RS Solid Surfaces did a fantastic job with the counters on our kitchen remodel. They found the product I wanted and finished the slab in the manner I requested. They worked in coordination with our cabinet company to complete the job. They were available to answer my questions through the entire process and made scheduling adjustments when the cabinet company needed to change things. My experience with RS Solid Surfaces was very pleasant and I love my new kitchen. Based on my recent experience with them I highly recommend their services.

My kitchen countertops look awesome!I looked at several different places but I kept coming back to RS Solids. Their slabs are all inside and since I made about 7 trips before I finally decided on THE ONE, there were days that it was raining and some that the sun was so hot that it was nice to be indoors and out of the elements. The warehouse is spotless and the slabs themselves are clean so your able to really see what they look like unlike some places that all their inventory is outside and exposed to the dust and pollens. They also have a very nice selection, not just of granite, but of quartz, marble and quartzite. Maria was very knowledgeable about them all, the pros and the cons of each, and she was honest enough to tell me. There is so many choices that it got a little overwhelming for me but once she helped me figure out what I expected from the material she was able to direct me to the perfect choice for me. I was drawn to the look of marble but I wanted and needed more durability. So quartzite it is!We set an install date and time and they were right on time. Install went smooth and it looks awesome. The installers were very careful and did not ding and bang up my cabinets. Their show room is nice and but not overwhelming. All this and their prices are spot on too. I will definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks again Maria for making an overwhelming task actually fun.

These guys are great all around. The sales rep was wonderful and allowed me to walk the massive warehouse several times over. They have a great selection. I had three home visits. They measured, made template and completed the installation. The were early for every appointment. The installation guys were fabulous!! They were artists. The one seem I have you cant hardly see. They did a clean install!! I cant thank RS Solid Surfaces enough!!

R&S Solid Surfaces is by far THE BEST in the business!! First impressions.....Anyone who visits their showroom/warehouse where the granite is housed should know this is a TOP NOTCH BUSINESS!! The showroom is beautiful and the warehouse is super clean. I personally witnessed an employee cleaning each slab of granite and mopping the floors of the warehouse. Most of the time granite is stored outside or in a warehouse covered with dirt and grime. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see a business taking such pride in keeping their products in pristine condition.At the door, we were greeted by a sweet receptionist and then by the sales rep, Araceli. Araceli had already spoken with me on the phone and was ready for us when we got there for our appointment. She took her time walking us through the warehouse, showing us different solid surfaces, and explaining the differences of each.We decided to go with granite throughout our home that was under construction. Before leaving R&S, we met Bruno, the owner of the business. He was such a nice man who thanked us for coming in and said he hoped to do business with us.We gave Araceli a copy of our plans and within a day or two she had everything figured up and got back with us on pricing. We were super excited because R&S had the BEST pricing compared to other granite shops we’d visited.So, the day came for the template. I’ve never in my life seen someone more particular than the man doing the templates. Perfection is an understatement! As a result of ‘template perfection’, the granite fit perfectly!! :-)The installation team was AH-MAZING!! These guys have muscle and know how to hustle! They didn’t waste any time getting started. They took their time and were very competent installing our granite. They carefully caulked wherever needed and even gave me options of caulk colors to make sure I would love the finished product.They worked to make sure any seams were flawless and barely noticeable. AND....they cleaned up after themselves which doesn’t happen often on a construction site.I am extremely picky and very OCD, but let me tell you how SUPER HAPPY I am about the experience we had with R&S Solid Surfaces. We would use them again and again. I have already recommended them to friends who’ve used them and they’ve had the same great experience that we had. We love our granite! Every person who comes in our home comments on our beautuful granite and wants to know ‘what company did that granite?!’ :-)STOP LOOKING and use R&S Solid Surfaces...they’re seriously THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!They’re PROFESSIONAL and ETHICAL which goes a long way with me!!P.S.—I have a GREAT cabinet guy too if you need one! :-)

We ordered kitchen countertops from RS Solid Surfaces. We visited their showroom twice before we decided which granite to order. They were very patient with us, and they have a lot of granite and quartz to choose from. Their slabs are well-presented with good lighting. Once we selected our granite, they worked with our contractor so that installation could proceed without delay. They came to make templates the day after our cabinets were installed. That was on Friday. On Monday afternoon, we chose our slabs and they laid out the templates on the granite. RS Solid Surfaces worked with us to choose a layout that was pleasing. We knew exactly what the granite would look like before they fabricated the granite. Today is Friday, and the granite was installed. The results are spectacular. Every piece of granite fit perfectly. The cooktop is set in the island and the undermounted sink is installed. They were extremely careful with my new cabinets and with the granite. The installation of 77 square feet of granite took less than two hours.Their workmanship is fabulous. They are very easy to work with. Their prices are the same or slightly lower than other granite dealers. Great job - RS Solid Surfaces!

