Place really isn’t much to look at. The customer waiting area is pretty bad with uncomfortable chairs and a tv that is so fuzzy you can’t actually see anything on it. When I walked through the door absolutely no one directed me or offered help as to where to go. And after standing there for a few awkward minutes one finally asked if I had been helped as if she wasn’t aware I had been standing only feet in front of her for a while now. At this point is when I discovered they had completely lost everything I had set up via phone the day before and constantly kept insisting on buying things that I had repeatedly said no to. The service is incredibly slow. Hour and a half to change oil and air filter. As a paying customer I expect to be treated as such and the experience here has been one of the worst.

Took a brand new key fob to Fremont dodge of Casper. After I waited an hour they told me the fob was already assigned to another VIN so they couldn’t program it. I bought the truck out of state because these people wouldn’t work with me. By going elsewhere I saved upwards of $10,000. I contacted the dealer I bought the truck from and they told me it was brand new and not assigned to anything and the dealer I went to didn’t know what they were doing. I took the fob to Batteries plus in Casper and bam. Within 5 minutes my key fob worked. Shame on Fremont. Just because I didn’t buy from them. Nice

Wish you could give half a star really frustrated when you cannot talk to the same person in the service department. We were told multiple times that when our truck threw the error code that they knew exactly wst the problem was and they can fix it when we made the appoint.ent. Then we get it in they tell us we have to wait till Friday. When they told us they would get it done the day we took it in. Dont think i will utilize their services.
