Variety of foods, sometimes the quality is not good (especially for fresh vegetables)

The Walmart Associates all hate their jobs and the proof is obvious when they close self checkout. Lines only appear after they close self check out. The performance is sluggish, uninterested, never come after 9PM to this Walmart if you want to spend an additional 30 minutes in the store waiting on a line for a Human to check you out. A machine would be faster, when your scanning yourself at self check out you get out because you’re actually interested in getting through checkout quickly. Id rather go to self check out, none of these people care about their jobs and it shows every night.

It was very busy, but I was able to get around and get what I needed without much trouble at all!

Ample parking. Large store. Food selection ok. Couldnt find some special items. Store seems to be stocked when I visit. Self checkout line is always long. Probably moves quickly but I went to the regular line the last couple times. Visited the bathroom in the back, it was clean. Overall the store was at a good sound level. Prices were as expected. Would recommend and visit again.

I like this walmart alot. Always go when they first open so no one is in there. Which is great. The problem is the store is pretty empty. So cant buy alot of items.

Very clean, helpful workers, food area needs to be better kept up IMO but I couldve been visiting at a bad time.

Good place to shop. The had everything i needed. The pharmacy and personal care areas had many items to choose from. They have an automotive area as well as camping and bicycles that are better in choices then most other stores i have been to. The grocery area is also well stocked and the meats are of good quality.

I hardly ever shop here, but I just happened to be in the area and decided to pick up some things I needed. I picked up some half and half creamers and when I began using them, I was wondering why the cream was curdling in my coffee. I looked at the expiration date and it was expired. Ill give the store credit...its huge and clean and nicely organized. Guess I just need to be better at checking dates before I purchase stuff.

This place is awesome, really worth the trip. Allow plenty of time because its huge and one of, if not the best tank museums in the US. Uniform collection is also 1st rate.

This was a big wal mart, it may have been because its by the beach but it seemed bigger and cleaner. I liked that there were more self checkouts with/without the belt. And the workers wiped down everything after each use, they were very quick about it. It also had its own separate building for alcohol which is something Ive never seen before.

We were staying overnight in the area on our way to our vacation destination. We placed a pickup order for our trip and picked it up last night (7/17/21). The two young ladies that brought out our order were so nice and polite. I was on my phone while my husband was taking care of the order and not paying too much attention to what was going on. The one young lady made the extra effort to greet me and ask how I was doing. That really meant a lot to me because you don’t find that kind of friendly service much anymore. The girls were both careful loading the order and told us to have a great evening. Thanks so much for your phenomenal customer service, ladies!

Im disappointed in the online pickup order process. I ordered two bottles of paint, and the order has been delayed for three days. I understand a brief delay (a few hours) due to being understaffed, but three days is ridiculous. I went into the store today and bought them myself. The store itself is fine and the staff is friendly, which is why I gave three stars. Incredibly long lines, as usual, which is why I tried ordering online.

The cashier at the money center was very nice! We swapped stories about our grandsons. She was pleasant, compassionate ( I was not feeling well at all) and willing to allow me to leave my things with her while I went to the bathroom. Walmart needs more employees like her. I hate that I did not ask her name. She is the perfect example of customer service!

I was honestly annoyed when I took my place in line to make a return and noted only a single employee behind the counter. There were probably seven people in front of me waiting. By the time I reached the counter, a second clerk had come to help.The point Im getting to is that the setup wasnt great but the gal who helped me with my return was very nice and efficient and professional and it really changed my experience. Well-trained and friendly employees makes a huge difference in the customer experience!

Photo pick up is slow and scattered. They couldn’t find anything and wasted my time. I ordered a week ago and got a voicemail they were ready. Left with nothing. Never shopping here again. Thanks for nothing. Horrible service.

Its a convenient shopping place. But I found the store setting to be different from other Walmarts.

Some of the essential racks are empty sometimes but otherwise its great.

Went to get a sticky paper lint brush. Asked for assistance and the lady that I spoke with was pleasant and spoke English that I could understand. She knew the store and I was in & out quickly. The checker at the door asked me for a receipt, due to the fact that I was holding the purchase in my hand without a bag. Good job! I love it when store employees do their job & not letting theifs do their job make me, very happy.

A store that i can be comfortable as i shop but have one complaint there are no employees to help me find items that i need to find to purchase.

Came in here early. Was able to find everything I needed, get my stuff and get out quickly. No long lines or crazy waiting.Store was pretty clean inside and out. Appeared to be well maintained and well stocked. The sparkling clean mens room was particularly appreciated.

Just bought some hair clippers from here and they were used with human hair in them! I called and this did not alarm them one bit. Pretty disgusting. Why do I have to deal with this now… explain that to me please.

