I bought my car in early 2019 and I am still pleased with it today. When I bought my car, I came on a late, rainy Friday evening, Trevor Buck, my Dallas Cowboys salesman made it happen for me. He was very patient, kind and thorough plus I came with all my documents to make the process a run smoother. After patiently waiting for several months I was finally able to snag a brand new Camaro. Since I didn’t want to spend hours upon hours at the dealership I decided to start the purchasing process online, it appeared simple enough, so why not… After waiting a while I realized that I wasn’t so patient after all, esp knowing there was only ONE Camaro at the dealership, so I called to follow up on my online process. I realize we are operating in different times and my expectation of experience needs to be adjusted accordingly. However, I feel the adjustment should only be felt in the availability of a scheduled appointment for service. My expectation of the effort to complete the service is the exact same as it was pre-Covid. Covid should not all of a sudden make tasks take 300% longer than they did in 2019 or 1950 for that matter. That is what I experienced at my last visit to Hendrick Chevrolet for a routine oil change that I scheduled weeks in advance. It took 2.5 hours to complete this work order that the Service department knew of weeks in advance. It probably would have been much longer if I didnt walk back there to see how bad the process was broken. Never did I get an update from a human or from the automated system despite being invited to text for updates when I dropped my truck off. I sent a text message 2 hours in asking for an update however that went unanswered.

My first time visit. It is at a great location. I was greeted by Ms. Tabitha and she has great customer service. She shared information with me about the oil change packaged deal that unfortunately I was unable to participate in this go round but hope it’s available by my next due oil change. The waiting area was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff there seem very happy and though I did not get to meet the person who worked on my car. However, I feel comfortable that the job was done to my satisfaction.

These guys are awesome! I’ve been waiting for a C8 corvette since they were announced in 2019. Milos Sainovic put me on the waitlist right away. Then comes a pandemic, production issues, and a personal health issue that delayed the process for me. Milos stuck with me, and made sure all my questions were answered through the whole process, he even called to check in on me my during my health scare! I finally took delivery of a beautiful C8 on 10/9/2021. On delivery day I had the pleasure of working with Trevor Buck. What a guy! His delivery and presentation of the car is museum delivery level. There were congratulations signs printed, and I was greeted to that beautiful symphony of a cold start in the showroom. He went over every detail of the car, taking his time, like he was only there for me the whole day. These guys aren’t car salesman, they’re car enthusiasts, and it shows. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to let everyone know of my experience at Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary, North Carolina. It was the best!! It was awesome!! I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze in to get my spark plugs and my timing belt replaced at 7 am on Oct. 5, 2021. I was greeted right away. 😊 My service advisor, TABITHA came and spoke to me about 8:30am when she arrived at work. She was very nice and explained everything to me. She then told me my water pump was bad and was leaking and said my serpentine belt was worn. It made sense to me as I’ve almost have 100,000 miles on my car. She then offered to take me back and talk to the mechanic, PAUL to show me the issue with the water pump. He was very nice and showed me this issue with the water pump and explained it to me in a way I could understand. I’m very impressed that he took the time to do this for me. He was very professional and very nice. To me PAUL and TABITHA went above and beyond and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be going back to take care of all my car’s needs and will purchase another vehicle when the time comes for that. The process to purchase a new vehicle was fast, efficient and overall, pleasant. The advances in technology that have allowed this to happen quickly for consumers is amazing. The staff was very pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating. They went out of their way to show me all of my options for vehicles.

Hendrick uses deceptive online advertising practices. If you intend to go to the dealership to look at a vehicle that you saw online, make sure to call about the advertised price versus the actual price. I went in with the intention of buying a $48000 Silverado truck, but when I got there the salesman informed me another customer was in the process of buying the truck. I left and soon got a call saying the other buyers deal fell through and the truck was available. Again I go to the dealership with full intentions of purchasing the vehicle. As I am walking around the truck the salesman informs me that the price is over $54000. When I question why the price online of $48000 was not the actual price, he told me that dealer added accessories were not included in the advertised price. The truck had stock rims and the only accessories I could see were spray in bedliner, floor mats and step bars. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never experienced such a brazen bait and switch tactic. I am sure the first customer left for the same reason. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that routinely uses this practice.

