Huge selection! Well organized. Prices are fantastic. I will definitely return frequently. Its a really well done thrift store. Good signage on the racks. And tons of housewares! Neat place.

Large store, great selection of merchandise from clothing, DVDs, and housewares. I really liked that clothing and DVDs were color coated made finding things so much easier. Only downside was expecting thrift store pricing and not Good Will/Salvation Army pricing or higher.

As far as thrift shops go this is a nice place. Very large store that offers a lot of items. The racks are very well organized. They have multiple dressing rooms. The prices seem fair. The store it self was neat and clean. Staff kinda keeps to them selfs not really friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great prices, large variety of stuff, pretty good quality!The prices are better than Ross which was my go to thrift store but I would consider this better.Biggest issue? I dont think they sanitized enough if they sanitized at all. People were going in and our of dressing rooms with not enough sanitizing! Probably since it seems like they have around about 4 employees there- if they have more they all seemed busy with other stuff.During Covid Times, cleanliness is not a joke.Be careful you guys.One star off for this reason. Great please otherwise. Things are on average $6-8.

Great thrift store if you find things on sale! All the clothes were clean and nice with no holes or stains. They recognize quality, so nice things are priced higher..They have a rewards program, so I will definitely be back again! Happy to find this place

I just started coming to this thrift store but I love it so much! I was able to find an amazing pair of mom jeans in one of my favorite brands & my exact size for only $5!!! (originally $10 but 50% off that week). The clothes sections are nicely organized and this store is huge so you can definitely spend a lot of time here. If you’re looking for a new thrift store to go to besides goodwill, I would recommend this place!

The manager that was working today on August 31st at 6:03 p.m. was very rude has no customer service profession whatsoever my friend is partially handicapped and cant stand a long. Of time and she was standing on the side and he was very rude and told her the line was in the aisle and she was trying to explain to him that there is somebody shopping she couldnt go around and he wanted to stand there and argue with her I dont appreciate that both times we have come in here in the past they have been very rude

First and foremost: Your responses to reviews here are appalling. If there was an issue with a guest, that information does not need to be publicly shared in your response for the sake of trying to shame or humiliate them. Several responses to people leaving low ratings have been condescending (including the response to this very review) and only make it easier to believe the concerns from guests about being mistreated in your stores.Comically overpriced for a thrift store -- and apparently this concern means I was simply shopping in the wrong section, lol. Yikes. Dropped to 1* now.When a skirt that retails for $25 new is still $12 used, and books are largely separately priced at $5+ (found a series, all three were $6, they retail for $10 brand new at most bookstores/big box stores), its hard to take the prices seriously. I used to frequent this store when it first opened, but prices have steadily risen over the years. Guests shouldnt have to depend on the half-off color of the week in order for a used item to be a reasonable price. The boutique department mentioned in their reply is even more laughable. Just last week I saw several bags, all very clearly used of course, on sale for $50+, when they only retail for maybe $80 brand new. These are used, worn, sometimes damaged items. They shouldnt be priced as though they were simply on the sale rack at the original retailer new with tags.

I came in at the right time!! They had deals galore (at the time I came in kinda posting late) but it was my first time and I brought home lots of clothes. And i got a rewards card too!!

I loved the selection of clothing and bags. I get brand name stuff is expensive, but I felt that brand name stuff was definitely marked too high for a thrift store. Everyone was nice though and it was well organized. I really liked it.

This place has some great finds. Some of the prices are a little high for a thrift store, but I was still able to find a few solid items at good prices.

They have nice things. I didnt like that they dont do any returns or exchanges. They also arent online. I predict theyll be out of business in 5-10years if they dont make changes.

Ridiculous prices. Ross/Marshalls carry alot of the same brands entirely new for less! Smart shoppers wont shop here. Organized completely inefficiently. To give an idea: instead of being categorized by subject or even fiction vs. non-fiction, the books section is organized by color of the book cover! 🤣

This place has some CUTE things. I almost dont want to give it a review because then other people will find out about it, but I want successful businesses to thrive! This place is affordable, current, and safe!

The selection here was great. Only thing we didnt like was the stagnant water smell. Low key glad for masks because I have a mold allergy.

