Shia was wonderful. She helped me with a problem from another JL on Capital. Even though it wasnt her fault, she took it upon herself to fix their (Capital JL) problem.
I don’t like to post negative reviews, but today’s service merits it. First, they had no inspectors. So, I was unable to do my inspection there. Second, I had a groupon with all the works and full synthetic oil. I decided to finally check whether they were doing all the things that they are supposed to do in the checklist. Turns out that they did not and they marked everything as if it was completed. Third, when I asked about the tire rotations, they said they they “couldn’t do it because they were short staffed” as if that was a valid excuse for charging for something and not doing it. Four, I didn’t hear any vacuum. So, they probably didn’t do that either. Fifth, they had problems charging me and were going to charge me more than they were supposed to, but someone there noticed. Finally, they were not cordial or apologetic at all. Very bad experience. I had been going there for years and never noticed whether they were doing their job or not. I learned from this, I will not be going back, and I will be making sure that they are doing their job. Very disappointing to say the least.
I went for a inspection like I use to. The employee approached me with no mask. And he was on the phone when he approached me. I proceeded to wait in my car. There was 2 cars ahead of me. The employees had no sense of urgency and were just walking around. The same employee was still on the phone. I waited ALOT longer than I needed to. I left and went to NC inspection station instead. Everytime i go to jiffy lubes its a disaster. No more. Best of luck.
BEWARE!! 48 hours after taking my vehicle here it broke down and cost +$300 to get towed and repaired.Jiffy Lube resolved the issue, but I would not and do not recommend anyone go.
I have been going here for the past 2 years for oil changes and inspections. I went to several other jiffy lube locations in the past and none compare to this one. This one actually is jiffy! Always super fast service and employees are kind.
Make sure to check everything according to the service checklist before you leave. They didn’t not even reset my oil change light, neither my tire, one of it had low pressure and the light was on. The new checklist says they completed vacuuming and windows but they didn’t do that at all. It was my first time going to oil change so I didn’t know what to expect. I just found out they made me pay for services that I didn’t use after reading my receipt.
Great service. New manager awesome
Went for an inspection today. They were able to get it done quickly. They pulled my car out after the inspection with the window down (the window was rolled up when I exited the car after being greeted because it was raining. Inspection tech lowered it). In the 15 minutes or so that it took to check out (couple customers paying in front of me) the front seat and the inside of the door was completely soaked.Inspections were the last thinf I trusted them with,, but Ill be looking for another place to get my inspections done from now on.On a side note, person that greeted me didnt have a mask over their nose. While I was waiting inside, 3 other customers had masks on. They let a guy come in without a mask and sit in the tiny waiting room.
I just visited this Jiffy Lube today to get an inspection done. The staff there were incredibly professional and courteous. They also ensured that I was comfortable waiting for my car, given all the concerns about covid. The service was completed quickly, too! Ill definitely be back.
Usually a pretty good location. However, it took them 45 minutes to do a very repairable tire patch with nobody in front of me with four mechanics. Pricing was fair.
They did the job they were supposed to, no complaints
Every time I go here it is exceptional service!
Just dont go to jiffy lube not worth it. Theyve lost 2 of the caps under my hood one being the oil cap did even know till I open my hood later that day. Called they didnt have it
I saw the existing one-star review and thought it was a valid perspective but didnt agree with my own experience. I kind of like having my preferred Jiffy Lube location having a one-star review so fewer people go there, but Ive found the employees and service there so good that I felt it necessary to chime in with my own review. Ive had my oil changed here at least six times, and my car inspected three times, and they often have me back on the road in under 25 minutes. They automatically give me the coupon book discounts that apply. Sometimes theres a line and its a longer wait, but I try to avoid peak times and Ive never been there over an hour.
Great service!! All staff are friendly and willing to help me. Would highly recommend all my friends to do car service there!!
I was pleased that this Crossroads location was able to get me in and out within 45 minutes. Fast service!Antonio was extremely helpful too! I believe he is the manager, and he truly takes pride in his work (and deserves a raise). If there were any issues, he swooped in to fix anything that wasnt to the absolute highest standards.Jiffy Lube also went above my expectations when they vacuumed my car and wiped down my windows.Thank you for the great customer service, and good quality that was quickly administered.
Quick and easy - they were very accommodating with the covid restrictions as well
Workers slammed the car doors. Went to get state inspection, the price the qouted initially was completely different with the price they charge you after the service. They are just so rude while answering.
