We agreed upon a sale price, gave them a deposit on my credit card to secure car, arranged financing thru them and was scheduling to pick up my card and was informed that they got a better deal and sold the car to someone else.Avoid this dealership.If I could give the zero stars, I would.

This review is for the service team. I purchased my VW here and I very gladly take it to them for service. They always explain the work to be done in a manner that is easily understandable. Their prices are fair and most importantly, their people (Laramie, Carson, and the drivers are terrific). Laramie, in particular, is a huge asset to the Fremont VW Team. She is always extremely professional and welcoming. She does an outstanding job taking care of the customer’s need while making them feel appreciated. While I’m sure it won’t last forever, I really appreciate the car pick up and/or drop off option. You guys are great, keep it up. I’m a very satisfied customer. 😀

I am very happy with the service department and service at Fremont! I took my car in yesterday and they had it ready for me within about 24 hours. They had all the parts in stock and even gave me a free loaner car. I was somewhat hesitant to deal with another car dealership as the dealership I bought the car from (not Fremont) was shady and dishonest to say the least. Everything the service department at Freemont told me upon bringing my car in was honored and I couldnt be happier. Huge shout out to Laramie with the service department. She was professional, honest and frankly very good at her job. My only regret is not buying from Fremont to begin with. I will definitely be back!

I will say that the service here is good. They work with you and are very polite, but that does not make up for, in the least, the price of their service. I was just charged $130 for an oil change and a blinker bulb. That was a kick in the pants I was not prepared for. Will not be going back unless I have to in the future.

I have never owned a VW before! I saw an Atlas and wanted to check it out as I had been looking to buy a new car. When we got to the dealership my husband and I looked at a few vehicles before Justin Shadoan approach us and asked if we had questions. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered every question through the test drive that my husband and I had. I liked the Atlas as much as I thought I would! We left the dealership and then decided that we did want to purchase. When we arrived back Justin and team took us through the purchasing process with ease. We stopped at the dealership during a road trip from Iowa after the oil light on my BMW unexpectedly came on. Joe in service and Jeff in parts were amazing to work with! They got us in and out quickly so we could get right back on the road. They saved our entire vacation!

Sales process was great a few months ago but will NEVER EVER do business with them again after my service experience. :( I am from out of town so called in 3 times to make sure things were set up. I was on a tight schedule. Came in for a simple oil change and they didn’t have the right part after they already started. Parts Manager didn’t order it. I missed my meeting and was stuck in Casper for over 3 hours at the dealership. A few missed details turned a good day into an awful one. I wish I could have rated them less than one star. They did offer a water bottle though (I declined). They all felt horrible but I missed my meeting for work and can’t get that back. Please do better

I went car shopping on Saturday to numerous dealerships in the area. I wasn’t sure exactly what car I wanted, but what features I was looking for. One of my stops was the Volkswagen dealership. I was greeted by Travis E. and he showed me a few models and let me test drive them right away. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He was polite and listened to my concerns. I still wanted to check out other places, so I did and ended up coming right back to Volkswagen because of the customer service I received in the short time I was there. Travis went above and beyond to help me get into something that had the features I wanted (and more), while keeping it all within my budget. He and Chance continued working things out and finalizing the details while I was at work and couldn’t get away, having it all ready for me when I got there and staying late if they needed to! I am so thankful I went there and was treated with compassion and understanding and wasn’t pressured into buying something I didn’t need! Highly suggest and look forward to my future business there when it’s time to have my new Tiguan serviced. :)

These guys took fantastic care of me. The sales process was simple and wasn’t pushy like dealers can be. I did run into a mechanical issue on the used vehicle I purchased from them within 5,000 miles but the general manager made a point to contact me and work with the repairing ship to have this issue addressed and corrected. My wife and I are very grateful for their fast help and communication. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!

I do not know what their sales team is like but I love their service department. I bought a Jeep and my husband bought a Dodge pickup and Fremont. We were worried we would have to use their service department but were told that was not the case. We were on a road trip from the east coast, and developed a lump in our tire. The service department was totally booked for the day, but Jeff and Colby squeezed us in. They took us from stranded to on the road again in the span of a few hours, and with a freshly washed car! Everyone was extremely friendly, made us feel right at home, and even gave us a few recommendations for local places to eat while we waited. I wish they were closer, so they could be my local dealership.

I needed an ignition coil replacement in my Audi as I passed through Wyoming, and I cant imagine a better customer experience than what I had at Fremont. Jeremy at the service counter gave me priority treatment because I was in a hurry, and Lance (head mechanic) correctly diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of riding in the car. Hes brilliant. Very personable and knowledgeable staff all around--better than any service Ive had in my home state of North Carolina. These guys kick ass.

Yesterday I had a oil change done by another dealership. I noticed this morning my skid plate was coming off. I called volkswagons service department here in Casper. Cody was able to get me in right away and take care of the problem at no charge. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

Got granson a used Bug for b- day .the left headlight needed replaced .after trying to get the assembly out of fender and even following instructions from manual we took it to Fremont the service manager and mechanic worked on it for about 20 min and fixed it for free. Some one before us had tried and broke a keeper latch ( must not have read manual) the vehicle was not purchased from there but they went out of their way to solve the problem.

Very impressed with Freemont VW. I shopped Denver and found good prices and terrible service. Came back to Casper and bought at a Freemont for a better price. Zach Rose was a great salesman. Listened and provided information rather than being pushy and serving their agenda. I will be back.

They do not tell the truth. Very simple they have no integrity. I went in for an oil change and almost $2,000 later they said the car was perfect. But the very next day I had problems. NO WAY!! When I told them to stand by their work that was less then 24 hours old they told me to pay another $1,800. >>>DO NOT GO HERE>>>>

The service desk and parts department were top notch and made thankful to have bought a VW. It was refreshing to meet such nice and honest people in my stressful situation!

I had been having issues (not the ones mentioned in the news) with a VW that I purchased from another dealership and was quite angry when in Fremont. Terrible...Colby couldnt have been nicer that is until we sat down to deal. Told him where I was at financially he comes back and offers me almost $5000 less than KBB for my trade. Which had extremely low miles and is damn near mint Doesnt take a penny off their asking price, then has me putting $6000 cash down for a end payment that was only $300 per month more than I told them my max was. What a way to treat someone. Tip, be fair and dont try to hit a homerun thinking someone is stupid. Never would I buy from them, lost all respect with that treatment.
