Absolutely recommend these guys for high end work. It will not be the cheapest but what price having your baby back looking like it never happened so you can forget about it? Gerber has done this three times for me now. Fixing my truck after 2 passenger doors were totally wiped out by a hit and run, fixing it again after a small fender bender and recently taking care of my Porsche Boxster and making it beautiful again after someone hit it in the rear. The finish in all cases was better than from the factory. Riley will take good care of your baby. Thank you all at Gerber. (Hope not to have to call on you again!).
Had hail damage completed at Gerber. Our Toyota Sienna sunroof never leaked until after Gerber worked on it, not once but twice. The technician was trying to tell me about why it didnt work instead of just fixing it. Lifetime warranty? Yes. But they wont do anything. Id give 0 stars. Every rain = water inside our van. No thanks Gerber!
Gerber Collision in Cary is the only spot I will take my vehicles for needed work moving forward. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely personable as well. From Gail at the front desk to Noah in management they are a first class group through and through. Prices are extremely competitive and more than fair. My vehicle was done pretty fast and they even wash it inside and out when they are done with the job. Just an awesome experience. Highly highly recommend this place if you are in need of some repair work.
They have been great. I had some issues over a year later and they still honored their work. They fixed the issue without hesitation and no cost to me. Im back as good as new.
Have used them twice to fix 2 separate cars. Their work is great. The latest car looks better than it did before it went in. The paint matching is incredible. You cant tell where the repair. During the process we were well informed, and both times they met or beat their repair timeline.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service. This was the preferred company from the insurance company of the lady that hit me so honestly probably wouldn’t have even gone here. Angela who handled my repairs was great. She kept in contract with me throughout the process and they helped set up the rental while work was being done. Car look good as new. Others I encountered while there were also nice and courteous.
Gail at Gerber Collision called the insurance company on my behalf when they failed to set up a rental for me. She jumped through the hoops with them that I couldnt get through and got me a rental in ten minutes when I would have waited two hours for the insurance company to call me back. She was so kind and helpful!
I came in due to an accident. They were friendly, professional, kept me up to date while my vehicle was being worked on, finished the repairs early, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Highly recommend Gerber!
As of now I’m rating the process of getting in and out. My initial assessment was scheduled for 10 AM this morning. There was no wait, they started on time, and I literally was out the door. So far so good!

Awesome staff especially Gail, cannot be more appreciative of everything they have gone above an beyond. Couldnt get ahold of enterprise, the staff stepped in, switched my reservation to the closest site an took me to there. My car was done quicker than expected, I cannot say how Thankful I am for these guys. They are family now with the care they have shown my car, my little one, and me. Thank you guys for your patience and will definitely refer you guys.
I left a 2 Star review a few months ago because even though valuable equipment was stolen from my car, they did a decent job with the repairs. I was then contacted by the GM, who apologized for the theft and asked me how much the stolen equipment was worth so that the company could cut me a check for that amount. I told him I’d paid about $100 for it, to which he replied, “Sounds good, we’ll be in touch!”No one has been in touch, or responded to my outreach. $100 apparently wasn’t a fair price for removing a 2 Star review; let’s try 1 Star.(UPDATE: Gail from the front desk contacted me and had a reimbursement sent to my home. I remember her being very kind and helpful throughout the entire process last year.)
Staff person that did estimate was great - she was very thorough and explained everything but other staff and overall business had Poor customer service. On the day I got the estimate I scheduled to drop our vehicle off to get repaired the following week since the shop was bush and couldnt take it that same day. I called the day before to confirm service schedule and drop off but then when we dropped the car off they claimed our service had been cancelled and they couldnt schedule us again for over a month so we ended up taking our car elsewhere.
Excellent experience yesterday. I took my car in for them to check something and they couldnt have been more accommodating! I usually dont rate things but I had to give a big thank you to them!
Went to get an estimate on my car that had been wrecked.. I made an appointment at was greeted on time and was offered something to drink and had to take filled out the paperwork. Was probably ingredientes again by agent who estimated car damages.. he was very kind and knowledgeable. he was thorough and he asked did I have any questions.. ZERO star if I am allowed.DISHONEST SCAMMER!!!!Long story short. Went to this shop per insurance companys recommendation to fix front bumper and engine in an accident. After all was fixed, weve come to notice both of my front tires that were not at all damaged in the accident got REPLACED by some crappy junks. I am absolute appalled by this. My car has always been serviced by the same mechanic at the dealership throughout the years. Only this one time. I am shocked.Stay FAR and AWAY from this place. ZERO oz of business ethics.

