Our experience with this business has been absolutely stellar! In March, I found the Casselberry Cabinets to Go store online and sent them an inquiry. Cathy responded right away with a very helpful email. Our job was very small, but it was important to us even if it wasn’t a huge order. The next day, I drove to the story and met Marvin, the store manager. He made the job of estimating what we might need, quick and easy to understand. After reviewing the options with my husband we came back in to place the order for two cabinets plus installation.Ryan took the order and offered to send the installer by to double check my measurements. Everything seemed to be on track but as with any project there was the usual glitch here and there. Marvin and his team managed all the quirks of this job with impressive attention to detail and patience.We couldn’t be happier with Cabinets to Go and our experience in helping us create a beautiful new pantry/laundry room!

When we decided to update our kitchen and bath, Ryan, the salesperson, was great to work with. We felt he understood what we wanted and was extremely helpful. We loved it because it was a one stop shop. We were able to get our cabinets, countertops, sink, and faucet. We couldnt wait to get started. When the measurements were taken a few changes needed to be made to the order. As the installers began to install, they noticed Ryan didnt make the appropriate changes. We were told the correct cabinets had to be ordered and we were put off a week. Ryan never contact us to even say sorry must less make it right. Once the cabinets were in, the installers kept pushing us off-they would schedule an appointment to finish and call the morning of and cancel. Cabinets were finally finished or so we thought. Unfortunately, things are still missing such as the cabinet inserts. Please be careful when using this company. Put everything in writing and hold them accountable. We made the mistake of being patient and trusting them.

I worked with Ryan at the Casselberry store and he was amazing from start to finish. He was very patient and understanding. Very knowledgeable with the product and made some suggestions that made the difference in overall outcome. My cabinets look amazing and for the price I think totally worth it. In regards to the installation... Bruno is the best! These 2 as a team can not be beat. I highly recommend Cabinets to go and Bruno for installation.

I agree with all the reviews with one 🌟, Im not going to get in any details because theres many to list and waste of my time, but I really want to remark wit one of the reviews in specific that Kathy seems to be bothered when you talk to her, Brian is a smart you know what and Marvin super sweet guy but have no clue on what his doing, doesnt give you detailed information about what you paying covers or not, then you gets in the mess to hire more people to finish up the job and end up paying even more. And I totally agree fast to get your cash and delay the get the job done. I have to say to be honest quality is #1. One more thing if you want the job done by specific time of the year you have to start the process wayyyy before because you have to be patient. Horrible experience. Good luck Cabinets To Go.

If you are interested in your kitchen cabinet project taking a year to complete, Cabinets To Go Casselberry is your company. The cabinet material is sub standard quality, if the cabinet you need is not in their USA warehouse then you wait for it to come by container from China. The customer sevice is the worst in the business. The Casselberry store Manager, is always treading water barely keeping his head above water with inconsistant follow up with customer (I had to always initiate phone call) and the lack of specific/clear communications/instruction with installer. Incorrect items were ordered (sink and cabinet base) which extended the wait time. Good luck trying to get on the Installers schedule if he has to return for repairs after the initial installation.

Save your time and find another vendor. The customer service depends on who you speak to at this store. Marvin seemed ok but Kathy was short and seemed very unhappy to have been bothered. Paid for the new cabinets and was told it would be two weeks for delivery. Some pieces were delivered as promised but to took escalating to corporate to get the rest, over three months later. Once we finally received the rest of the order it had defective parts and now we are going to have to wait even longer. This destroyed any semblance of an install timeline which made for one very fragmented kitchen and an extremely unhappy family. This store was quick to take our money but avoided taking any responsibility for the problems.

I walked in with my wife holding plans for our new kitchen. There were 2 sales reps helping other customers. We waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement that we were in the store. Not a we will be with you shortly or we are going to be about a half hour before we can help is that ok?So we left and as I was leaving one of the reps made eye contact with me and still didn’t say anything.To make matters worse as we were pulling out of the parking lot one of the other guests was walking out so they lost our business even though we would have been willing to wait...or even acknowledged.

Arrived at your location and I guess Kathy doesnt want to be bothered. Very RUDE 😠. I am not going to be purchasing cabinets for a good amount of money when youre customer service sucks from the get go. Damn, sorry to have bothered you

Marvin has gone above and beyond as a manager to insure we were happy customers! We had one cabinet delivered that was the wrong size and he went out of his way to make things right! kudos Marvin!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was greeted upon entering and was quickly assisted by Benjamin. Left there with a good idea of what my updated kitchen will look like at a very reasonable price.

Marvin was awesome!! He handled an order for my brother and was very patient with us and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back when I redo my house soon. Thanks again Marvin!!!

I recently decided to remodel my kitchen. Went into Cabinets to Go just to get an idea of styles and prices. Met and worked with Zai Aguilera. She was extremely professional and pleasant. Not only did I get ideas but I placed my order with her. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Bad experience with this Casselberry store. I sent over dimensions as requested for 3 wall cabinets and maybe new kitchen countertops and after emailing back and forth with sales consultant.... Never heard back...nothing. Cabinets To Go is a joke. Buyer Beware......zero stars.

No nothing that we were looking