Purchased a New vehicle with Over spray, Buff marks all over rear 1/4 panel, shabby paint work runs and dirt under paint on 2 doors, interior has body dust coming out of fabric every time someone sits in rear of vehicle,No one mentioned 50,000 dollar vehicle had paint work on it - I guess legally dealer doesn’t have to disclose but common decency would have been expected.

My service advisor was top notch. I came in flustered and feeling bad. She eased all my concerns, found out the party I needed want in but made it easy for me to drop the car off. I had concerns about picking it up early and she made sure it would be done before I had to go to my other events. It made my day. Thanks.

Everyone was fantastic - truly one of the top car buying experiences we have ever had. Loiy was great, totally no pressure during the sales experience. I highly recommend Trevor Buck if you are in the market for a new Chevy. For 4 months Trevor has been hunting down a new traverse for us. He has given me weekly updates along the way. Once the traverses were at the Hendrick he made sure we were one of the first to get first picks. Trevor, Joe, Harvey were very patient with us as we had to bring our 2 small kids with us to buy the new Traverse. They played with our kids and made sure they had plenty of snacks to keep them entertained while we signed papers. What a wonderful experience at Hendrick Chevrolet in the Cary automall! Having such a tight budget with bills and such, Jessica in sales helped find the perfect ride for my finance’ & I. She really listened to what we were trying to accomplish, cost effective fuel with advanced safety features. Jessica showed us two different amazing models & we had an extremely hard time deciding… however, over time, together we all figured it out. We are very happy with our new ride & Jess, not only patient, has contacted us multiple times to make sure we’re still loving our ride & checks to make sure we’re understand all the features as well. Everything was great. I had just finished working about 20 hours on a crazy shift and I was exhausted. The service team got me in and out very quickly. I did notice however, when I went to pick up my car, that all of the other cars that were lined up with mine had been washed and were nice and shiny. Mine hadnt been washed so I was kind of wondering about that. But, overall, the service was exceptional - as always. Ive known Matt Flowers for years and he manages the service bay and experience exceptionally!

I just purchased a 2021 Silverado High Country from Hendrick Chevrolet and it was the best purchasing experience I have had. Jason Jackson was my first contact and he was phenomenal. I even walked away to try some other vehicles. I never felt pressured once. I came back to check out a used vehicle and Jason convinced me to take it home for a night, even though he wouldnt be available to the next day if I were to decide to purchase. What he did do, was hand me over to Trevor Buck who picked up right where Jason left off. These two were so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They mentioned they have been in the business for 10 or 12 years when I kept running into people 3 months in at other dealerships. Turns out a lot of the crew at Hendrick have been there a long time. Dont tell anyone, but I thought I was a Ford guy. But with this level of service and care I couldnt wait to do business with this dealership, especially with Jason and Trevor.

I cannot say enough of the the great customer service we received when we purchased our Traverse. Raheen Ford was so knowledgeable about all the little differences between the two vehicles we were interested in. He was so kind and understanding with our small kids. He even got them snacks when they were hangry and becoming fussy! He was so helpful during the whole process, he stayed with myself and my kids while my husband did paperwork and made sure the whole process was as stress free as possible. The whole team that helped us was outstanding. And Raheen went above and beyond by having a few surprises for my kids when wrote finally got in our new vehicle to go home! Oil change was fine. Requested that air condition be checked. I was informed that the condenser needed to be replaced. Was quoted 1700 but told by John that he could do 1500. Then told maybe 1400. When I told him no I received a call 40 minutes later saying 1200. I find it very unprofessional for a large dealership to negotiate fees. Picked up my truck. No cold air was blowing at all so clearly the coolant had not been refilled as I was told it would be. Called john to ask about this and was told it must have all already leaked out I find it very unlikely that it all leaked out within 2 or 3 hours when it has taken 5 to 6 weeks in the past.

Courteous and timely service. The waiting room could use a bit more tables and amenities (i.e., coffee) so that people can actually be productive while waiting 2 hours their car to be ready.