I got into a little fender bender, and I heard about Gerber collision so I decided to try them out. Let me just say they are very friendly, great service, and they work with you on getting an estimate on the spot. They will work with your budget to try and fix as much as they can within your price range. They accept alot of insurance providers for repairs, and they do not have a RESTRICTION on what year, make and model your car is, unlike some collision shops which I wont name. In a nutshell, they will take care of your car and do follow up calls to keep you in the loop. I recommend anyone looking for a great collision shop to try them out. You wont be disappointed!

It was very easy and straight-forward to set up an appointment to have my windshield replaced by phone. I was given a quote and was charged the same price when the replacement was complete. Although my overall experience with Gerber was good, there was some miscommunication with their glass vendor which caused some complications.Their vendor had accidentally dropped off my windshield in their other location in Raleigh so my windshield was not replaced until later in the afternoon (instead of the morning at my appointment time). The technician did not arrive 3/4th into my four hour appointment time slot, and I had to call Gerber to find this out. I understand that these things can happen and while I am ok with having to wait or reschedule, I (and Im sure others as well) would greatly appreciate being notified about any changes/mishaps without having to call to inquire about it.Fortunately, Gerber was able to fix this issue the same day. The technician who worked on my car was named Jay. He was very friendly and efficient. He was very good with communicating when he arrived and when he finished. Jay was also informative about the windshield (what I should avoid doing for the next 24 hrs, etc) and answered all my questions. Although initially upset about the lack of communication and the undetermined wait time, my interaction with Jay had greatly improved my impression of Gerber Collision & Glass.**Short version:Pros: Efficient, friendly, honest, convenient on-site windshield replacement (brings service to you).Cons: Lack of communication