Well-run Jiffy Lube. Fast & Easy Service. Usually have me out in 20 minutes.
No complaints at all, and the customer service was A+
Friendly, professional and efficient. Will go back to this location.
So much better than my last visit to a different Jiffy Lube. Right from the start I knew this location was customer focused. Met me at the car, led me to the waiting room, and offered coffee. Pretty quick to get this inspection completed. Did need some extra coolant and the price was very reasonable. Working with the staff at each step of the process was pleasant. Definitely will visit this location again.
Fast service and very courteous! I despise the add on tries though. Thats a corporate thing. These local guys are good.
Super clueless, barely trainee staff members. I wouldnt trust them to fix anything
Nick Bernard and Josh took car of an oil leak from another oil change place. Great guys great service
I wish I could put a zero star review. I went to get an oil change and my head light restoration done. They sprayed clear coat all over my truck paint, grill, fenders. Turning my white truck yellow. I got an estimate and sent pictures where even the supervisor said he could tell there was damage. They called me only offering after market parts. *As a mechanic* I requested only oem parts. I refused, they told me they wanted to put the parts on their self, instead of the well known trusted mechanic I had used before, and got a quote from. The claims adjuster at corporate told me not to call back and hung up in my face. I have called and left a report with the attorney general.
In and out very quickly. I waited outside in nice weather.
I called for a price and the person that answered the phone had no idea what the pricing was. Could hardly understand him
It was done in las then 20 minutes!!! Definitely will go again
Been taking my truck here for years. Love how quick and efficient they are. The company the car repair industry. And the people at this location are great. They dont just change your oil ... had my brakes done recently ... all while I waited for less than one hour. Remember when it would take your mechanic days? Love this company and this location!
Slowest I have ever seen. I was the first car in with a simple oil change and rotation of tires. 5 cars and counting have left before mine with oil changes. It’s like a soon as rotate tires is said they don’t touch the car. It’s insane. No one working on the car. Also if it’s a fleet car they think you can just wait forever. I have had my personal car here and it’s always faster. They call the fleet company right away and I have even spoken to them while waiting to make sure it was approved since it took so long to do anything to the car. The fleet company said absolutely it was approved right away which was 35 mins ago
After having a bad experience from a different place (no seating area, poor customer service), I decided to go to Jiffy Lube near Crossroads to get my state inspection done. I had a very good and simple experience.I was greeted upon arrival, taken to the waiting room, and was out in about 20 minutes. The waiting room was small, but it was satisfactory. Im confident I will be here next year for my next inspection.
Very friendly and fast - less than 20 min for an oil change. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, waiting room very clean. Great service and will be coming back in the future!
They greet you when waking in the door, the service is timely, great prices and efficient! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vehicle services! Very satisfied customer
I arrived at 2:50 and parked in the small lot as I had never been here before and I didnt know to just pull in as I dont assume anything without at least talking to someone or making sure what I needed could be done here. I stood outside of the bay entry in sure sight as all three of the guys on the main floor at the time looked at me more than twice each and never bothered to ask if I needed help much less a greeting. I decided to read through the other reviews and immediately felt disgruntled as I felt to be living in some of the less than pleasurable experiences without even having been serviced here. About 20 minutes later one of the guys finally hesitantly asked if I needed something. When I told him I did obviously, he said normally youre just supposed to pull in. I had never been here before, is that something you assume everyone would know? The woman before me had never been here either and I had to ask her where to go/who to talk to. She parked in the lot first as well so I know Im not wrong for thinking the way I did or just being unsure. And regardless.. how long does one have to stand at an awkward/odd space near the entry way to get some kind of attention? The lack of. proper and prompt customer service said enough to understand the negative reviews and to take my business somewhere else. First and LAST time here....
They told me it was going to be quick after I told them I didn’t think I had time. They assured me it would be fast. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get an oil change and they’re pricing went up $20. Just to anywhere else
Ill start by saying I regularly use Jiffy Lube for oil changes and inspections. But I was disappointed today to see only one employee wearing a mask. The pandemic is still in full force and our numbers are rising. I expect people who interact directly with the public to be more conscientious about how to mitigate the risks of spreading the virus. Its inconvenient but not difficult to take steps that could easily save lives. I hope that the Jiffy Lube management takes steps to improve the safety of their customers and employees by ensuring their employees wear masks and follow the proper safety protocols. Wear a mask, wash your hands often, and stay 6 feet apart.