I’ve only been to this place once, and found some nice stuff with my sisters, workers were cool too. But as I was reading along I noticed a few Republicans in the reviews, complaining about having to wear a mask. Y’all need to see that this is a safety regulation, not being controlled by the government. Also, these people are trying to keep their businesses in tact in order to make an income on an economic system you all claim to support. The world doesn’t revolve around you and your Facebook group Linda.

This store was clean, organized, and had a great selection! The prices were also very reasonable, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it was pretty warm inside the store, so I couldnt shop around for too long.

I rarely post reviews but I was there today at the store and not only the store is nearly organized, but they’re also making sure people are safe, hand sanitizer everywhere and employees are readily available and super nice. I cant believe how there’s people giving this store a bad review just because they were not allowed to shop without a mask. It is a county ordinance and they’re looking out for everyone’s health! Will definitely shop here again.

I drove over 100 miles for a shopping trip in Orlando and went to several thrift stores including this one. This was the only one that refused me for not having a mask, even after informing that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. They dont offer masks, nor do they even have them for sale. Every other retail store Ive been to either provides one or has them for sale. I understand they are trying to follow the county order, but if they are going to require everyone to wear a mask, they should at least have some for sale and they cant refuse service over medical conditions, thats in the county order. So if you dont have a mask, dont bother coming here.

Love this location and great thrift finds. Never disappoints. I have shopped here even when I was in high school but it was called a different name twenty years ago. Favorite!

Just walked through the door and was not given that warm fuzzy feeling upon entering. I was informed either put a mask on or leave. I left and will never return. It is not state law that I wear one. In fact if someone comes in your store and has it and they touch anything your store is now infected. No mask is going to stop the spread in this case. The unsuspecting person who now touches that item is at risk. Sorry but you have violated my freedom of choice and I will never enter your store or stores again and it was my first and last time there.

Id just like to say that whenever someone criticizes this shop the person whos answering these messages from customers says that the person had children playing in the glassware and that there kids almost got hit with someone elses cart i highly doubt the same thing happened to multiple people this is disgusting

Edit: it is NOT in the CDC guidelines that wearing a mask is MANDATORY. That is simply false. Will think twice about coming back even after this is over. I havent worn a mask at all and have been living as usual this entire time, going outside and shopping, and have not once been kicked out of a store because of it. Its the right of a business to deny service as they see fit but I do not agree with this particular policy.

I have loved omg! thrift for years!! They have such a large selection of things and I honestly love that they are making sure they are keeping their environment safe during this crazy era of COVID-19.I’m sorry about all the anti-maskers trashing ya’ll! As someone who is immunocompromised and always on a budget, I appreciate that I can feel safe while shopping in your store, while also not breaking the bank.This is by far my favorite thrift store in Orlando.

Never has what I want, but somehow always seems to have what I need. I go in for sure, I find a bag. I go in just to look around, I leave with a brand new wardrobe. I love this place. Always ask which tag color is on sale, they can go as high as 75% off.

Always newer clothes there, I love that this thrift shop is more geared towards younger people. Theres a good mix of vintage clothes and then brands like Forever 21, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger etc. Their point program is awesome and has saved me tons of money and everything is super decently priced!

The absolute BEST thrift store in the Orlando area. Cheap prices. Great finds. Typically spend about 2 hours shopping here. Find name brand or stylish clothing.. Housewares.. Etc.. They have a cool rewards system that will earn you dollars off. Friendly staff. No returns so love what you buy before you purchase it!

Management was unaware of ADA laws and made me carry my PTSD service dog, other than that, great experience.

There is a section for high end fashion. $50.00 due to name brands, however other sections sold as normal thrift prices. Friendly faces and helpful.

I always tell myself Im not gonna buy anything, but, I always do. There are a lot of of things that just stand out! Huge clothing selection and prices are better than Goodwill. A lot of stuff still has the original tags on it and tons of items still in original packaging!

It was terrible the Manager kicked us out for no reason and was stalking us like we were criminals terrible service too I recommend to not go there at all because some items are way too expensive and the manager kept stalking us like there is a small bottle of hand sanitizer for four bucks {pls dont lie you are lying about what happened you were harassing us

Incredible store! I saw staff members everywhere ready to help people, the cashier was friendly and helpful, and their stock of clothes is enormous. They have the variety and quality of a good outlet store, with the prices of a true thrift store. It might be the only place I buy clothes from ever again!