All quick self scan lanes were closed. I enjoy using these because they are fast and easy to check yourself out when you are in a hurry. They never have enough cashiers working and lines are always long.

This Walmart is cool. It is always packed. There are never enough checkouts available. It’s honestly a hit or miss with supplies. Most of the workers have good customer service though.

Visited the pharmacy to get Pfizers booster shot. Was in and out in a few minutes. No shopping today.

My first post was from three years ago.My second post is from this year 2021. I no longer shop at Walmart due to my past experiences. I prefer target over this company. The experience is better, items maybe higher, but I’m willing to pay for a awesome customer journey!Ordering and picking up online from this location was an absolute disaster. If I could rate it a -100 I would....trust me!

Frequently out of stock of some things and takes long periods of time to get them back in stock. Also, I recently bought a bag and decided to put all my other items I purchased in it, right in front of the guy watching self check out so he knew what I was doing, then when I was done he walks up to me and asks to look at my receipt so I showed him, then he noticed I bought two clearance items and wants to make sure that I didnt ring up other items under the clearance price so he starts pulling everything out of my back and asks me youre sure u bought these two clearance items and nothing else on clearance? And of course this seems quite offensive since Ive done nothing to make him suspicious, and I reply yeah, thats what the receipt says doesnt it? And so once he compares every item on my receipt to their price tags he realizes that Ive done nothing wrong and hands me my receipt back, no apology, no nothing. I look at him and say that was really rude and offensive considering I had given you no reason to suspect me for stealing and he looks at me and says yeah yeah yeah and waves me on like Im aggravating him. So it was quite the harassing experience to say the least, but I must say I felt very vindicated walking out the front door smiling.

I went specifically for plants and they had a decent selection to choose from even with it being the weekend. It looked like all of the lines were open, which is a plus. However, many of the lines have been converted to self service so if you dont like that, youd probably be disappointed

I mainly go to this Wal-Mart bc its nearest to me. It really isnt anything special. They have what I need in stock, and the place is tidy. I only gave it a high rating bc the pharmacy staff are great!

Came here looking for LeBron James balloon toy and was sorely disappointed by your stock. They only had the other balloon toys!!! My son cried for days as he was going to film a funny Vine involving the toy but instead had to use Airheads instead! We are considering filming a TicTac where we hold the Walmart under siege and starve the workers!

No service /refund dept.My opinion is Walmart understaffed this store.Whoever beer vendor is Is doing a terrible job.Started out getting warm beer cases cause they dont have cold ones.Now they dont even stock the brand I like.Can not blame the Walmart staff there cause they are great.Somethings gotta change cause I can go elsewhere

Ordered pick up groceries. Pick was supposed to be at 2:00 did not say it was ready untill 2:30. Reply on the way and waited at store for 30 minutes. Between waiting could have done it myself. I wont be doing this again. Going to food lion

Its Walmart, what you would normally expect. But this location seems to always be in stock with items and provide a wide assortment of goods. 4/5. Parking lot can be maddening as people will cut through all parking lanes.

Its quite organized and pretty safe considering all the CCTV cameras.Couple things that could be hitch in being perfect store is, people inside/customers not following lines and order to go through isles, perhaps one improvement would be putting up more clear signs on isles themselves, than ones on ground and can be easily neglected.Store itself and people working there are good.

This is a nice place, great crew, and well locati for the neighborhood and for who cruisers the US 1 with 64.

Only 2 registers being used to check people out. The line for the self check out was lined back deap in the produce department. After a 10 minute wait in line to check out I just left my stuff and walked out.

Unreal.After seeing a product on clearance at this store for $4.74 (originally $118), I decided to drive out of my way to pick it up.Upon arriving to the sporting section I informed the associate (Carlton?) that I would like to purchase all three items in stock. Unfortunately, he refused to sell them to me, insisting that there must be a mistake with the price. Fair enough. So, I waited patiently as he called over his manager to confirm what his scanner AND my iPhone app both said — that the price was in fact marked from $118 down to $4.74 (a 96% savings).After a while, the manager (Jaspreet?) appeared and scanned the items. Again, each of them showed $4.74. And again, I informed them that I would like to checkout and purchase all three.However, the manager insisted that this simply could not be correct. “How could an item that was typically $118 possibly be marked down 96%,” he thought to himself. So, as if determined to prove me wrong, he began pressing buttons on his scanner. And after a few moments, what do you know…PRESTO! The price had been MAGICALLY changed back to $118 and was “no longer” on clearance.Yep…I literally watched him change the clearance price back to full price in front of my eyes. “This is the price,” he said to me, holding up his scanner which now read $118. I was in shock at what had just happened, having driven over 45 minutes out of my way for this.So, I left. Never to return to Kildaire Farm Rd.