I went in for an oil change earlier and the service was impeccable! The staff were really nice and this has been one of my best customer service experiences. Thanks to Corey and the men working today I appreciate not only their work but kindness.
Very friendly customer service, fast, and professional quality service. I would highly recommend this location for your car service. I will definately be a returning customer!
Place is under new manager and it is much improved.I just experienced the most stellar service... knowledgeable, amazing courteous, fast, well staffed, simply put amazing experience. .well done!
Tried to sell me a filter until they found theydidnt have it in stock then said dont worry about it. Left the paper mat in my car all dirty. Despite having paper mat, still put oily footprints on my floor mat. If they vacumed it was a poor attempt. Wont go back.
Awesome team at this location. Top notch service every time!
Quick and accurate
I dont hate Jiffy Lube but this location is a rip off. I was charged a higher rate for the same oil change I get every time. The attendant looked me in my eyes and lied about the price and I had the prior record and receipt in my vehicle. I asked and he said they dont have records of my last oil change but he knew my name and my info was on the screen. I was angry but my oil had already been changed so I decided to pay and leave. Do yourself a favor. Take your car somewhere else. This place is dishonest and you will be overcharged.
I have three cars that I continually bring to this location. Today, will be my last visit to this shop...I came in for an inspection and they let me know the car needed coolant, I told them ok. The cashier rings me up and thats it. So, because she didnt tell me the car failed inspection, I assumed it passed. Later on, I look at the papers thrown on my seat and realized the car had failed. Im upset that they didnt communicate that, so I could ask what had to be fixed to get it to pass. Normally this shop in particular takes the time to explain things and would have told me of any problems the car was having and explained that it caused it to Fail. I know this to be true because, I had a car Fail before at this location. I will pay the full amount of the inspection and use another company once the issue is resolved with the car. I will no longer use any Jiffy Lube.
No mask enforcement. had to wait in 30 degree weather for my oil change since no one in the waiting room was wearing a mask :)
Service was quick! Fastest I’ve ever gotten my oil changed, but kind of pricey. They vacuumed my car well (not spotless, but I can’t blame them). A good experience for me.
Antonio is an excellent host. They made my inspection super fast and easy.
I went to get my oil changed on my lunch break, and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would go back again.
DO NOT GO HERE. Paid $80+ for an oil change, come to find a couple weeks later that my car was leaking oil. They did not put the oil plug back on correctly, left the plastic covering plate hanging below my car, and didnt even bother to give me a new window sticker. If I hadnt noticed the leak as soon this could have been a HUGE issue for my car. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
I visited this location awhile back and was treated so poorly that I left and drove to a competitor for my oil change. This one is close to my work so thought I would try it again...and Im glad I did!! Whole new crew than the last time and each one I encountered was professional and friendly! The woman at the counter was especially helpful and personable! Excellent customer service!! Thanks!!
All I can say is wow. I vowed never to come to a Jiffy Lube again, but I was desperate for an oil change. I explained to the assistant manager my familys previous bad experiences at Jiffy Lube and told her I vowed to never go back. She was friendly and told me that they would take care of me. I went to pay and they told me they changed my oil (it was), they windexed the exterior windows to my car (maybe had done, I didnt pay too close attention), and vacuumed my car (they absolutely did not do, although I didnt much care). They informed me I had a crack in my drivers side front brake pad and it needed to be replaced. I didnt have time to deal with that so I would go to another place at a more convenient time. So I did. I went to an honest car repair and service shop and they informed me that my brake pads were in PERFECT shape. They even removed it and showed me it, WOW. The cracks were natural in a brake pad and there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with them. This company is essentially a scam that tries to up-sell young women that stereotypically dont know as much about car mechanics. I will definitely NEVER EVER return to this company no matter how desperate I am and I will 10/10 NOT recommend anyone to come here. Wow.
Girlfriend pulled in at 4pm for an oil change. An attendant approaches “what do you need today?” Once we let them know, we step out of the vehicle and then he says “it’s gunna be at least $120”. In my guess he’s trying to scare us off since it was 4 (they close at 5) or rip us off. Doesn’t even allow us to make it inside, horrible service do not recommend.
