Save yourself the trouble and order online directly from Bariatricadvantage.com. I have driven out there several times to find them closed. Hours are never consistent. And the times I have caught them open, they are out of stock. With the exception of the B.A. items, most of the items they have can be purchased at Sams, Costco or Amazon cheaper anyway.

Although staff helpful poor communication about hours. Website never updated. Website said open at 9am today now says open M-F 8-12. Inconsiderate not to update website. Wasted trip.

This store USE to be fantastic. Well stocked, knowledgeable associates, offered points to get discounts as their products are not cheap. THEN, they closed for a week and WakeMed has now taken over Seems to be a “boss” sitting at desk now, no more discounts, and store last three times I have been there is half empty. Stock level very low and shelves not conditioned at all. Just very sloppy looking. Quite sad as this was close but searching for new store now. Yes

I just called and was told they close this evening at 6:00 although Tuesday is listed to close at 7pm. Im glad I called .
