Its a joke full of lies thats all they do is sell things to you lie to make it sound like a good deal and cant hold there word at the end this place is a joke!

They have great service.. love going in there just to say hi sometimes. I recommend this store for anyone looking for new service or trying to upgrade. They are very helpful.and the staff are good looking women you’ll leave with a smile..

Had cell phone that broke. Was covered by insurance but when tried to call Cricket corporate office and insurance kept getting message not available. Took sim card out of phone and put in old phone to have something I could use until could get ride to store. When got to store was told when removed sim from phone, lost insurance and wont repair phone. Switched to Verizon with better reception and service.

The Rep was cool but I was really disappointing that I know my payment was due on the 1st of October and it todays the 3rd and I got charged the $5 fee for it not paying it on the 1st and 30 dollars a month and had to pay $38 Im going to divorce in an homeless shelter right now its money I could not afford

My bill is due today. Store was closed because weather! So i dont have acess to internet! So my service will be shut off! They better not charge me a reactivation fee not my fault!!!

They’re always nice and helpful

Staff was extremely polite and helpful to make sure we had the most appropriate service plan and added line for our Kiddos. Always feel like the ladies ignore all around us and take care of us.

Went to Carthage store yesterday and got a new phone since my iPhone gave out . I felt bad for the chick that helped me cuz I really dont think she knew what she was doing . Got a new phone and got a Nokia (bad idea) they said the pictures were good (thats a neg) . Id rather have my other phone back . Def going back to cricket .. not that store and trading it out cuz this phone sucks . The staff and the girl that helped me were nice but in not satisfied with the phone that they told me was a good phone .

This company is a nightmare, a client writes, it is nobody who does not know what he writes, I abandoned Boost mobile and I thought it was good this new one that does not repair contracts but uses AT&T towers, I raised the stop and apart from the page line A Mooxe to always have the internet with me, everything nice and perfect at first, then the unjustified bad connections started, I couldnt enjoy it, I couldnt consume it, a mooxe is similar to a cell, with the difference that it has no applications, so which one Is that the reason for such bad service? You also want to speak with a representative and call, one must prepare for long waits, it is normal, what is not good is that it happens all the time, this company is fine but well down.
