Bought from these guys twice now, they put the customers best interest first. Suzanne in finance always makes the process seem quick and easy and Jordon in sales always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for.

Don’t waste your time here the staff can not answer your questions someone will call you just to find out they can not assist you and tell you that you need to deal with someone else who conveniently is never available and will NOT return calls!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction better off with literally any other dealer.

Have emailed twice, once about a service and once about a price inquiry. Have not heard back. Ended up having to call to ask pricing and found someone else to do the service. My guess is the staff ignores specific people. Have bought a 4 wheeler, a dirt bike and have been looking to purchase another dirt bike, or go-kart and have had no response. Would have much rather done business locally however no responses makes it difficult.8/6 after this review Bill has been great with communication and working with me on making this right! I appreciate the communication on this so that I can get my next toy!

One of our generators on the Wyoming Philly Wagon Food truck stopped working and our back up generator would not start, with a week if scheduled events we were In direr need of help. We called the service department at Casper mountain motor sports they received us that morning and had my generator serviced and repaired by closing time. Honestly, Casper Mountain Motosports has had a not so good reputation for their sub-par customer service, HOWEVER, my recent visit was nothing like that... the staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of my tire issue and now my bike is back on the road. I will gladly return.

I came in the other day with some family members looking at some side-by-side’s I had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had from the salesman by the name of Justin this young man was very polite courteous informative and very professional there was no pressure for sale he answered all of our questions and even informed me of some things I thought I knew that I did not know I’ve been in Casper Mountain motorsports before several years ago but it was nothing Compared to the pleasant experience my family enjoyed shopping up there for a side-by-side I hope Justin gets the recognition he deserves that is a very smart intelligent young man who is going very far in life and I’m very proud to say we will be purchasing side by sides from you guys later on this year thanks Justin

This is an okay dealership if youre looking to buy a machine. They have a large selection of machines and are pleasant to deal with in that regard. However, I would not recommend their maintenance department. From what I have experienced the management and organizational ability of their maintenance department is borderline grossly negligent, and I would avoid it at all costs.

Justin is the man to know had a couple Lil things with the bike that needed done and he definitely made sure it was 100% before it would leaveI definitely recommend dealing with him as I know I will from here in out

My husband and I drove all the way from Ogden, Utah (6.5 hours) because Casper Mountain has a better selection then anywhere else we found! Our purchasing experience with Pete was easy, informational, and we got exactly what we wanted. We had a service guy come out and show us how to maintain the bike even if we decide to do it ourselves. This shows that Casper Mountain cares about their customers and their products then forcing us to keep spending money on service if we don’t need to.I recommend Casper Mountain Motorsport to everyone.One thing, we are from a denser population in Utah and are medical workers who have seen Covid deaths. We have been vaccinated, but I still didn’t feel comfortable when Susan, the finance manager, sat down with us to sign paperwork at a four-person table without a mask on. I know we are fine, but that was the only part that startled me. She also coughed....But the store overall is very safe with masked employees and hand sanitizer everywhere.

I called today with questions. My sales representative Justin was very helpful. Will be doing business very soon.

I rarely do reviews but given the seamless experience I felt it necessary on this one. I Purchased my first street bike yesterday at Casoer Mountain Motorsports. First, Tony the Sales Manager is a great guy making the process comfortable answering any questions I threw at him. He and his sales crew were very knowledgeable with every aspect of the process, from product knowledge to buying the bike and getting it out the door. Finally, Tim, who oversees the parts and other equipment was equally impressive while adding my safety gear, helmet etc. Bottom line, If you’re in the market for a motorcycle or side by side I would highly recommend Casper Mountain Motorsports!

Probably some of the worst customer service at a shop I’ve encountered. Multiple emails that have gotten no replies, I’ve been hung up on twice, and that’s when I rarely can get through to someone. Had a buddy get a diagnosis from them and it couldn’t have been anymore wrong, not sure if they were hurting for work or what was going on with that situation. Can’t speak for their work personally, but customer service is sub-par as far as returning calls and emailsUpdate:Continued emails with no response other than automated “thank you for contacting us, we will respond the next business day” with no actual response. Will be trying phone calls in the very near future...again

I was traveling from Missouri and my helmet intercom system failed. Rachel from the parts department did an amazing job helping me pick out a new system. She reassured me that if I had any problems setting it up I could call her or come back in and she would help me. I needed help and went back the next morning before leaving town. She walked me thru, step by step until I was comfortable with using my new system. The system is great but Rachel was superb. I can not say enough about her knowledge and customer service.

Awesome to work with. They Lucky was our sales rep and here was busy but kept us informed and was helpful and great to work with. Even before traveling to Casper Lucky spent lots of time on the phone with me helping me pick out the best ATV. We will be buying or next machine from Casper Mountain Motorsports.

Worst I’ve ever been ripped off bought a Cfmoto had problems with it on the way home also bought extra warranty and maintenance program supposed to give you vip treatment bought plow and everything from Casper mountain Motorsport begging of summer fuel pump went out after six weeks it still isn’t fixed so I sold it back to them losing thousands of dollars they told me they would candela the warranty and get most of my money back then they billed the warranty for the repair and i got nothing worst ripoff in my life fe but I am done with them anyway

Worst customer service!!! Can’t get info- always “I need to ask someone”-whether in store or via phone. Ridiculously long hold time on the phone. Took over two months to buy a side by side because nobody will call back. When we finally would get through to someone we got wrong info over and over! No idea what in the world is going on there- when we’ve been in store lots of people working. Terrible management, I guess.

Plenty of employees on the clock. Few actually helping customers or working. Found it myself then set out to find place to pay bounced around and finally found place to pay which was also painful. Big $9 purchase not worth the search.

