I always have tons of questions, and this store hooks it up. Ashley R. And Tim P. will take the time to get to know your needs and give the best honest advice. They treat you like a human and care to provide the best service. You can tell they love what they do because they are super knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to return.

No problem or issues staff was nice

The man that works here( either the owner or manager) not sure is really awesome. He is always suggesting new products to try and really listens to what you like. Hes very knowledgable and is very personable with everyone that comes in the store. I hope this store never closes because I love getting my workout supplements here!!

Showed up at 10 to find no one in the store. Tried calling a few times to no response. Come in the afternoon if you actually want to make a purchase.

Went in today to pick up some supplements and also get some suggestions. Ashley was absolutely great helping me find what suited me and my goals best. I will definitely be returning to see her.

Tim knows his stuff!! Everything I asked he answered! He knew what went with what for what I needed and what I wanted in the future! I will not go into another GNC again! He needs a gold star, raise, Doctor degree because I’d pay for him to be mine! Man is a pure genius and I appreciate every word of knowledge he gave me! I will be back, but will only talk to TIM! HE IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!

When your products change the effects of the victims are less quality. What you label as new formula is not as good as the old. I will look elsewhere in the future. Your customer service people are fine in my book they are not the problem.

This store is so far from my home, but Tim is THE BEST!!!!so i choose to come all the way down here. Hes always with a smile, trying to help everyone! Thank you!

In my experience one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. Even though the store was being renovated the manager (I think her name was Tiffany) went above and beyond to help us with her product knowledge, finding items, and even taking care of an issue that was due to a previous error with our GNC pro account. I will definitely be loyal to this store because of the genuine friendliness and help we were given. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Came in to make a return on an item at around 2:45pm on 11/27. I can be very specific & picky about the way things are done but the cashier was patient and helpful nonetheless.

These personnel are not wearing face masks, and when you ask them they claim they have lung problems, and you see them and they have a gym body, very well trained physically .... total irrespective....total disrespect for customers. 😡

Came in tonight 8/31 at 7:35 pm. The store was closed and the hours on the window said 8 pm. Trying to support brick and mortar stores but I guess Ill order online.

Went in to just get some pre workout and really didn’t know which brand was best Tim took time talking to me about different pre workouts he thought was best. Super friendly and helpful

Got what I needed but feel like I paid a little too much. Staff seemed desperate for a sale and the lighting is painful.

The manager of the store is always kind of it difficult to talk with. Hes not really friendly, Im not sure retail is the right career for him. GNC has great products though, I would stick with the GMC brand as fair as price, and quality, its top of the line.

Went to GNC this morning and the staff showed up to open the store @1005. Store was supposed to be open @10. Last time we came to this location the staff was asleep in the back of the store. Only reason we keep coming to this location is because they carry the larger container of the product we buy.