We were not customers of Jiffy Lube. However the manager Patrick went above and beyond to help us today. Our truck broke down in the McDonald’s parking lot and he was outside and saw we had trouble. Patrick helped us find a tow truck (a friend of his) and they gave us a good price to tow our truck an hour home. He even let us use his cell phone when he called his friend. He said they would be glad to help if we needed anything. Thanks so much Patrick for your help!!
Heard some bad thing about this place lately but looks like new management got it hopefully
Great customer service and car service! Upon arriving the mechanics gave me a friendly greeting. The customer service representative explained the services and (oil change) prices to me. When I left everyone greeted me nicely. I was out in a timely manner. I will be going back!
Very professional and service impeccable. Oil change was really quickly done.
Troy and his crew were pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend.
Great experience.
Excellent customer service and efficient service! Highly recommend this location!
I came in on a time schedule and with specific needs and they were very kind and helpful when they didnt have to be. The young lady at the register gave me great information about the specific oil change options and pricing. I am very happy with my experience. I recommend this location for sure!
Quick and efficient for state inspections.
5 stars for what it is. I mean people seem extremely critical about a simple oil change shop. You go in, you get your oil change and they even vaccuum out your car and wash your windows! You pay about $40 bucks for conventional oil which I think is fine considering the free cleaning you get with it. You have to stand your ground like normal whenever they offer to do extra stuff for you. Thats pretty standard when working with mechanics. Just refuse any extra services, get in and get out. Easy as that.Update 13 Oct, 2016: I recently noticed that there was oil leaking from my car after I had an oil change here. Turns out the employees were just sloppy and did not clean up after themselves when they were done with the oil change. Im changing it from 5 stars to 3 stars since they still did the job I asked them to, but put the least amount of effort possible into it.
Wow! Im a regular JL costumer, but frequent the location on Six Forks. Stopped in here today while my daughter was at a track meet. Interacted with 3 employees. The person who meet me at the car wasnt sure what services I wanted performed, despite my attempt to tell him I wanted an oil change. The tech who worked on the car wasnt really rude, just inexperienced. As he went through the checklist with me on the computer, he told me my wipers were torn. I just put new wipers on last week, so I was surprised. He went back to my car and checked and told me that they werent torn. ??? The most rude employee was the women running the front counter though. She was abrupt and condescending. When I asked her about the condition of the air filter, she looked perplexed. She sent the tech out to check it, at which point he proceeded to pull it, bring it inside, and set it on the counter. Maam, this is your air filter, she says. I thanked her, okay, great. She then looked at me, then to the tech, then back at me. I asked her if it needed to be changed and she shrugged and not really.I dont really understand this visit. They went through the standard courtesies of showing me when the coffee pot was, but it seemed every other action was inconvenient.Ill stick to my Six Forks location from now on...
I went once for oil change and they found radiator needed replacing. Thier estimate was fair and didnt change after the work was done. They got the radiator I needed the same day. Manager Michael was knowledgeable and polite. There was minor miscommunication about how long it may take for me to get my car back (it had to cool down, they were busy, etc) but not a big deal.
This experience was a bit confusing. I went to get my battery exchanged. Although it was done for free, I could tell procedure practices were not being followed. I dont think I will ever go to this location again.
This location is my preferred stop for state inspections and the occasional oil change (when Im feeling too lazy to drag out the supplies at home on the weekend). The pricing is fair, and the work is completed quickly. Keep it up!
Its not a local mom and pop shop, and online forums like to bash this type of place, but Ive personally never had a bad experience. Truth be told, they try very hard here to be nice and professional, and treat every customer with care. Their services are very reasonable and as their name suggests, you dont have to wait long for them to finish.Despite their pricing and their service, Ive had some inconsistencies with them that give me bad vibes. On on ocaision, the tech showed me a dirty air filter that was not mine and asked me if I wanted to change it out. She never said that it was my filter, but there was a strong implication. For the record, my filter was pretty bad, but she wouldnt have known because she didnt check-- only took out a sample dirty one. That being said there was no pressure after I declined. On a different occasion, I had asked for an inspection of my brakes. They entirely forgot to, and when I asked, they took a quick look and said they were fine because the pads were not worn down, even though I had said my rotors were problematic. This is kind of a mixed bag, because they did save me money in that they didnt recommend a service I didnt need, but they were not super professional about it.Ultimately, these things are just inconsistencies moreso than problems. I will continue to go to this location as they do offer a great service at a great price.
