Came here this morning round 930am, pretty much just me and a few other people in the store.. I came for some headphones which I found on sell to my surprise. Pretty awesome.. the stores was clean and clear and tidy which I always appreciate not to mention the shaded parking I snagged lol.. id say just stock up more on large, and 30/32 sized pants. Everything I liked wasnt in my size. Including a pair of shoes I liked. So Id say keep in mind inventory. Bc yall missed several more sells from me alone. Thanks π€
Honestly, I really cant find anything wrong with this place. For example...1- The staff are AMAZINGLY polite.2-Great services, like the grocery pick up in specific, so professional, Fast and organized.3- I find everything I need when shopping in place and clean.Thanks Target Team for making my shopping trip easy and fast!!!
Stores are very clean, easy to find items. Associates are friendly and helpful. The prices are good too.
I have mixed emotions about this target. They have some of the best items and a few great employees but that doesnβt make up for how rude the vast majority of the staff are(regardless of race,) especially the ones at the customer service desk. I would not recommend anyone to go to this target unless you absolutely have no choice at all. Hopefully someday theyβll do better.

I was searching for an item that was in stock in the toy department but wasnt anywhere to be found. I saw a gentleman across the way working in the CD/DVD area and asked him for assistance. He looked up the item, helped me search and found one in the back room. Very helpful and wasnt annoyed by my need for assistance. Excellent worker!
Seph and Ryan do a great job assisting me. I was out trying to get my daughter her birthday present and they went above and beyond during a busy understaffed Friday afternoon. They deserve so good recognition!
The lowest cost, cheap labor, and the so-called products were mostly made from third developing countries, then there will be a chance of profit and survival. I worked as a cashier there for a while, personally, it is impossible to rely on these so-called professions as your lifelong support, so this type of work is very popular for students who are looking for summer or part-time jobs. The so-called uniform must be a red shirt and beige pants, and you must buy it yourself.
The manager here was beyond rude. There was an end cap filled with fans. The price labeled was $17.99. Once we got to the register it rang up $80. When we brought this to the cashiers attention he called over the manager. We showed the employees where we found it & someone completely stocked that section with the wrong fan. Instead of giving it to us for the price LISTED she offered a measly 20% off. Will NOT be coming back to this target ever again.
Targets as a whole are having a serious problem lately.Not sure why they are all imploding, but workers have told me management seems to have gone off the deep end with incompetence. They have no worker shortage but have no clue how to promote or allocate their workforce and attitudes from the top down are overbearing, nepotistic, and illogical. Add to this incompetence an atmosphere like mean girls in high school and, well...Used to work at a different location but guy like me quit ASAP.Anyway, end result slovenly incompetence. Target as a corporation is in some self-destructive habits and I have absolutely no clue why.
All seems really good until you realise at the end of the day nothing beats Walmart in price.
Shop here weekly and always impressed by employees and management. Just wish it was closer to my home.

Bathrooms are now open.Asked employee by the FUNKO Pops if they had bulbasaur (Target exclusive) and they were clueless, told us to check gamestop LOL. Didnt even check in the back..Asked a manager if its possible to do an online pick up for Bulba when in stock at the store and she said no unless it says in stock online(which never will), otherwise itll be in stock first come first serve but dont know when. At least she was friendlier..
Deven was so nice and EXTREMELY kind. She helped us jump our car when we were stranded in the Target parking lot. Deven is definitely a top tier employee and person, so if youβre ever in Target and need help, look for her because sheβs your girl!Turned a really stressful day into a better experience.
Newly remodeled interior with extremely modern layout. Very organized and well stocked store that was clean. Easily 5 stars, this is a great location!
Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!!! Had a terrible drive thru pick up experience. I had chosen this option because I needed one thing and had my baby with me. Waited for an over an hour and half for one item which was available when I placed the order and at the last minute became out of stock out of the blue. Frustrated and stressed I went inside to speak with a staff member about this issue. Promptly a young lady whoβs name I canβt remember and manager Moussa listened to my issue and predicament in a very caring and understanding manner. Not only did they express care but also apologized for the inconvenience I had gone through. This honestly made me feel much better and heard not just like I was a crazy customer but as a human!!

Please take into consideration that if youβre shopping here and you are also a poc you will likely be racially profiled at some point. There are much better options out there, donβt give your money or time to a company that doesnβt respect you.

