Incompetence at its most. After two-months, 11 phone calls and the doctor sending orders five times we still do not have a CPAP machine. I will be calling corporate office as my 12th phone call and moving companies.

Hit or miss. Sometimes theyre really prompt and helpful. But if I had a dollar for every time Ive been in hold for 15+ minutes or have them drop the ball on a doctors order, Id be a Rockefeller.

My mother receives oxygen from this place and from the very beginning it has been complication after complication. They are never up to date on any of the billing! She is on the hardship slide AND they rarely get it through on time even though my mom gets the paperwork done wayyy before its due to be turned in... So there is always an issue every month with her bill! The last couple months they have taken over 300 bucks out of her account, when she is on the hardship slide so her balance should never be that high!!! But, they never have it right and my mother is on a fixed income and that is the rest of the money she has to by food an medications an Dr. Appointments... They have reimbursed her but they were rude an acted like they did nothing wrong and threatened the whole time about her not getting her money back!!!But this last week was just horrid!! They took out over 300 dollars out of her account again!!!! She called an they told her she was 34 dollars behind on her bill... And that they were going to cancel her oxygen at the end of the day and come get her oxygen, over 34 dollars late! Its not like she skipped a payment on a car an they come repossess it!!! Its how she survives and she pays faithfully every month... So she was scared all day they were going to come get it.... No one should ever have to feel like that... specially when she wasnt even in the wrong... Beware....

The delivery gentleman are very nice office staff is a little bit rude got AC pap I was told that I would be monitored and called within 2 days its been 2 weeks and nobodys monitored my C pap call 24 hours ago for them to come pick up my C pap and oxygen equipment and was told when I called back again that they dont respond within the next day when I was told that they would.

Very nice, helpful staff. 5 star company!