Pleasantly surprised. After being told, at drop off that they were short on technitions, I got a call to pick-up my generator that same afternoon, complete. WOW is all I can say.

Tony their Sales manager and Suzane their business manager are fantastic! I went in Tuesday wanting a new bike. Tony helped me make the right decision and Suzane worked with me getting all the finance paperwork together and to go smoothly! Drove away last night on my brand new bike and there was no issues at all! Would highly recommend.

This is by far the WORST place that I have ever came to to get my toys to come and get fixed or to do a simple check up! My first motorcycle I brought in I wanted them to check out the condition due to being in a accident so they came and picked it up along with parts that I provided them. A couple of weeks have passed and I heard nothing so i called them to see if they made any progress. Come to find out they lost my contact info TWICE and lost my parts i bought for the bike! Im not sure how the other departments in the store are but DO NOT get your vehicles serviced here because as of right now my harley is in there just to get its drive belt changed out and they have had it for over 8 WEEKS!!!!!! They ordered the wrong parts and didnt have the tools for the job! I understand the covid isnt helping this go faster but for real over 2 and a half months now? The riding season is almost over!

We purchased a used side by side from them in February. We had to wait several weeks to pick it up because of some brake repairs they had started before we purchased it. Because of the very cold temps at the time we really couldnt drive it. Once it warmed up enough to drive it we found that the aftermarket exhaust was so loud you couldnt stand to drive it and would backfire and shoot flames out the exhaust and the engine hadnt been tuned for it so it wouldnt stay running without the choke. Asked them to make it right and they said no. I had to buy new exhaust and install it and fix the running problem. After months we finally get it ready for our vacation and load it up. We drove it less than 120 miles and the motor blows up. Completely out of commission in the middle of our vacation. Call the store when I get back and they wont do anything. I know I didnt buy the extended warranty but isnt customer service supposed to be a little better than that? I was told that the staff I dealt with when I purchased it was no longer there and they wouldnt do anything about it. I know I bought a used unit but less than 120 miles is ridiculous. Need less to say I will have another $1000 into rebuilding the motor myself and will not be doing any business with this company in the future. To bad! The staff I worked with when I purchased it was amazing and I really thought they were going to have me as a lifetime customer.

Drove up from Denver for the best deal around on a new Honda Pioneer and a new 20 Aluma trailer. I shopped all dealers in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska and Casper Mountain Motorsports couldnt be beat. I needed a front tire and after calling them they were too busy and not able to do it even though the price they wanted was more than I have ever paid for one. Granted it was in the middle of an 8 day trip and I could have waited for whatever time they needed. If you are passing thru and need help I feel for you.

Decent selection here. Dont let the view from the highway fool you, this place is pretty big. They dont stock specialty and unusual parts but they had a pretty good bike selection. They had other things like sand rails and scooters but i dont see any quads.

I did a fair amount of shopping prior to buying a honda rancher atv. Casper Mountain Motorsports, not only had the best price, the level of service is outstanding. I cant recommend them enough!

Amazing people very friendly from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Went over everything from top to bottom. From sales, service, and parts.

Im not satisfied with the service I received at all. From the service management. I drove about 100 mile to pick up my scooter to find out that they couldnt do the 200mile service in it due to them not being able to replace any parts on the engine parts on the scooter. When we called and requested the service they said they could do it. 400 all together wasted trips. -0 rating. Its all about the mighty dollar not customer service. I would double check with the person who personally serviced your machine to make sure your not getting screwed like we did.

I was on a cross country road trip from NY and needed to replace my rear tire on my bmw motorcycle asap. I called every shop within a 150 miles and this was the only one willing to overnight ship in a tire. I dropped the bike off around closing that night and they had me back on the road by noon the next day! They knew I was on a tight road trip budget and waved installment fees and even washed the bike for me. Take your bike here and they will take care of you!Thank you Wes!

Customer service was top notch and all the staff are very helpful and super friendly. Could not be happier with the experience I had buying my most recent toy. Five stars.Original Review from eight years ago- One Star:Lousy customer service. Staff is rude and inconsiderate, acts like being a customer and spending money at their business is a hassle for them. Several times after a service, my bike has come back with missing parts, which they said was my fault and refused to take care of, unless I paid of course. Also, they have on more than one occasion put my air filter in backwards, even though the installation instructions are on the inside of the air filter cover. Buyer and customer beware!

I just bought a Kawasaki Mule FXT Ranch Edition from CMM and am delighted not only with the product but also with the company. Jereme (yes, Thats the correct spelling) was the salesman and he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful. There was one small problem, but it was solved instantaneously. As far as I am concerned, Casper Mountain Motorsports is the place that I will go if I have a need for anything related to The Mule.

Avoid these people. One of their minions told us that everything we were looking for would be delivered within two weeks. Well it took nearly two months and when we went to pick up our unit it wasnt even close to what we ordered. My husband talked to a person who claimed to be the sales manager and he told us to make up for the mistake they would get the right machine and throw in the first two services free of charge. We recently had the second service performed and they handed us a bill for nearly $800.00 saying we never paid for the first service and they wont release our machine until the full bill is paid. I mentioned that we were told the first two services were free of charge for the mistake THEY made. We were told the person that made this promise is no longer there and this promise is not valid. Clearly they are not the least bit interested in standing behind promises made.

Had a bubble come up on the front tire of my 12 victory xct. They dont work on vics but they loaned me a Jack to remove the tire in their parking lot. Tom gave me a ride to the hardware store to make the tool to remove the axle. Got the tie changed back on. These folks will help a biker out in trouble, even if they dont service your brand of bike. All the help was appreciated greatly. Thanks to the crew at Casper Mtn Motorsports. Vacation saved!
