Lily is amazing! I had attempted to get my helix pierced twice before (once at a mall many years ago and once at a tattoo shop). Neither one turned out well. I decided to give it one more chance. Lilys piercing is healing so much better than either of the others. When I came back to have the post size changed I went ahead and got a forward helix piercing from her as well. She is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home.

A few years ago, Lilith re-pierced several ear piercings that I had neglected. It was such a comfortable and pleasant experience that I knew when I wanted more piercing work done, there was no one else I would go to. I was super nervous but she put my mind at ease, not only before the appointment, but during as well. For months, my 6 year old wanted her ears pierced. We waited to make sure it was truly what she wanted. Finally, we made our appointment to get her ears pierced! She was so excited until it was go time. Then she got scared. Lilith was AMAZING! She explained every step. She let my daughter take her time to get ready. I never felt rushed. It took much longer than I expected and when both ears were finally done my daughter was so happy! (And admitted it wasnt that bad!) The facility was clean and private! Lily is extremely awesome! I went with a pal and we tried to modify plans in a short time before our appointment to have two more pals get their nose pierced too. Lily was sweet and willing to work with us for all of us to get our nose pierced even though we reserved a spot for two. (In the end our other two friends backed out)She was professional and very clinical. Everything was sanitized and comforting. There were snacks and water in case you needed a snack beforehand. She has the piercings in bags laid out on a table for you to choose. She was very patient as I’m indecisive.Our pain tolerance is high, however I think for the average tolerance it still isn’t bad. Healing- my nose has healed beautifully. She explains how to keep it clean and possible issues. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. When I first had my nose pierced (from a highly recommended studio) I was told where it was going and had no say in it. Lilith gave me options and let me decide! My niece and I went to Lilith twice starting in October 2020. The second time I left wondering why I was charged $30 more than I had tallied in my head, but disregarded it at that time.Yesterday I contacted her to purchase a gift card for my daughter in law. When I looked at the link she sent me for the $50 GC I wanted to purchase, the total was $62.50, which she said was for tax and shipping. (Since when do we pay tax on a gift card and why would it cost $12 to mail a gift card?!!) When I questioned her about this I was told that she charged this fee because it was inconvenient to go to the post office and that her car was expensive and hard to park! She then said I could pick up the gift card at no additional fee and turned right around to say that she was happy to meet me in the middle and sell her $50 GC for $55. She said she charges tax on items that are processed online due to her having to pay credit card fees!I feel awful for ever recommending her to anyone, and would never do it again.Update:How dare you shame me! I was trying to purchase a gift card to go towards services or jewelry in you salon and you told me it was an inconvenience!

Lilly pierced my niece and me a couple weeks ago. She was friendly and the space was immaculate. She is clearly knowledgeable, and shared information about rook piercings to make sure my niece was up for the healing and pain. She did a double conch piercing on me, and she listened to what I was saying about the kind of jewelry I wanted to put in at some point, which made her recommend the right placement for the piercings. Lilly told us she would be happy to change our piercings for both the piercings she did, as well as those she didn’t. The fee for changing a piercing is incredibly reasonable! It was as painless as possible, and we even left with cute goody bags with aftercare and maintenance. I live in the DC area and Lily’s pricing was on par with DC prices, but instead of going to a tattoo shop, it was a quiet and private experience in her studio. Can’t recommend Lilly enough! I know I’ll go back to her for future piercings.

I got my nose pierced by Lily in April 2021. It was such a great experience! She was so sweet during the process, offered me water and snacks, and had a bomb playlist on that helped distract me from the (very very short amount of) pain. I got a friction bump on my nose a couple weeks later and she quickly answered my DMs to tell me how to help it heal. Also has the coolest variety of the best quality jewelry! Lily goes out of her way to make it such a positive experience and is so welcoming and easy to talk to, and is always a text away if you ever need any help or advice later on and I look forward to keep going to this badass for the rest of my piercings :))) ALSO the fact the studio is a private room is so nice, my mom wears the hijab & I’m looking forward to bringing her to a place where she’s able to take it off privately & get her next piercing! Lilly was awesome! Her shop is super clean and she was on time and crazy efficient! She made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in, and had everything laid out for me to choose the jewelry. The piercing was quick and she made it look easy, and she walked me through every step to let me know what was going on. Lilith was amazing to work with! The atmosphere was comfortable and you can tell it is a well maintained, clean environment. This was my first experience with piercing (that was not a piercing gun). She was so kind explaining to me the process and answered any questions I had relating to the piercing she did for me but also about other questions! Lilith is absolutely AMAZING! I wanted to get my second forward helix piercing and I googled places and THANKFULLY I chose to try Fine Art Body Piercing. When I arrived she was with another customer but she was so kind and took me next even though I didn’t have an appointment. I wanted to get a earring for my other piercing and she was so knowledgeable and informed me that the last piercer messed up my piercing and if I didn’t change my earring to a hoop or take it out completely it would fall out. I was so nervous because of my bad experience at another place but Lilith was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. My piercing went a million times better. She even offered me a drink after just in case I was lightheaded which I wasn’t because she did so good! Everything is so clean and safe. She has after care cleaning stuff available too! Not to mention her jewelry selection is soooo amazing. I will definitely be back for more piercings and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Lilith!
