I ordered a turquoise bar necklace from CY design Studios. I received a necklace but not at all what I ordered. No clasp, silver instead of gold. Cheap looking. Can’t put it on because no clasp!! Price was suppose to be less then $20 and billed my card $56 l. Phone provided does not work. I want to send back but they do not respond to Emails. Rip off!!!!!!

Im absolutely thrilled with my order from CY Design Studio! They made me the most beautiful ornaments for my little (big!) animal family. The owner was incredibly accommodating to all of my orders and requests, and even made custom ornaments for me that were specific to the pets that I have! I had a pretty large & complicated order with a bunch of customizations, and the owner was extremely patient with me and made everything I asked for! I cant stop ordering from them & Im excited to hang my holiday ornaments all year round.

I ordered a cute necklace I had been wanting. I did find it cheaper with this Etsy shop than the place I originally saw it I would say shipping and receiving was average. On returning home from work I found my package had been delivered. I was a little taken back by thinking it looked a little cheap but the packaging was thoughtful and decided oh well I supported a small business. I wore it to work the next day, it lasted less than four hours. Being frustrated I sent an email to the shop only to be reprimanded and talked down to assumably by the owner. Horrible customer service and business practice!!! Yes it broke, yes inanimate objects break no I didn’t snag it obviously not well made at all. I sit at a desk not doing manual labor. Why in the world would o order something be excited for it an then intentionally break it???

I purchased a gold pinecone necklace earlier this month and I couldnt be happier with it! It is delicate and tiny in size - exactly what I was looking for. The quality is good and I am already getting compliments on it. It is a great necklace for both autumn and winter!

Terrible!! I ordered a necklace...The box came wrapped in a pretty pink bow...BUT, NO NECKLACE!!! Tried to call the phone # on the card... Number cannot be completed!!! TERRIBLE!!!