Always good to go, good service and average crowd. Busy during weekends though so find time on Weekdays :)..enough parking space. Close to highway I4 towards Raleigh. Nearby eating places and saloon services. Also Harris teeter im same complex. Walgreens and whole foods in opposite complex.

This Walmart was surprisingly clean. It is large and seems to be well stocked. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. It was not too busy and I did not have to wait in line to check out. I think I will try to come back to this location.

The person that help me has very good customer service skills it was a pleasure to work with her name is latisha you need to hold on to her the 800 number wouldnt help me the Garner store wouldnt help me it took her 5 minutes to solve the problem

I bought foods and some home stuff.It was a bit crowded but anyways, I liked the experience.

Definitely one of the better Walmart stores. Their employees are always very helpful and friendly here.

So I am usually there between 4 and 6 pm. Store is busy and they never have more than 3 registers open outside of self check. Each line is usually 3 deep with sometimes 6 + people waiting for self check. Not sure if they are short staffed but it is frustrating.

If I could leave no stars I would. This review goes to the management team of this Wal-Mart. I was polite and tried to explain that a birthday cake I purchased from them some how separated. I placed no blame on anyone, but ALL I wanted to know how I could get a $13 cake replaced before Monday. Mind you this happened on Saturday. All I wanted was another cake and all management wanted to know was how it happened and that their cake decorating team was more then above board with their cake decorating regulations. Not once did they ask how could they help me, but instead came off defensive. I wasnt asking for a cake on Saturday but to have one by Monday. A full 3 days later. Normally I could let things go because I get it retail is hard, but she asked for name and number and then NEVER called after saying she would!

This Walmart gave off a very unusual vibe. during my trip I came to this Walmart twice and each time I came no one greeted me or my family not even cashiers. The cashiers literally stares at you in your face as if youre not supposed to be there. The floor help was no help everyone looks so timid and scared. For the most part everyone was working and shelves were stacked fully stocked. Just to make sure I was not bugging on my last day I had to stop in to get some things before I got on the road. And there was a greeter short older woman yes Im in produce literally watching her she was just talking to the regulars as people walk past her in and out the door. I eventually grabbed a couple more items and my husband and I proceeds to their cash register closest to the subway. By the way that Subway in Walmart seems to be independent owned and does not go by the subway rules of how they prepare their sandwiches. As we headed out the door that same door greeter stopped us with two bags in our hands and wanted to see our receipt. I smiled because I knew she was going to do that. Believe me I pay attention to everything and everyone when I am out of town. In this Walmart a young black couple with long flowing locs does not belong in this Walmart you will stand out. We should have went to Harris teeter or wegmans.

It may surprise many folks that Walmart has a good selection of internationally nal foods. Its not all white bread!Unfortunately at this location they do not carry Swedish Wasa rye crispbread. So I had to go across the parking lot to a competitor.

One the cleanest stores Ive seen in a while. Shelves well stocked and zoned. No pallets on floor. Friendly associates.

Came in from out of town. Went to get some groceries. Literally the left side of the store, especially in meat and deli, was wiped out.

What I am going to write will be taken with a grain a salt by Walmart management, but I believe I need to share my experience because this has occurred to me many of times. Everytime I shop here I am racially profiled and I am done shopping at this WalMart. I went there today Saturday June 12th, 2021 and checked out via self check out a little before 4pm and there was a short Pakistan man working self checkout. As I waited in line he was the only one working there, when it was my time to ring my groceries he gets a white employee to stand by me to make sure I scan my multiple waters. Then as soon as I pay, she leaves self checkout and goes back to where she was. Now this woman was not there before I arrived(as I was waiting in line) and she left immediately preceding me grabbing my receipt. All while the gentleman was still working self check as he normally was. This is not the first time I come and he is working self checkout and he stands a little closer by me. In addition, I have been there in the morning and there is an Indian woman who will walk over and pretend to straighten the candy right by me while I am checking out my groceries. The reason I notice is because it is obvious, they do not do it to other nationalities and it is only when I have large items (water, etc). It is frustrating because I have never stolen in my life, as a matter of fact my profession is very ethical based. I just wanted to share this because it was so obvious today and has occurred too many times and only at this WalMart. FYI WALMART: NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON STEALS AND BELIEVE IT OT NOT OTHER NATIONALITIES STEAL TOO!!!!!

Great selection, friendly people, little communication between departments for consumer assistance.

Woodforest National Bank is the only reason Ill step foot in this Walmart. The management staff are all rude and dont give a hoot about your complaints. Theyre verbally abusive towards their emoloyees, The restrooms are understocked. I feel sorry for all the associates that work there and have your deal with those above them. They are all on an EGO. The worst is the store manager Jennifer. If she doesnt like you, shell find a reason to fire you.

Its a nice center. I dont know if I would call it Super, that just seems like boasting.