There is an awesome staff there. They were all very courteous and professional. I had my oil changed and got my car inspected. I will never take my car anywhere else.
Very fast and professional service. Offered to give me coupons even though I didnt know they had specials going on. Definitely will be going back.
They are great! Only came for oil change but theyou vacuumed my car and wipe down my glasses so I wont say anything bad about them. They are GREAT!
Went during my lunch and they took care of everything in such a timely manner. I got in my car and even noticed they had vacuumed the inside and wiped my windows! Thanks so much!
Awesome experience..very professional ppl
I had been going here for four years, but I guess they dont want my business anymore. They wanted to charge me $88 for synthetic oil, and I have always used conventional oil. They told me car manufacturers like mine (Volvo) recommend synthetic oil, and they would not put anything less in my car. After telling them I had been coming here for four years getting conventional oil, I was told they are under new management and have new standards. Guess that means ripping people off with lies, as my owner manual only suggests synthetic oils in extreme heat, extreme cold, when towing a trailer, or prolonged driving in mountainous areas. None of these scenarios are applicable for me and my car...
Im always in an out very quickly. Ive used this location for oil changes, wheel rotations and state inspections and have been very satisfied with the staff and the services provided.
I spent over 1.5 hours waiting. Just to find out days later that My oil was not changed after all or my fluids in my car
Ive been coming here for years and the experience I recently had will ensure I never come back. I failed an inspection only to take my truck to the dealer and find that there was no reason for it to fail. I was aggressively pushed a brake job by the tech after I was told it failed. They are being reported to the DMV and I wont be back.
Worst service ever. Had an oil change twice here and half the oil leaked out all over my parking lot after not even a day. DONOT go here.
I been here a couple of times on Sundays. They are quick, friendly and efficient. The lobby and bathroom are clean. Will definitely come back.
Quick, fast, and friendly. There was a long line when I pulled in and I thought I would be there an hour. But they got me in and I was out in less than 20 minutes. And the bathrooms were clean. Bonus!!
Actually did me right
I came at 11 am on a Sunday and drove up to a group of guys in the parking lot. I informed one of them that I needed an oil change to which he replied, Maam we are on break. How is everyone on break and you just opened at 10?!? Another guy then came over and said that their computers were down and they didnt know when they would be working. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Needless to say that was my first and last time there!
Very poor customer service, a young kid approched me with a poor attitude and did not help me with my specific questions and concerns. He didnt care about my concerns nor did he not provide me with any solutions. I asked for a manager or supervisor for help but the kid gave me a lame reason why they couldnt help me. I got the feeling he did not want to work there.I will take my business elsewhere to someone who will recognize my concerns and appreciate my business. Unfortunately this has not been my first problem with jiffy lube.
Worst experience ever!Took my mothers car here for brake service on 7/19/19 during my lunch break. Not only did it take 2.5 hours, but they also put the brake caliper on with a pin not set flush, so it made the caliper sit at an angle. One of the guys said it would make a little noise until broken in. I have NEVER heard sounds like the ones I heard with a brand new pad and rotor on. It scrapped while driving, and not only that, I had steering wheel shake at many different speeds; 20 MPH, 60 MPH, 70 MPH and the braking was the absolute WORST!I took the car (7/20/19) to a JL close to where I live in Durham and thats how the above problem (pin set incorrectly) was determined. They told me the pin was creating a groove in the rotor and was causing it to make so much noise.SO, I then came right back, explained the situation and they began working on the issue. ANOTHER 2.5 hours passes by, and the same guy from the last time tells me that the hub is bent, meaning the new rotor isnt sitting flush, but once it breaks itself in the squeak would go away, OR we could buy a new hub.My personal opinion is they bent the hub putting the first set of rotors on, because my mothers car never had an issue prior. I do not feel like we should have to buy a new hub, when there was no issue prior to now. Its a shame $375 in parts, service is basically gone to waste, because the situation cant and hasnt been rectified. This is the type of stuff that tends to keep JL with a bad name. Something definitely needs to be done.
