Called and told the person on the phone the exact car, what phone number the part was under for the warranty and when I got there they messed up and ordered a part for a completely different car on the account. It wasted my time and theirs. Not happy!

They dont handle the parts they used to. They are turning into a parts exchange store. They stop handling rebuild kits. If your looking for parts for older vehicles they always have to order them. Prices have went up.Staff are helpful, and have a few that are knowledgeable.

Been a customer here for years, Fernando was amazing. Knows his stuff, recognized me the next week and double checked my awards points, Which i love by the way, had a computer problem tracking my points and pointed me in the right direction. Manager followed up with IT dept. And made things right, go team!

One if guys is young didnt know most time what he talking bout and said he dont have parts but in honest they did have parts.... I am female and I know more bout car parts then him for crying out loud...

I love AutoZone theyre eager to help you find what youre looking for and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need I do have to mention the bad though I have walked around the store several times and nobody asked me if I needed any help even though it was very clear I had no idea where anything was! And another thing that I didnt appreciate was they were constantly trying to push things on me to buy I didnt want or need but I guess they were just doing their job.Ok back on a good note they have came outside in the rain and put on wipers for me that I bought from them and they have even checked vehicles for me on their computers to find codes my computer had thrown. So all in all Im going to say 50/50 you have to take the good with the bad overall I would recommend them they are friendly and give good advice and they really do genuinely seem to care and try to help

Very friendly service.They thought they had my part but when I got there, we realized the wrong part was in the box. They apologized and ordered my part and told me it should be there the following morning around 9:30 am.They called the next morning at 9:20 am to say their truck was early and they had my part.I would recommend AutoZone to everyone.

Always helpful. More geared to customers of the general public it seems. Some auto parts stores make me feel dumb if i dont have mechanical engineering degree.Not here. Respect the key to why i go here. I also watch one associate help older people and by installing some small things and just being attentive and nice. Very Christian.