Horrible shopping experience. All electric carts (5) were broken, they were plugged in but do not charge. Womenβs restroom was disgusting, toilets had feces stains. Family bathrooms were supposed to be located at the pharmacy. Get my handicap wife back there in her wheelchair to be told that the family bathroom was out of order. We asked the pharmacy if they could allow us to use the minute clinic restroom and they claimed they couldnβt open them. Then we asked if they could check us out as we only had two items and they refused again. Saying they were only checking out Rxβs. All in all, incredibly disappointed in Targets lack of accommodations for the disabled, lack of cleanliness, and lack of courtesy at the pharmacy.
Easy to shop through the app and then do drive by pickup
Ive never been a big fan of Target stores but I especially hate this one. Ive only been there two or three times because loss prevention officers are aggressive and follow me throughout the store making me feel like a thief, which I am not. If its not the loss prevention officers harassing you its the yuppies giving me dirty looks just because Im work for a living.
Good customer service. One employee very helpful in helping me locate a specific car seat for my grandchild and another employee very helpful in helping to load it in my cart and also in my car. Both were friendly and seemed happy to be able to help me. Nice attitudes from both young employees.
Targets are always top-notch, but today was especially a great experience. I had some trouble adding my payment through the app that took a while to troubleshoot. The cashier, Marietta, as well as another employee, Monica, were super helpful, friendly, and patient while we sorted it out. Another male employee (whose name I didnβt catch) stopped what he was doing and opened another line so that other customers in line behind me werenβt stuck waiting for me to finish. Thank you to everyone at this store for your awesome service!

So easy. So convenient. The app is great. You tell when you are on your way and the app changes to arrived when you pull up into the pickup parking spot. Very nice!
Rude employees that seem to try and avoid you, products often out of stock and the lines are always long and slow
Tonight I went to see if I could buy a new floor lounge cushion in gray to replace the one I returned. I returned a coral-patterned cushion and asked if there were any gray ones in stock. Megan, who was organizing items in the mens fitness wear area, offered to go search in the back warehouse for the cushion. She spent a good 10 minutes looking through boxes to find it. Although we werent able to find the one I wanted, I just wanted to THANK Megan for her outstanding customer service and for the time she took personally to help find this item for me. I felt bad I left empty handed after her hard work and kindness. π
Double check your bags to make sure nothing is missing. I have had a missing item from my bags a few different occasions. Highly annoying. I have to go back tomorrow to see what they can do about it.
Beware of their minute clinic!!! My mom and dad visited their minute clinic to get flu vaccine! they showed their insurance card. The lady from the minute clinic verified insurance information of both and assured that the vaccination will be covered by the insurance company. However, after few weeks, we got two separate bills of 50$ and 70$ for my mom and dad from the minute clinic. We reached out our insurance company they said the minute clinic is not under network. Such misguiding eventually cost us 120$ that we could easily skipped if they shared the correct information. So, beware to their minute clinic vaccine service. Total disappointing.
Fast, friendly drive-up service. Every item I purchase is always in the bag. The associates are friendly and exercise safety/health precautions. Fortunately, this service is available because due to coronavirus I dont plan to enter the store any time soon.
The store has always been clean and the layout is decently thought out. I have always had good experiences here. Most notably, Daniel is always giving great customer service at self-checkout. I am always happy to find a reason to go to this Target.
I left my purse in my cart and Nathan from security went above and beyond to make sure my purse got returned to me. The self check out was also super clean with the attendant wiping down after each customer. I would consider this my go to shopping spot.Thank you!!!
It was so easy to order & pick up. The curb-side delivery is amazing, especially in times like these. There was absolutely no contact & I didnt even have to get out of my car. My order was ready when I pulled up & I was on the road within 3-5 minutes.
I was pleasantly surprised being pushed for time I was able to quickly find my item as well quickly check out and on to my next appointment with a little time to spare.

Ive been to this location multiple times. Every time, Im more than happy with my experience.The staff are friendly, they have always helped me when Ive had trouble finding something. You can usually find someone pretty quickly too.I love the stores selection and their seasonal sections. The clearance section is always a bonus as well. You can find some good things over there on occasion.The store is extremely clean and well maintained. Bathrooms clean and tidy. I have never had a complaint about this store.I like that they have a mixture of self service and regular check out.Fantastic store to grab most things youll need. Great selection, fantastic staff, and always welcoming.

Should use lockers outside the store like amazon and homedepot for faster pickup and anytime . No waiting in line.
I have been coming to this Target location since I was in middle or high school. And now I am watching as this Target is slowly transforming and remodeling to keep up with the other Targets and I love it. It looks very nice inside and its very great location wise.
Your store is the only drive up Iβve ever come up to -for this type of order- or even groceries- that actually had it ready and brought it out in like three minutes. I will do this again. I drove across Cary for what I ordered because your location was the only one with it in stock.

