We had a wonder experience with PDP Granite. Owner, Rachel Barone, did a great job communicating with us as we managed the project with multiple vendors. The customer service and follow up were excellent. Rachel and her team responded quickly when some fine grinding was needed to fit our new oven in place. Although it was no fault of hers, she responded quickly and her team was able to grind their way to a perfect fit. I would highly recommend Rachel and her team for any granite or marble projects.

Fantastic service. Had our master bathroom completely redone Oct 2013, of which PDP Countertops provided the granite for the vanity counters. With much guided assistance from Rachel, this being our first granite purchase for the home, service was excellent and patient with all the questions we had. The installation crew was excellent also, answered any questions, and it all went so smooth. Potentially looking to move on to the kitchen in the near future and no question about it that we will definitely use PDP again.

In all of my days I have worked with many contractors providing many services, and this particular company went above and beyond any of my expectations regarding the speed of job completed and quality of work. An experience that we will never forget! We were made to feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door of the office. Having greeted everyone and explaining our needs, we were shown the material on hand and explained about all the types of granite. We were never pressed towards any particular product. Once we picked out the top we wanted, a quote was written up on the spot! The turn around time from cutting to delivery was very quick. They were ready to install before we were! The install crew were very courteous and knew what they were doing. There was a small hiccup with our stove fitting, but PDP came back without any questions and resolved the problem! From beginning to end the sale and customer service was awesome!

This company is AWESOME!! I have a beach condo in NSB FL that was being renovated and my contractor down there dropped the ball. I wasnt going to be able to get a company in FL to do the granite for over 4 weeks. I went to look at granite at PDP and told them my situation and they offered to do the job! I couldnt believe it! They left the next day, went to measure for the kitchen and bathroom and installed it the following week! That is service!! They saved me so much time and I was able to complete the renovation project so that I could get renters in Feb. The granite was beautiful and they did a great job with the installation. You cant even see where the seams are! Rachel and Barry were so easy to work with and offered some great design options as well. They even cut out a window sill of the granite for the kitchen so that it all matched at no extra charge. Pricing was so reasonable and I plan on using them again for my home here in GA. When we would have a fire in the fireplace, during the process of bringing wood inside, the result would be a mess of small sticks, dirt and ashes. A decorator suggested marble tile in front of the fireplace. thinking the contrast of rough stone and the elegance of marble would be attractive. I kept this in mind while browsing the 12-inch tiles at the home stores. While I couldnt decide on a tile and did not know anyone whom I could trust to lay the tile, especially since the area wasnt a rectangle but a CURVE. A relative knew of the PDP Counter tops in Cartersville. I went to their business and with their help, selected the granite. They came out, took measurements, and made a template so the granite could be cut with the precise curve as the fireplace hearth. Within a few weeks, they installed the beautiful granite. The area is easily cleaned with a vacuum or light mop. At the same time I wanted to update a cabinet and counter in a powder room. PDP Counters provided the granite which was selected to match existing ceramic floor tile. They expertly helped select a cabinet, basin and controls for the sink. The installation went quickly. The result is a thing of beauty.

I recently had my granite counter tops installed by Joe and Rachel @ PDP. I LOVE THEM!!! I am the most indecisive person in the world and I am so glad I chose them. Rachel and Joe took their time picking out the perfect piece of granite and made suggestions on what would look best in my home with my cabinets and the colors I like. PDP installed granite for a couple of my projects. I moved into my home in May and they were one of the least expensive vendors nearby. Rachel is great and very fair and professional.Her husband coordinated two visits and installs. My experience with the installs were fine except for the 2nd one. The price was competitive for the work. It was not Home Depot or Lowes quality but it was very acceptable. They were also timely.I deducted two stars for his customer service. The ar slab on 1st order was cut a little off but my contractor worked it out. No issue.My kitchen counter top cut was worse. The back edge against the wall ranged between 1/16 and up to 1/2 in gap. They installed it. It was 1/4 wider than my backsplash in some areas. Also, they didnt leave the sink cutout. I was using this for my kitchen island top so they would match. I reached out to them so we could correct this. Barry kept making promises to call me back. He stated their cutter was broken. He advised me they could come out to see the gap after telling me to try caulk. Then he didnt answer anymore after never replacing my slab cutout or money.I had to spend the $100 and extra time with another vendor to get the slab I had already paid Barry for and to get my gap sealed correctly.I want to recommend them but because of this I can not. The service with him is not consistent and I dont have the money to waste on repeat work. I say go visit the location, talk to Rachel and decide for yourself.

