I came in today for an estimate on my vehicle repairs. Randy was my service writer and he was great. Very professional, fast and knowledgeable. I would highly recomend Caliber Collision to anyone needing body shop repairs.

I brought my car to this location after a minor fender bender. From start to finish I have been very impressed with the service and the communication, specifically from my service advisor, Aaron Lopez. Aaron is meticulously detail oriented and kept me updated on the progress of my repair over the course of the three days it was in the shop. He also went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me at my work location after it was finished. That was a first class touch for a single working mom. I highly recommend Aaron and the team at this location if you find yourself needing quality repair work done on your car.

Had an estimate done by I think Aaron, he was timely, professional, and very personable. I will however end up going through insurance due to the damage that was done. Got me in realistically fast considering some place are in December!!!!

Had to get a dent/trim repaired on my back left passenger door/tire and from start to finish, I was highly impressed with the level of service and detail. From the ladies who greeted you upon entry and initial set up (phone), to the repair service representative everyone was courtesy and professional. They made a point to communicate every step of the way from any expected delays to ETA of completion. I was pleasantly surprised as well to find that they detailed my vehicle interior and exterior before I took my vehicle back. Very pleased and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had such a great experience at Calibar on Maynard Road last week. They did an amazing job repairing my daughters Jeep after someone rear-ended her. The biggest surprise was that they professionally detailed her car & we were blown away that it looked brand new again!! It was extremely dirty and they went above & beyond!!! Caliper Collision Staff was professional and courteous. The location I went to in Cary is Honda Certified and they did an outstanding job fixing the damage to my front bumper. They completed the job early and returned my vehicle nice and clean.

I really enjoy my car looking better than I bought it; and that’s what this Caliber did. Not only is the lobby large, and inviting, they have a fundraiser with what looks to be a teekee party theme. So cute. Will be bringing back donations. I was assisted by two blonde girls in the front, who were so kind. My advisor Alora did an amazing job on my Ford. Not only did she communicate the whole repair plan, but she kept her word on when I would get it back. This location seemed to have a good team of players, anytime I called, I was greeted so kindly, and when you’re in there you can tell they want to be there for work. I think that’s a good manager whoever it is, kudos to them. A great staff only comes with a good leader. Thanks for reading my long review, I definitely recommend them everyone.

Randy, the front desk, and the Enterprise team made my first ever body shop visit (due to a fender bender) extremely easy. Friendly and communicative from beginning to end.

Everyone is nice except for the fact the literally NONE of these adults are capable of properly wearing a mask. I felt very uncomfortable waiting for my vehicle. Do better.

If your insurance is paying for it, definitely choose Caliber. If you’re paying for it, shop around.

This business is a very dishonest business. They dont care about small body work and purposefully quote high to force you to go through insurance. If you do not want to use your insurance then they would lowball you with a smaller quote and later come up with some hidden(?) damage. If you want to proceed with repair then they would charge you for screening the car and finding the hidden damage. If I could give zero stars, I would. Check Better business bureau website and you can find a bunch of complaints against them.

I had my vehicle worked on here following a recent hail storm. They were easy to communicate with and Randy kept me very updated and informed on work done and expected timeline. I was never left wondering when I’d get my vehicle back or where they were in the process. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the painters dent repair, hood replacement, wiring fix (previous repair shop failure), and painting were all done well. They even returned my vehicle clean, inside and out. Highly recommend.

Caliber Collision was terrific. This is my second time at this location and I was very well taken care of the first time. This building houses an Enterprise vehicle rental. My agent today was great. I recommend both of these businesses.

The whole process of getting my car repaired was so smooth and easy especially bc there is an enterprise car rental on site. Not only did they do an amazing job on the bodywork, but it was done quickly and I had my car back in just a few days.

Had to go back multiple times repair was not quality maybe fine for regular vehicles but anything high end I would not trust to them. Overspray, dirty engine bay and left my car with multiple runs in paint and clear coat. Very bad quality even after I returned for items to be fixed still ended up having fresh dust and particles in clearcoat. Dont trust your baby to them....

They got my wifes car in and out without any hassle and had the car back to me earlier than expected. The repair to the front bumper made the car look good as new. Its really nice that Enterprise is located in their facility making getting a rental very easy while having your repair done.

I brought my Lexus to be repainted due to hail damage. Took 8 days for Caliber to give an outrageous quote which my insurance company would not pay and would not work with my insurance company to resolve the claim. Was forced to take car elsewhere to get painted. Terrible company total rip off on extraordinary high quotes to rip off insurance companies not caring about the customer getting great service and the claim resolved. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

My car was hit (while I was in a store) and totaled. My insurance contacted Caliber Collision, and they took car of all necessary information and transferred it to their Raleigh location to see if it could repaired. Of course it was totaled and they notified my insurance company. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made sure I retrieved my belongings from the car. They were very professional.

Gina helped me and advised me on the condition of my car and other repairs that they do not do. She sympathized with me and my situation and did everything she could to help me. I cant say enough about the pleasant experience of going to a body shop of all places! Go there if you need immediate help from an organized staff who truly cares that you are their customer.

Alora was outstanding! Most of the staff was very helpful, but she went above and beyond to get my car in the best shape after a rear ending accident. I truly appreciate her making sure I felt like a priority, I even had to bring the car back to check out something and while they were booked she dropped everything to make sure my car was ready to go before a long road trip home for the holidays. If a manager is reading this she should get a raise and be considered for management!

