I have to say this was by far a much easier experience than I had expected. Selling an engagement ring that Ive held on to since my fiance gave it back after our breakup... wasnt easy but was part of my past I needed to let go. Thanks to my rep for making it easy and quick. And they gave me a great price for the re-sell. I was also given the option to destroy the box it originally came in lol, honestly I did and it was therapeutic in a way. Overall just an amazing experience and couldnt be happier I came to such a great place.

Having recently downsized now that we are empty nesters my wife was consolidating her jewelry and collected a bunch of old gold pieces that she was no longer using and others that were damaged and broken. Having never sold gold before we were hesitant to just walk into just any place. We did our homework and educated ourselves in how the whole process works. We then went online and read reviews of businesses that buy gold and felt that JR Raleigh was a place we could feel most comfortable. Christian Hale was very thorough and deliberate throughout the whole process. He took the time going through every piece. Ultimately we agreed on a price per pennyweight and received a good price for our gold. The entire process was very comfortable and we were very happy with Christian’s professional demeanor. I would say the best compliment we can pay is to say we will definitely return.

I was skeptical about the place once we pulled up because the building said Rolex & was very nice. I had left early for shopping & was in sweats, definitely not looking Rolex-ish. (If there is such a thing). However, we had the best customer service. The people are so down to earth.Additionally, the prices they gave for my gold were very fair and they even took time to price it for me with some pieces or without some pieces and didnt seem to mind a bit.I happened to be in the area that day but in the future I will make the drive to deal with them again. It was an incredibly positive experience.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest.
