Always friendly and helpful staff at every location Ive been too. I always get the warranty, especially on belly button rings because they will replace them even if you just misplace one of the balls. Love that they have a variety of jewelry from babys to men to women

I love coming here to buy my fancy jewelry and getting my ear piercings! I just got my nose pierced and its so cute ! This location always has great sales and i always leave feeling fabu !

I thought it was great. We took our daughter for her first ear piercing. The ladies working were kind and efficient even though they were busy. They were able to do both at the same time. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

I went for my second ear piercings and I purchased the 10k gold earrings and spend 50 something dollars, a few days later my ear got infected due to how tight the earrings were on my ears. After doing some research I realized the infection had nothing to do with what I did or didnt do..... It was because the piercing couldnt heal properly because the back was too tight, in fact it was so tight it dented the back of my earlobes even after 4 weeks! I couldnt even get the earring backs off, I had to put full trust in my husband the day before my wedding to take them off, clean them real good, and put new ones in. I would discourage everyone from going here for a piercing!!! Go to a place where they know what theyre doing, such as a piercing or tattoo shop, even if you think you wont fit in with the crowd there

My mother-n-law bought earrings for my toddler here. One of them is damaged and wont stay in her ear. When I went to return them, still in the original packaging, I was told they couldnt do anything without a receipt. I asked if she could pull up our info in her system. My daughter had her ears pierced there and we had to fill out info. The young lady replied that she probably could, but still would not be able to help me per company policy. I informed her that we were told we could return the items if there was any problem and since the earrings are in he original packaging it make no sense that she would not even offer an even exchange. I informed her that we would NEVER buy anything from Piercing Pagoda again.

Had exactly what I needed and they offer a warranty - if I lose any of the balls to my eyebrow ring I can take my warranty and get a replacement. Cant beat that