This is my 4th purchase thru RS. Top Notch company, staff and service! Very highly recommend.

We shopped several locations, in search of our granite. I began to want a medium color but realized I needed something to keep my kitchen light and airy feeling. We went to RS Solid Surfaces and the sweet young lady helped us, by guiding us to a particular color. “Valle Nevada” was exactly what I wanted. I’m not sure if her name was Maria or Frances, because I worked with both of these ladies. They were very knowledgeable. I will list the things that they offered that I didn’t find elsewhere. Friendly, helpful service, beautiful showroom, indoor warehouse, patient with an indecisive customer (me), worker that was wiping and cleaning slabs in the warehouse, willing to move slabs around for us to see other slabs. We made a decision and then Efrain came to make the template for our tops. He was amazing! Once they were installed, they fit, as my husband said, “like a glove”. One piece was chipped during transport and they promptly recut and installed within a couple of days. I wasn’t pleased with the feel and look of the surface, so they repolished and made it some better. I did expect the finish to be as glassy as their display, but that is not the case. This was the only disappointment I experienced with RS Solid Surfaces. Those I worked with, in person or by phone, that were very helpful and knowledgeable were Maria, Frances, Marina, Efrain, and the guys with the installation. I highly recommend them for your granite needs. Just talk to them about the ability to get the finish how you want it, so there is no disappointment. I am sad that mine is not glassy/glossy like I expected.

RS Solid Surface is THE place for your granite, quartz and marble needs. We were seeking 3 quotes, but as Frances greeted us in the showroom we were home. We knew we wanted granite with specific orange tones and a hard find. I was drawn immediately to “my” slab in the meticulous showroom. Of course I chose an “exotic” grade; however, Maria and Bruno worked with us on a very generous affordable price. When Efrain came to make the template, he was very thorough and exact. When Pedro, Juan and Chuy came to install our countertops, they worked seamlessly as they placed a 300 pound slab perfectly into place. Maria was very friendly and responsive to my many calls. We have 25 year old wood cabinets which we cannot afford to replace. Our new gorgeous granite countertops have given new life to our kitchen and made it transform from blah to beautiful. Our neighbor purposely tried to find the seams in our kitchen because his are so noticeable. He couldn’t believe how our two seams are almost invisible. When you are looking for new stone countertops, go to RS Solid Surfaces for the best experience to transform your space.

RS has done Granite installs at multiple properties of mine in the last few years. The service was good, forgot to caulk a couple places but no big deal. Not worth having them come back out.On my most recent bathroom remodel they installed the countertops but shortly after I decided to add another small vanity for storage. Called them back with the dimensions and was supposed to get an estimate that day. A week goes by and I never hear from them. Call again and still no estimate. A few days later they call back and proceed to give me an estimate for close to double the cost (per sq ft) quoted on previous jobs for the exact same stone. I even offered to handle the measurements and install to save them 2 trips since it wasnt a huge job. Still the same ridiculous quote.This is no way to treat a repeat customer. I called a few other countertop businesses who had much better customer service up front and quoted me half the cost compared to RS. If youre spending 5k with them you will probably have a different experience, but beware.

They are very professional and take pride in there workmanship. I was impressed that when I called the lady I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable along with scheduling my countertop template appointment within a short wait time. The showroom has so many options to choose from and the staff was very helpful in the process of picking out my granite. I choose to keep my backsplash and the team did an awesome job removing my old countertops and installing the new granite countertop. The prices are economical. I ask them to take the piece of granite from where the sink was cut out and turn it into a lazy suzy.

I visited today with what probably seemed like an unconventional request for a very small home decor project. Customer service by far exceeded my expectations—-staff members were polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

We where adding some pantry cabinets and need a small peace of granite countertop (18) cut down and add a small section of countertop with a back splash. (30) I was having trouble finding someone who would help with a small job.I was talking to a free day at church and he recommended are Solid Surface, they had used them for new countertops for there kitchen. When I called they got my information and someone later called me back. They had no problem working with me on my small project. The gave me a great price no the small countertop I need and cut down my countertop with no charge!!
