My Mom and I went into the Carthage, Missouri AT&T store on Saturday August 21, 2021. We stopped in the Nevada, Missouri store (where my parents live) before we left town to go to Joplin for the day. As this is to be a compliment and positive review, I will not comment on the lack of service we received in Nevada. When we walked into the Carthage store, we were greeted by the friendliest young man. I told him I was wanting my Mom to have my old phone and we needed assistance transferring everything from her old phone. My Mom and I are both technologically challenged, so this sweet, kind, helpful, and most patient young man made us feel better about our lack of knowledge. The young man who assisted us was Andrew. He went above and beyond assisting us! It was so nice that Andrew took time with us, answered our questions and was just a genuinely nice young man. He made our day and we would like to compliment him and his amazing Customer Service!

Wonderful customer service! I came in having the worst day and thanks to the amazing staff not only did they take care of all phone issues but I ended up leaving in a great mood. I didnt catch the name of the woman who helped me but a particular shout out to her as she really made my day. Will definitely recommend this location.

Usually switching cell phone providers is confusing and expensive. Lucky for me I went to AT&T and met Shannon who was the MOST HELPFUL in this experience. He was knowledgeable about products and plans. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. He truly exceeded my expectations. This was the most amazing cellphone purchase ever. Thank you Shannon!! If anyone needs a new cellphone I HIGHLY recommend going to see Shannon at AT&T !

Im a Sprint customer so I thought customer service couldnt get worse. They proved me wrong. Waited third in line while the person being waited on discussed the type of phone, the service plan, and whether they could afford it with her spouse. ON THE PHONE! Its one thing to wait while a couple deliberates while buying a new phone; but its a whole other one when they havent made up their minds enough for one to not bother making the trip at all. The clerk didnt care as other customers stacked up behind these people.

I was sold a phone in February of 2018, Ive had several issues with it, I had a asurion come to repair my phone, he heated the back and took it off, it had writing all over it, he said my phone was refurbished, and that they write numbers on the refurbished parts. I bought this phone new, it was the only one they had, it was already opened, and in the box. At&t says they are a privately owned store so at&t is not responsible but the store! The store says they dont sale refurbished phones so theres nothing they can do . Why did I pay almost 1000 dollars for a phone that was supposed to be new! It was clearly not . At&t nor Carthage at&t will take responsibility. I dont know my next step, but they clearly should not be able to lie to customers, and then claim, its not their problem.

Shannon went above & beyond to help us get a good deal. We ran into several issues but he stayed past closing time to help us get them straightened out. And he was cheerful, friendly, & kept us laughing when I wanted to be frustrated :) Thank you Shannon!

Shannon, Julio, and Mikey have all been extremely helpful every time that Ive come in the store. Thanks for the great customer service. Id choose this store over the Joplin corporate store any day.

Recently visited the Carthage AT&T location to have my phone worked on and was greeted with smiles by a very friendly staff. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The staff was very knowledgeable of their products and services. I highly recommend this location it is absolutely where I will be going every time for now on.

Was fed up with an issue with my ATT service, went to a few other stores and they weren’t able to fix it. This Carthage store knows their stuff and has a fun & friendly staff. Would recommend you take your business here. Would give 10 stars if it were an option.

Store is not observing any normal precautions to prevent spread of coronavirus. Rep did not wear a mask. Store had no plexiglass shielding at counter whatsoever. Just stay out, it isnt safe.

Poor customer service. The gentleman I spoke with lacked basic knowledge of AT&Ts current offers online. Just overall poor service. Wanted to get some more insight after reading what AT&T offered online, but left that store with no additional help. Just go to Joplin if you want information on AT&T.

Guy couldnt help with phone problem. What he told me about my apps was incorrect. Went home and googled it and found how to fix issue.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had Ian Liss and the manager are by far the worst scammers I ever met. I went in to do a buy out trade in promotion deal and he and his manager did not do their job and turn in my phones after returning to the store several times, to resolve this issue I was told to leave. Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I went over (I live 15 miles away)to add a phone to my plan, which they did but in the process they took my phone off my plan & turned it off. Luckily I found out before I left the store so I they to put it back on the plan or so I thought. A month later my phone was shut off because they had put it on a pay-as-you-go plan and it had expired. So another trip back to straighten it out, only they said this time my husband had to be present so he had to drive 15 miles before they would fix it
