They have great styled clothing. But, they also have home decorations! Great for presents for weddings, graduations, and other celebrations. Great prices for the quality of clothes.

Amazing. Just amazing!!! Mandy (Swagger Boutiques owner) has always been generous with her time and shop resources for any cause I have brought to her or her staff. They really listen to what is needed for each of the events that I have called on them for. Whether its a beautiful Monogrammed Wrap for a Silent Auction, a gift card to allow the raffle winner to choose their FAVE Swagger Swag!! or a Going to the Beach themed Beach Bag filled with goodies for the High School Seniors at Apex Friendship Senior Sendoff raffle winner. She is always there for me, and everyone else that I know comes to her with a worthy cause. As a business owner, Im sure its a fine line between giving away the store and supporting your community. Mandy naturally finds the perfect balance of supporting non-profits without giving the shop away (which is tough for someone with such a big heart). Her success as a businesswoman in our Cary community and now in Raleigh as well as inspiring and something to be admired.Oh and lets not leave out that I LOVE BOTH SHOP LOCATIONS MERCHANDISE!!! LITERALLY THE BEST MIX OF DECOR, GIFTS and CLOTHING!! PERFECTION!

I have shopped here many times and I will say the clothes are nice and the gift selection is nice too. They dont cary many size XS items, so if youre like me and wear mostly XS-try to look online first. The only reason for 3 stars is the poor customer service. I would say I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I have been spoken to when in the store. I would recommend checking out The Flourish Market downtown instead--they have great clothing (a lot made in the U.S) and amazing customer service.

Found some very decent SWAGGER! There aint nothing better than your staff, I tell you what. You guys keep up the good work now! I found a fantastic plus size dress last week and it fits fantastically! I will for sure be back! Your gift wrapping is absolutely incredible too!

I had such a great experience at Swagger today. I needed a blouse for a professional occasion and the salesperson went to the back to pull out the perfect item, not even on the floor yet!!! I he been in a few weeks ago to buy a NC themed item for a housewarming gift, and I didnt even know they had clothing at the time. Im happy I re-visited. Thank you Swagger!

Wow! What a fabulous store. From their unique clothes at an affordable price to all their unique accessories, gifts and trinkets. . This shop is a heaven for those looking for merchandise that is not vanilla.Sale woman was very nice. I highly recommend.

I am trying to be socially conscious and shop small businesses. I look on Google, and see Swagger. Google says it is open from 10-6PM today. We get in the car, and drive the 18 minutes across Cary to arrive at 4:45PM on a Thursday afternoon to a closed sign. On my way to the mall where I can count on the stores being open during their posted hours.

Best gifts, clothes and customer service! I never leave without finding something I LOVE. The owner and all of the employees there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always take care of me when I am there. You will not be disappointed! And they gift wrap too!

Cute store but I was ignored by every employee there. I cannot bring myself to shop in a place that can’t even acknowledge their customers with a “hello”. Very poor customer service.

Horrible experiencing in the boutique. Sales Clerk lied by omission about the return policy. I was told 14 days with receipt. Tags on and within 4 days, I was told I could only have store credit. WHAT? At time of checkout I specifically asked what the policy was and indicated that I didnt have time to try on the item now, but would like to bring it back if it didnt work out with the pants I had at home. I reached out via their web site 7 days later have NO response. Love to keep my money local, but not with this store.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences that I ever had in my life. First, I was in last week to purchase a custom monogrammed purse for my mother and a custom monogrammed wallet for my wife for Christmas. Walking in to Swagger as a clueless man can be a bit daunting...I was immediately greeted by the ladies working and was asked if I needed help, which I replied with YES PLEASE! The woman who assisted me in finding my gifts was incredibly helpful and made great suggestions about colors, lettering, etc. Today, I went to pick up these items and noticed that the monograms on the products were switched...meaning my wifes monogram was on my mothers purse and vise versa. Come to find out, I had signed off on it this way...I should have paid better attention to the product names at the top, but unfortunately I was focused on getting the monograms spelled right, LOL. I spoke with April about this and she was nothing but understanding and helpful. She spoke with the Manager, whos name I did not get, and they advised that today is the Monogrammers last day before taking off for the holidays and that they would get it fixed today, even though the typical lead time is 4-5 days. They also told me that they would replace these items free of cost. I was absolutely NOT expecting them to do that, as it was my screw-up. When I told the Manager that I felt it was fair for me to pay for it since I signed off on it, she said the following and I quote... This is not the way you wanted it, so we are going to make it right. Merry Christmas! To me, this is the epitome of outstanding customer service; having the customers best interests in mind, even at the expense of profit. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family. Thank you Swagger team for making this happen for me. I will be back.

This shop continues to be a fun place to shop...she has wonderful staff and FUN items at good prices, and a wide variety, lots without being packed in, and also very nice clothes selections, ALWAYS enjoy shopping!!!!