I was impressed with PDP Countertops. Rachel has so many great ideas. She came to our home to help assess color. I ended up going more high end. I picked the Namibian Green and Ogee edge. I am only going to do this once and am so glad that I got the granite I fell in love with. Joe and his crew did such a great job with cutting and installation. Finding such high quality of customer service is rare today. I even went back and they cut a piece of garnite for my kitchen cart. No job is too small. Do not hesitate to give them a call. You will be glad you did..... I am.

PDP was an absolute pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job with my kitchen countertops. Everyone was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Ive been working with Rachel Barone from day one and she answered every question and concern of mine, leaving no (bad) surprises in the end. She was a huge in helping me find the best color of granite within my budget that would look great with my kitchen cabinets. I even let her pick out the actual slabs for my job without seeing them beforehand :), and what she had picked out were perfect. I was even surprised to see that the pattern had a continuous flow at the seam. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the main reasons I went with PDP. For one, after the installation day, I had a minor issue with one of my pieces where there was a small, shallow, hairline crack near the stove cut out. Without hesitation Rachel sent her team back out to seal and polish it. Another thing I liked about PDP is that they came out to my home to answer my questions and take measurements without requiring a deposit or asking me to commit to anything, while other places I had checked into wanted 50% down BEFORE they would even come to your home to measure. Like most people, I want to know all of my costs upfront before I commit to anyone, which is why Im glad I found PDP. A BIG thanks to the installation team, Rachel, Joe, and everyone else who worked so hard to make this perfect for me. Id definitely recommend PDP to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

We completed our second renovation experience with PDP. This was our first job without contractor involvement, so we were somewhat wary about choosing the granite and design without assistance. PDP made the granite selection process easy, and then used blueprints along with their flawless template process to design gorgeous counter tops with undermounted sinks. Diamond was extremely courteous and informed me of each step in the installation. I am really disappointed in the level of professionalism from this company. I work for a company where I can supply the slab myself. The very first call I made to PDP I asked if they would be willing to quote my job with me supplying the slab and they said yes(This was on May 18th). They were able to come out to my house within a couple days which I was very pleased with. The gentleman was very polite and professional while in my home while he took measurements and notes. I was told I would hear back from them within a week or so with two estimates: my cost if I supplied material and my cost if they supplied materials.I emailed them on Friday May 20th thanking them for coming out that day to start the estimate process and listed the granites I was interested in.I had not heard back by June 2nd so I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she would look up my information and get back with me.....I got no call back.I then sent an email on June 14th stating I had not heard back yet and was looking for an update...I got no response.I called the office again June 16th and spoke with the same woman and she said that they have been trying to contact me and I said nobody has responded to me. She said that their emails must be going to my spam or something....I was never contacted via phone or email. Period.I have no idea why someone who has wonderful reviews with other customers would have this level of professionalism with me. I understand some companies would not want me to supply material because maybe they dont make as much money on the job. I was upfront on the phone before anyone even came to my house about supplying material so I couldnt have been any more courteous and transparent. Again, I am very disappointed and should have called another company. Here I am a month later....still no countertops.

I have been hesitant to change my countertops for years. When I finally made my mind up to do so I contacted Rachel at PDP. Rachel got so excited about the opportunity to transform my 1995 kitchen from its look to something very modern and most important functional. We changed countertop and backsplash and my oak kitchen was transformed into a very elegant kitchen. The granite selected is unique and makes my kitchen feel very warm. The kitchen island was transformed into a functional eating unit. I cannot say enough about the beauty of what occurred during the installation by Joe and his team’s. They were very attentive to detail and I have only one seam (in backsplash) in my entire countertop project. The transformation incredible. They are experts in the field of countertop design.