Failed NC inspection due to tint. Vehicle is exempt from GS 20-127 - Clearly shows exemption on NC DMV website. Fella said, you need a letter. However, there is no letter needed, it does not exist. I went to the DMV after to get that letter.Restrictions & ExceptionsRequirements do not apply to other windows on:Excursion passenger vehicles, as defined in G.S. 20‐4.01 (27)aMotor homes, as defined in G.S. 20‐4.01 (27)d2Ambulances, as defined in G.S. 20‐4.01 (27)fProperty‐hauling vehicles (rear window only), as defined in G.S. 20‐4.01 (31)LimousinesLaw enforcement vehiclesMultipurpose vehicles (e.g., mini-van, pickup truck, SUV) designed to carry 10 or less passengers – where the window is behind the driver and is built on a truck chassis or has special features designed for occasional off‐road operation
They price gouge at this location. Which is totally illegal. I already didn’t like Jiffy Lube because I’ve never had good experiences there: long waits, bad customer service, etc. So their attempt of scamming me was just the last straw. Charging over $120 for an oil change, when my dealership uses the same synthetic oil and it’s $80 there..
Quick and good. I went with a Groupon deal, and left thinking that they maybe didnt complete the entire service, since they didnt say anything to me about my brakes (a free brake check was part of the deal). I let it go, because at least everything else seemed good, and they were fast. Not even a full week later the tire pressure light came on and there was an awful rattling noise coming from my vents. I was highly irritated and ready to argue when I took my car back. But! They refilled the air in the tires (which had been affected by the cold front), cleaned my air vent filters again (a squirrel had built a nest in it during the week), and double checked my brakes (they were fine, which is why they hadnt mentioned anything the first time). They were very positive, cheerful, and willing to explain my cars situation to me despite my grumpy attitude when I first arrived. I would definitely be willing to go back.
I agree with Curtis that usually the wait is not too bad and they do good work on basic things.. in my experience the staff is very friendly.
Came here for a state inspection and was notified that they wanted to charge me $11.99 for a bulb plus a half hour of labor to replace the side marker light which was out. I said I would replace it myself, but the technician urged me that in order to change it Id have to lift the car and go through the wheel well. I thought this sounded suspicious so I left anyways to try and replace it myself, and sure enough, I was able to get 2 replacement bulbs and change it myself by simply popping the hood for a total of $4. Came back, passed inspection, and got unfriendly service in return for having spoiled their dishonest cash grab. Will never go to another Jiffy Lube again.
I went here for NC state inspection for 2014 renewal - last year I went to triple AAA for 2013 renewal. The bill come out to $85+, compared to $30 last year - the reason, the service person recommended changing the AC filter and he said, it is recommended changing every 10,000 miles...it is not 100% true after looking at the Toyota website (my car is 2+ years old) - it is usually recommended every 30,000 miles or 18 months and of course - depending on the usage.I asked, how much it would cost to replace it - he said $30 including labor but by the time I got the bill he charged $60 - It is a surprise and I do not want to argue with him ...just decided to not to go here one more time.for simple filter replacement - I end up spending unnecessarily $60 (first thing I could have waited for some more time and i trusted service person advice, second - he didnt disclose the charge properly when I asked for it)I have no confidence to go here one more time.
Very fast, friendly, and they took my Groupon with no problem. I saved over $75 off a premium oil change Kama tire rotation and windshield treatment
In and out. Good Service
Oh my gosh. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! pulled up, asked for signature oil change and had to wait to get the prices, once they had already started performing services, they finally showed me, 75 dollars for a hm oil change! I couldnt decline because they had already started, so shady. On top of that, they did not perform all the services they said they did. List on receipt said they washed exterior windows, vacuumed carpet, and inflated tires to 35psi. My tire pressure monitor said otherwise, windows still had stains and bird droppings from days before, and carpets were not vacuumed. Why put on receipt that it was completed if it really wasnt? This place is just shady, I will go to goodyear instead, you get more services included with oil change than this place and honest business!
Had me in and out quick! Thanks
We came from South Dakota and all these guys were so kind, so friendly, so helpful and they were so extremely respectful lol I know that sounds a bit much but I never met such chipper fellas at a oil place lol and it was done by the time I sat down.
I forgot my wallet and they were very nice about letting me go get it and come back and pay them.
They initially tried to charge me over $90 for an oil change. I told them this was unreasonable, and they got it down to $75. I told them that is still unreasonable and then they took it down to $40 (synthetic oil is more expensive). Hard to imagine how one could trust this mechanic after this interaction.
Lets see. First of all, they broke the cable on my emergency brake. Dont know how, but they did. Thankfully they fixed it, at their expense. But when I went to drive home? They hadnt even shut my hood properly!Do not go here if you value your car.
Great team, always super quick, friendly and do a wonderful job!