Had my Honda HRV at the Maynard location. Hit a snag with some parts and insurance but Caliber took the lead on everything and made me feel comfortable it was being handled with lout worrying

There is no question, the work they do is deserving of a 5. Car came back looking brand new, but that is not why I made it a point write a review and give them a 5 star rating. When I got my car back, I realized that someone had gone through my car and stole about $300 worth of items, including my Garmin GPS. I was very frustrated and felt violated. I was stressed out thinking how difficult it was going to be to file a claim and get compensated for my stolen items. My husband called the next day and the manager was very apologetic. He admitted they had one similar incident in the past. He asked my husband to send the details on the items lost. Within 5 days, the company had reimbursed me for everything. It was the smoothest, least stressful process. I rate them because they immediately righted the wrong. Things will go wrong, but how a company handles those wrongs it was makes them or breaks them. I would recommend despite what I experienced.

Absolutely amazing service and incredible work! I hit a deer in my 1996 Mustang Cobra and was really worried about getting it repaired to match stock condition. Erika provided regular updates throughout the process, answering all of my questions and taking time to detail the various stages of repair work. Communication was over text messages and 1-2 phone calls per week. She even took time to email me a few in progress pictures during the repair work.Anyone who knows me will tell you I am really particular about my vehicles; Erika and everyone at Caliber Collision treated the car better than I would.Sam - who did the work on the car - is an absolute wizard at this stuff. His attention to detail is simply amazing. He & I spent ~15 minutes talking about the vehicle when I picked it up; if you get a chance to talk with him, you will be blown away by how much care he puts into his work. Sam is an absolute master craftsman at this stuff. His repair work on my 22 year old car was exquisite, it literally looks better than new.I am blown away by the care and service provided by Caliber Collision and if any of my vehicles ever need body work in the future, I will use Caliber Collision in Cary exclusively. I cannot recommend them enough. I would rate them 10 stars, if that was possible.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment have my heil damage estimate.After the gay finished his job,he told me he wouldn’t write the report until I agreed to have my vehicle repaired there first.unbelievable!!!Called back for complaining, was told the estimate gay doesn’t belong to the company.so. . .....Are you ready for this??Go ahead using the location.

It used to be good, very bad drop my car lady service rep was very bad in service complaint observation of customer and shady and rough talk. Until I pick up my car, my concern was not addressed and no email/message or any other conversation I got vehicle was ready message only. When I went their the mud guard connection fender has a whole it is a part of an accident area in fender not replace, also head light concern was not even addressed. She said it is not part of insurance as if she is the adjuster and she bring the manager of the Cary branch was very confrontational. Something wrong with this place. Finally he said he will order the mud guard piece out of his expense and come back to fix it (when they call). I dont think I will go their again. before this incident, prior repair their was a lady name Judy, she was awesome and so much informative and helpful. Now these 2 are very so much unhelpful and pain, something wrong with this place and sure I am not going their again. Told manager I was not communicated and he said service rep lady spoke to me and prove the phone record. I challenge him that if there is a call I will drop the car and leave without car, then he silent and not bringing the topic....so much pain...

The service we received at Caliber was nothing short of excellent.Our service advisor, Erika, was highly knowledgeable and friendly from beginning to end. She thoroughly discussed during a pre-service inspection what repairs would likely be done in such a way that anyone could understand what she was saying and why it was important. She is extremely well-spoken and makes you feel like they are definitely taking care of you.Sam, our body repair technician, did a wonderful job not just with repairs, but with pointing out prior damage and evidence of previous repairs of which he thought we should be aware. While I did not get to meet him myself, it was very clear through what Erika shared with me that Sam really cares about what he does and invests a lot of attention to precision, safety, and ultimately customer care.We received brief text updates on the condition of my car and where it was in the repair process on a day-by-day basis, which was wonderful and reassuring that we were constantly aware of the car’s condition in a convenient way. My car was also completed a day earlier than the estimated time, so they are as timely as they are communicative.I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you’re looking for quality repairs.Thank you so much Erika and Sam!

Highly recommend Caliber! Had to have my front left panel replaced on my car after a neighbor backed into it. The other drivers insurance uses this location as a repair facility. Staff was courteous, professional, and personable. They were able to do a quick evaluation on my car when I dropped it off. They obtained the parts quickly and beat their repair estimate by one day! I had my car back within 2 days. While I dont plan to need body work done again I would definitely return should I need it!

Great experience at Caliber Collision on Maynard. Fast to get in and out, and great partnership with Enterprise rental in the same building. After being rear ended while I was sitting at a red light, there was a ton of damage to the back of my car and now youd never guess it. Everyone I worked with was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job at keeping me updated on the progress and estimated completion date of my car. It was one stop shopping for me which was amazing having everything I needed in one place. Jeremy the progressive agent was great; took care of everything for me and lined up my rental car as well. I walked in dropped off the keys and drove off in my rental no hassle. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but definitely would go there again if needed.

Betty and Lisa at the front desk greeted me with a smile and quickly helped me on each of my visits to Caliber. Dwight was very thorough in communicating to me in regards to the work being done on my car. Although the timeline for getting my car fixed was long due to the shop being busy, this was communicated very clearly. My insurance company paid for rental car so was not in a big hurry. This was one of the collision centers recommended and contracted with State Farm.

Joe got his crew to focus on getting my Smart Car done by Friday afternoon and they did it! Why is that great? Because they had just got some of the parts in Friday morning! They were working hard to meet their goal and I appreciate it.When I got there and they pulled up my info Joe came out to greet me and let me know they were about to be done in another thirty minutes or so and that was perfect as I had just spent the last couple of hours in a dentist chair so I was able to chill in their lobby area while they wrapped things up.When they were done and we looked over the car it looked brand new! I got to drive home in my own car and it felt great! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...I had just turned in my car the previous Saturday! Talk about service! The overall experience with Caliber (especially NW Maynard Rd, Cary N.C. location) was simply excellent!