Arranged a visit by phone. On arrival there was nothing listed. Did not even lift a finger to accommodate me. Lousy service.
My visit at this Location was HORRIBLE!!! Unfortunately my insurance sent me to their preferred body shop. The GPS took me down Cary Pkwy so this was my first complaint. I had to call get directions, upon arriving I did not know where to park; the lot was full with the exception of a handicapped spot. I go through the open fence to attempt to find the entrance/additional parking. As I exit my vehicle I am smacked in the face by the smell of marajuana so strong I got back in my car and contemplated if I should go in or not. While sitting in my car the culprits are walking back to the building just laughing and having a great time. I get out and the smell is even stronger. I am obviously lost and not one of the 4 people offered assistance to help me find the entrance. I come around the building and a young Afro American girl smoking a cigarette that she respectfully put out I appreciated that, well she escorts me to the front door, Finally I’m in! I sit and wait for the appraiser to come for about 10 minutes. When she comes I notice this is one of the members of the happy crew with an overwhelming amount of perfume on (to cover up the pot). We go out to do the appraisal and there is a man in the garage listening to obsene hip hop music. At this point I had enough! Quality is hard to find and clearly Gerber has not found those quality employees. The highlights were the coffee, the receptionist, and the young lady who didn’t leave me wondering the parking lot for another 30 minutes. If I could give a zero I would have.-Lack of Professionalism-Druggies-Poor parking-Prices InflatedI went to Caliber right down the road. Take some lessons. They have ample parking, greeted as soon as I stepped foot out of my car, and no pot perfuming the premises. Also they have an Enterprise which makes things more convenient.!
First off our agent Amanda was awesome. But Gail the lady at the front desk is truly terrible. She is consistently rude to customers and co-workers. Ive already instructed all my co-workers to avoid this location due to her.The first time I visited she was condescending to me and flat out ignored my plea for some help. The other lady at the front helped me instead. While I was seated waiting for further instructions she began having personal conversations that were not suitable for work. Whenever a co-worker needed help she was rude to them.When we came the 2nd time to drop the car off she seemed annoyed right off the bat when we walked in and was very rude to us. She kept asking Amanda for information on us but at the same time was super rude to her. When we told her we werent sure if a rental was booked she immediately told us it was our problem and we needed to take care of it. When it turned out we werent covered for a rental she cancelled our booking without consulting Amanda and then told Amanda off when she inquired about it. Amanda offered to help us book a car through our own pocket but at that point I just wanted out and called an Uber. The whole time she acted like she just wanted to push us off completely to Amanda. It was a super upsetting experience. Her overall attitude to us and Amanda was very off putting. I dont understand why someone like that is at the front desk since she is the first person a customer sees.If this location gets rid of her or moves her to another spot away from customers I will come back but as of right now I plan to get my car back and never recommend this place to anyone.
Is there a way to give zero stars? 52 days my car was in their garage. It took three attempts to pickup my car after being told each time it was ready. Managment obviously never took 2 minutes to reviewed the work before calling for me for pickup. 52 DAYS ! Shameful ! But no worries, I was given a guarantee on their workmanship. ;>
Ive had the unfortunate experience of getting me and my wifes car in for collision repairs 3 times in the past year. Gerber has always done an excellent job at helping ease the pain out of collision repair. The reps have underpromised and over delivered consistently. Stephanie and Bill have clearly shown a commitment to customers by the service they provide.
Most of the people there are super nice. The manager, Andy, is the most rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional manager I had the misfortune to ever meet. That made my previously positive experience now negative. I followed up with him for more than 2 months on my repairs (which were extensive to begin with, so I let things slide at first). It is still not done after at least 4 follow up visits to the shop. His excuse for not getting things done was because I didnt remind him! Unacceptable.

DONT USE THIS SHOP! I was forced to use this shop for appraisal of my vehicle after I was crashed into. It has been a week now since my appraisal of damages. The person performing the appraisal didnt know what to do to price it and literally copied the one my insurance company performed on the vehicle. I since then have been contacted every day by gerber to try and schedule my repairs. They never sent the quote to the insurance company yet keep badgering me. Then they eventually sent it to my company instead of the one handling the claim. Yes they essentially sent my companies quote to them but with the wrong claim number. I then had to call my insurance to make sure they didnt process the claim and give the correct insurance company and claim number to gerber for probably the 3rd time. They called me once again today to try and schedule the repair still having not sent the quote to the correct company. Extremely aggravated by the multiple phone calls and them only being focused on there sale. I definitely will not be using them for my repair and suggest you dont even go there or they will badger you too on a daily basis.

The lady at the desk was rude to other customers as I was waiting for my appointment.She also spoke in monotone.At that point, even though I had an appointment, I got up and left.No customer should be greeted in such mannor . Specially when they did nothing wrong.Shes the last person the company should have sitting at the reception desk.
Outstanding, put it this way a woman going to get an estimate on damage done to company car, their service was outstanding and the estimate and work where completed as promised. If ever my personal vehicle needs repair I know where to go.

Stay away from this location! HORRIBLE WORK! Took off work 4 times to pick up my vehicle that was not ready. The techs in the back dont check their work after they finish. Had finger prints and lint under the clear coat, trunk was not lined up properly, a rough residue left around doors and upper door jams, the inside of my car had white stuff all throughout, bumper was not fastened on properly, had multiple NOTICEABLE defects in paint. I took a survey and gave them 1s. when I brought my car back to complain the so called general manager/manager ANDY confronted me in anger him being a big guy in close proximity trying to intimidate me about the survey and how they didnt deserve the scores I gave them which is suppose to be confidential!! After addressing my concerns I was informed by ANDY that my 2012 toyota camry was mass produced and was not going to be perfect and you should except sub-par workmanship