Easy to see right off of Walnut Street servicing Cary and the adjoining areas of North Carolina. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Daily food and drink specials. Nice staff. Public Restrooms. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

Always had good experiences here. Clean and well organized. Comparable to any other Target location. Employees have been helpful with any questions Ive had. Check lines have always been quick - helps to have self checkout and regular check out lines.
The staff members that I had come incounter with are very disrespectful and dont know how to treat people. For someone being new to the store you would think they would be more helpful. Out of the 5 I spoke to only 2 were polite and helped as much as they could. The other three were rude and looked and talked to you as if you didnt belong there. I never felt so humiliated in my life. They literally made me cry the whole way home. Comparing this Target to the Others I have been to this one is not friendly or helpful at all. Just sad that now I have to go on the other said of town to just to shop.

Well they did satisfy me. However I dont know why the manager thinks people who shop there dont know the polices. He was basically acting like he was doing me a favor by doing what he was supposed to do.Then there was the kid at customer service who was completely useless. Seriously the company is wasting their money and our time with this guy. He couldnt do a single thing without calling 2 or more other employees over.

The newly renovated Target tried to shove WAY TOO MUCH merchandise on the sales floor. So much so that if you are handicapped and need to use one of the electronic carts, you wonβt be able to navigate in a lot of areas. Even walking around in certain sections can make you feel claustrophobic.
Has been totally refurbished inside. Very nicely. Just need to walk around to find where depts moved to. Merchandise higher calipher. Ck out was not too bad. Opened a couple lines in pretty short order.

Went in to pick up an order I made online the night prior and was so pleased with with the customer service provided by AJ! She was so quick to help and kept a smile the entire time. During the Christmas season and the chaos that ensues, it was nice to have someone so responsive and helpful!

No complaints really, only reason Im leaving a review is that someone needs to teach the employees to be more aware. I bought an item today, got to my car and opened the box to find it was empty! I understand theft is impossible to prevent entirely, but the items were displayed right on the end of an aisle with a clear view of the registers. Ill admit I suppose I shouldve checked the box, and I certainly will from here on out, but the cashier didnt either. Just a heads up for other shoppers, dont make my mistake and pay $18 for an empty box!

Extremely disrespectful staff members. I came in searching for a video game gift for my brother and when I asked an employee for assistance they said that they would come to assist me in a second. As soon as I left I overheard the staff member making fun of me to another staff member calling me mean names and insulting me for asking for help

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order for pick up 24 hours ago; website says order will be ready in 2 hours. A few hour delay is certainly acceptable during busy times, but 24 hours later, they still dont have it. When I called to ask about the order, the person at guest services was totally dismissive. I am not responsible for what the website says, I dont know when; there are other orders before yours. Simply not what is expected of Target and its employees. Maybe better training methods are in order.
Love my 5% discount. The app is also a great touch because I can link my target card to it so I can scan it at checkout without pulling out my wallet in my purse. Itβs the little things.
Simple Target store. Cleaner than others I have been in but not impressively clean. Prices are ok but not like department store prices. Grocery section is somewhat lacking but good enough to pick up those forgotten item or the grab on the way home items. Overall I will return.

Because Target was not limiting the rolls of toilet paper hoarded by the ignorant masses, there wasnone left for those of us not hoarding. So I gathered four packs of the UP brand target facial tissue from the section with a sign that said $3.99 and took a picture of the sign pricing the tissue brand and size that I bought. But when I got to the register, they rang up at $4.99 instead of $3.99, and so added $4 to my bill. There were several other items that didnβt match the signs and I didnβt notice any of them until I got home. When I called, the lady said she needed the debit card in the store to refund me. Iβm not going back; I told her I was calling so they could fix the register to make it read the UPC code correctly. I had to tell her three times... Maybe I just assume they care enough to fix the problem once they learn of it. Just pay attention since random items donβt ring up as advertised.
Pleasant Target location, well maintained. Grocery section could be a bit larger, but its in a prime location near Crossroads shopping center, with a movie theater behind. Great place to grab stuff you need before heading in for a film.
I came on the 17th for the pharmacy and sondos was so smiling and helpful she cleaned a shopping cart and gave it to me thatβs was around afternoon and when i left she smiled to me and she took it from me

I went during the weekend and the clothing section was still neat. The swim suit department was getting low but thats also from being the weekend. Fitting room was clean and the attendant was friendly. No complaints so far for this store and Ive been here a lot.
Has reasonable prices and is in a convenient location to pick up groceries after shopping around the crossroads area. Friendly staff as well. Could be more staff around the store to help, but the checkout staff always seems to be nice.
