I needed two bathroom mirrors recut to fit above new bathroom vanities. City mirror did a great job. They picked up the two large mirrors, transported them to their shop, cut and polished the mirrors in their new sizes, and then delivered and installed. It was less expensive than new mirrors and they even pointed out that I had mirror rot on one edge which they removed. The option of using mastic for my mirrors created a nicer, cleaner look. The crew was professional, courteous, and fast. I highly recommend them!

Their work may be great, but a customer should feel welcomed when they walk in. Before I walked into the store, I got a dirty look from the person who was holding the door. I guess my project was too small. I was carrying an antique mirror. Then when I got inside, I realized she wasnt wearing a mask and asked if she minded putting one one. Angrily, she replied no. I calmly let her know Id take my business elsewhere and walked out. I should have known before even walking in from the vibe she gave me...sigh. Why cant people just be nice?

City Mirror and Glass removed and disposed of multiple mirrors and shower surround glass for me during a home renovation. I walked out of the garage one day after starting a bathroom renovation and there was a CM&G truck in the neighbor’s driveway, so I waited a minute and Ramon came out to his truck so I asked if he could take away some mirrors for me and he happily offered to take them immediately since I had errands to run and would not be back before he left the job next door. I also had him return to remove more glass/mirrors at a later date, both times Ramon provided great, efficient, and friendly customer service. Had 3 different companies give me estimates for my glass shower door. City was the only one that took the time to explain the options for glass, handles and hardware (which changed what we picked). Also had them pick up the existing mirror, cut it down to fit the new vanity and reinstall. Nothing but good things to say about everyone that I met during the process, from measuring to install to office. I contacted City Glass and Mirror for shower glass installation for our full master bath remodel. Nora scheduled our appointment for the measure tech to come out. Ramon, the owner of the company, came out and got the necessary measurements for our install. He was very pleasant and personable while in my home. He recommended low iron glass with shower guard. I was hesitant about the low iron glass but after looking at the comparison photos it was obvious which glass to get. Fast forward three weeks and our glass is installed. We had Ramon make two glass tabletop pieces for our new tables. Both pieces were the exact size of the table with rounded, smooth edges. They cleaned the glass and table before placing the glass on top of the surface. The glass looks so good and you can still see the pretty wood table top. My overall experience was OK. The end result was good, the experience was not quite so good.I ordered replacement pieces of glass; one for each of two doors. Scheduling and measuring were fine so far. At first the owner wasnt sure if he could do the install, then he said he could. I volunteered to try to find the manufacturers replacement instructions on the web (because I thought I saw them before) and we agreed to the services.When the glass arrived, an appointment was scheduled to install and I was informed the owner would personally come out because the install may be tricky. The day of the install I got a call from someone saying something like its too rainy, we have to reschedule, how is Tuesday? I knew it must have been city mirror and I agreed as it was very rainy. I received an appointment confirmation email which said Wednesday. I just agreed and submitted without really reading it. That was my error. I ended up waiting for a Tue appointment only to find out it was Wed; my mistake.Wed comes and the owner wants to move the schedule up a few hours, but I wasnt available... so we didnt. No problem. He sends someone out at the scheduled time and afterwards I get a call saying they arent going to install the glass because the directions arent correct.I already paid them for the glass so I wasnt sure what the owner was trying to say. I cant recall the exact words, but the owner seemed to be implying they arent going to do the install. I pushed back a little and shortly the owner said that his installer found a way to do the install. OK, things like this happen. However, it wasnt a very good feeling when the owner seemed to be distancing himself from the project and repeatedly pointing out that I supplied him with instructions that didnt work. The instructions may or may not have been correct, but they were the manufacturers instructions for those doors.The quality of the workmanship was very good.The next day I called the company to pay my balance by credit card and I found out there will be a 4% charge. I said I will pay by check when I get a chance, but it wasnt going to be that day. A few minutes later the owner calls back and starts pushing me. I decided to change my plans, write the check immediately and write this review.City mirror did a decent job overall. It just wasnt a pleasant experience for me.

I hired City Mirror and Glass to cut custom glass tops to protect my bedroom and living room furniture. The owner of the company Ramone came out personally himself to my house for the estimate. He took the time to and explained in good detail the type and thickness of glass that would be best for my situation. I was very pleased with his professionalism and felt assured, by his knowledgeable descriptions of the different types of products that he suggested, that he would do a wonderful job. He templated all the curves and corners of my furniture, which all of it was anything but a square top design, and then gave me a very fair price. I had been shopping around with other companies and already had a few quotes. His price was fair and I felt he had been the nicest and most professional of everyone I had met. I ordered the glass and he had it ready and was back out to install it in no time. When they came to deliver the tops instead of just dropping them off and leaving they cleaned all the surfaces of my furniture the glass was to go an and made sure there was not one spec of dust on the glass or the furniture before they laid them in place. They fit like a glove and looked great! I was so pleased to have had such a nice gentleman and company deliver 100 percent on their word and product. I definitely recommend that anyone who needs the services of a glass company to go with these guys here, they are top notch.

I have been searching for a company to come and replace my shower door for 2 months. I did a lot of research on local companies and I came across City Mirror & Glass. I called into the office and the person that answered the phone was very polite and professional I scheduled to have a tech come out and give me a quote. The tech came out and looked at my shower and discovered more then my door having an issue, I was worried that it was going to cost a fortune but to my surprise the quote price was very reasonable. During the process in fixing my shower they were very clean and picked up after themselves, I am very pleased with the results and work they provided. By cautious with City Mirror if you need the job done on time. We paid 50% deposit on shower door and waited for two weeks until the installation day. On the day of installation we were told some parts are missing so they couldnt install it until a week later. Finally they suppose to install today and told us some other parts are missing AGAIN so they couldnt come. When I called the owner, he mentioned he had other customer waited for three weeks in delay but was ok with it. Sorry I am not ok with 3 weeks delays, NOT recommend it.
