the clerk after placing an order for pick up online, clerk said that is takes 15-30 minutes for them to get the order and box it up. Over an hour later and the order isn’t ready, called again naturally and asked if my order was ready or not and the clerk said he didn’t think so. Still have the confirmation email and now no longer have my money in my account.

Great selection. Love it when they have deals like 3 for $15. All have to be under $9.99 so that kinda limits the choices. Im waiting for another 3 for 2 special and Im back there! Alec working there was very helpful. Very informative and had good suggestions on what to try next.

Selection of games seem to be getting smaller higher priced than amazon and ebay

Bunch of lazy people! I bought a game online and 2 hours my order was cancelled cause the 3 people who work there didnt bother to check their system for same day pick up orders and sold the last copy that I had bought. That was my copy! I paid for it in Advance and the money had been tooken out of my bank account! The guy wasnt even sorry about!

The people in the store never give me any hassle. Normally they want to talk to ya. But not in the way most talk about. So I think they are pretty ok. Friends even. This particular store helpd get me a product that another location said they wouldnt hold for me.

This is one of the closer GameStops to me and on the way to and from Kennesaw State. I like stopping in to window shop and usually I find cool little trinkets here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.Not too long ago I had ordered a N64 game online but it was DOA and they let me come in and squared me away with another copy shipped to me and took the non-working one.One of the top GameStops Ive been to. Keep it up!
