Used to love Wawa, but they recently doubled their prices on the self serve Coke machines! Im sorry but I am positive that theyre prices for syrup have not doubled! This is just a rip off! Ill happily take my business elsewhere! Its not like they are the only game in town!

I work close to this location and come by all the time. Never had a bad experience here but am I writing this review to highlight a very positive one. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and paid for it only to find out that they had run out. No big deal I just went to get a refund. The employees handled it gracefully as did the manager who processed the refund. They went out of their way to remedy an inconvenience which really wasnt a big deal in the first place but their efforts were very thoughtful. Thanks!!

Just purchased two gobbler bowls. Got home and neither came with the pictured cranberry sauce.One was supposed to have sweet potato the other was supposed to have mashed potato. One had sweet potato. The other had a half scoop of SWEET POTATO!Completely different color. For the person who ordered it was a completely inedible meal. It also looked like it was half the size of the other meal..I paid $7.00 for an incomplete and inedible meal.Its not like they had a lot of customers. 7.45 PM on a Tuesday night. A lot of staff though.

V is by far the best employee ever. He is always so nice when he greets his v customers. Always in a good mood it’s people like him that make my day better when I’m not in a good mood keep it up v 🙏🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Ordered a regular frozen cappuchino and the lady who made my drink made it too sweet and tasted nothing like a caffeine drink. It seems more like a vanilla milkshake. When I asked her she just gave me a blunt answer “ because it only has one shot of espresso!” This is not my first time ordering it so I know what it’s supposed to be but I didn’t want to argue because I needed to leave. I hate to leave a low star review because everyone there is super sweet and welcoming. I just hope they would take customers ‘opinions more seriously when they comment about their orders.

Most of the employees wearing masks wrong, with their nose exposed. Orders were not called out by number, someone took my order by mistake. I will not return to this Wawa, not as pristene as others nearby.

Was having a horrible experience with the Wawa app, Josh (supervisor? Manager?) completely turned the experience around, he knows real customer service. Just got lunch there and was served with a smile from Josh.

The signs said open 9/12/19. We came 12:05am on 9/12/19 the doors were unlocked people were working and we got yelled at by the lady saying we dont open till tomorrow, but it was tomorrow. It would have been fine if they still werent open but she was mean about it.

Great establishment, unless youre homeless!My spouse and I loved stopping for coffee at this location. Nice, clean place, friendly atmosphere, really great coffee. When we became homeless recently, we made a habit of sitting down on the ground near the power outlet on the side of the building, and charging our phones for an hour or so before going on our way. Wed get coffee if we had the money, or stop in for some water if we didnt. The first night we started coming to Wawa, I admit we made two mistakes: the first one was that I was smoking near the tables. There are no smoking signs on the tables, but since we werent sitting at a table, and were a distance away from them, I thought it was ok. When an employee told me not to smoke near the tables, I complied and smoked at the curb near the loading dock where I saw employees smoking. Mistake number two was briefly putting up our homeless sign; when the employee came to tell me to not smoke, she also mentioned the sign had to go, and we immediately complied. Other than that one instance that first night, we received no complaints from employees; we kept to ourselves, charged our things, and left. Never made a mess or drew attention to ourselves.Cut to last night, when we had the police called on us. Apparently the manager on duty told the officer I had been repeatedly smoking at one of the tables on the patio, after being told not to. This was an out-and-out lie. After talking to us, even the officer was confused as to why we were being trespassed. I have a feeling my spouse and I were being targeted for being homeless; I guess two people with two book bags sitting by an outlet near the back of the building ruins the class of the establishment!

I’m just confused as to why the manager at 11:22 PM Tuesday says “they can’t give gas or cigrattes prices over the phone” hahahahaha so confused

I dont know what kind of whiny Karens are hating on this place, but best wawa in a 50 miles radius. Even transferred in the best employee from nearby wawa.
