Just needed to price a wheel bearing. Called the store three times and was put on hold every time with a promise of a real quick hold.. here I am 30 minutes later calling AUTO ZONE!!!

These guys are awesome I broke my fuel pump installing it and they warrantied it for me. not only that but the pump I bought from them was the brand name quality pump that the box represented. This is not what I got with their competitors. I will always shop there first.

Not a bad place to snag auto parts. They are comparable to autozone or OReilly. I do have more luck here when I need older car parts though.

Helpful staff assisted me in selecting proper windshield wipers and performed free installation. (This was a big help as I was formally dressed and couldnt risk soiling my suit.) They set me up with their rewards program and started me off with a $5 coupon.

Stopped in when my check engine light came on as I was leaving town. They were very friendly and put a code reader on it. Turned out and it was nothing major and I could make it home so I didnt need to buy parts but they were awesome all the way

My battery died but it was under warranty. They exchanged it, no questions asked.

In my opinion its probably the best auto parts store in town they are usually the cheapest and if they arent they match and drop 5% and they actually know there vehicles they arnt just a bunch of newbies that dont know anything

Great guys working here! I had continual issues with wiper blades sold to me by another store across town. As soon as I mentioned my issues the guys here looked at them and were appalled that someone would sell me that style with my style of windshield. They got me fixed up and were super helpful finding some other items I needed for repairs. I will definitely be going out of my way to go here in the future!

My car quit starting on me as I was passing through Casper and I had my car towed here. Kathy, Kaleb, and James were fantastic help!!! There is some weird problem in the ignition and it had me stuck here for two days. They helped me trouble shoot and test just about everything. They even gave me a donut this morning!!! Thank you so much for all the help!!!!

We went here today trying to find a part to fix our power steering. We first called advance auto parts and they said a core charge was $45. A few minutes later my husband walks into the store to buy the part we needed and the guy there said it would be almost $100 for this said part unless we give them our old part then it would be $45. Um Im sorry but thats not how buying this works. If you said the part is $45 it should be $45 regardless I shouldnt have to give you MY old core charge that I already own to make it $45. Saying its almost $100 unless we give you our old part is insane. We surely wont be coming here ever again.

My experience with Advanced Auto Parts was an epic journey to say the least. These guys definitely excell in every aspect of their job. I dont normally write reviews but in their case I will. They went above and beyond to save my vacation., their customer service was phenomenal. I could write a lengthy review but long story short they did the impossible. I went in with only a shred of hope left after being let down by Napa, Oriellys, and specifically Auto zone Auto zone screw those guys, they didnt order the part when they said they would and I needed it the very next day, which it would have been.... but they didnt. Allen called every place he could, and found the part but it was in Laramie, and I needed it the very next day. He tried to over night the package but couldnt, eventually, after trying everything, he said he would send a guy out the very next day to make the 4 hour round trip to retrieve the package for me. You see it was Thursday, I needed to replace my power steering pump since I was driving a 24 hour trip to Atlanta Georgia. I then replaced the pump and Allen even took off the pully on the old one and put it on the new one. Allen is a miracle worker, I will always be forever thankful to the team at Advanced for saving my much needed vacation to Georgia and Florida. They have my business and I will never go any where else.