Nice lil place to look for some thrifted items. Some things were insanely expensive for being a thrift store & I wasn’t even looking in the boutique or high end section but aside from that, I did find some good things.

Omg! thrift is absolutely the best thrift store in Central Florida! Its technically the best thrift store Ive ever shopped. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Their inventory is huge, which is important for me as a single mother - its a one-stop shopping destination. In addition to a huge showroom of clothing, they have lots of toys, housewares, books, and odds and ends. I have shopped there since it was Thriftko, moved for a few years, came back and they had changed over to omg! thrift. Their rewards program is really awesome too.

Always clean and the hours are perfect for the working mom. there is always a great selection of clothing, but if you are looking for something other than clothes, you will be disappointed. They arent the cheapest thrift store around but Ive never found a piece of clothing that wasnt in decent condition. Staff is friendly and polite.

I go to thrift stores all across the country and this thrift store has to be one of the most overpriced shops I have ever been too. It seems they search online for the price it is going for and rise theirs $10 more. Pretty sad for a thrift store. This used to a affordable spot 15 years ago. There are a bunch of good thrift stores in the area.

Staff was very friendly. They made me feel like I was shopping in the mall. Love the random sales on top of it all also. I felt so comfortable there that I look forward to visiting again this weekend. Cant wait to see what I find next!

Biggest, cleanest and most organized thrift store Ive ever been to! Ive gone a few times and it never disappoints! Last weekend I left with several Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren and Talbot tops and pants (7 pieces total) in addition to one pair of Michael Kors shoes, one pair of A.S.H. brand new boots (retails at $195) and a pair of black flats. You. Must. Check. It. Out.

Do not let the negative reviews deter you. I found several outfits at fair and reasonable prices. The staff were polite and accommodating. Maybe past customers were just rude. ☺️

Came from Georgia to Orlando to visit my mother. Went to omg! Thrift to find a pair of cute shorts for a boat outing. Went to try on, an employee let me in with my two toddlers in the cart. During that time I had an employee banging the door down to tell me to take the cart out. 1. I am naked and I told them this. 2. I have to take both my kids out of the cart to even give them their cart back. Realistically, what is a mom to do with two kids while she is trying to try on clothes at a store? I have been to many thrift stores in my area and have never been harassed like this before. During the time it took my to try on a pair of shorts they had banged on the door 3 times! Each time I responded letting them know I was naked and was working on giving them their cart. Hospitality is what makes a business and your employees have none! I walked out not spending a penny at this store. Very rude and embarrassing!

I really love this place but I emailed them with a concern that I bought 2 items that were counterfeit and no one ever responded to my emails. I know it is hard to tell sometimes when things are not real but if they are not AUTHENTIC they should not be placed on the Boutique section nor priced as if they were AUTHENTIC items so I was disappointed. Other then that I really like the place and I think when they have sales they are very good to shop at. This wont stop me from going back but they just need to be more carfeul when placing their items.

Terrible I was looking around near the glass section for a teapot or a shot glass and came up to us and said please don’t touch that you’re gonna break it or steal it and I am a latino and she kept on looking at me

Part of the thrill of thrifting for camera gear is finding bargain deals, but I can find cameras on eBay in much better condition for the same or less than what omg prices at.

I love their clothes and love how it was organized. Only complaint is that I found a bunch of purses one day and got to the register to find that the purses and home items do not receive the discount according to the color of the day. It only applies to clothing only. Which should have been explained on the board. Please change that. Goodwill allows all items to be discounted including home decor items and books with whatever color they have for the day.

Perfect name for this place. When you look at the tags you literally say omg. So overpriced so so dirty and very unorganized and gross. Prices definitely do not reflect the value. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing, I asked an employee on the floor and question and she said “I don’t know why don’t you find out for yourself” And everyone seems color blind to the color of the week. Worst thrift store in Orlando.

You should immediately talk to whoever does pricing and see if they are mentally stable because the prices here are insane for a thrift store. $200 for a used guitar hero guitar, $80 for a VCR, $20 for a gap shirt. Either take the word “thrift” off the store title, or start pricing like an actual thrift store. Or put a question mark at the end. OMG Thrift?

OMG! Worst thrift prices EVER!We are huge treasure hunters seeking far and wide across Florida. Weve never given a bad review, until now. This place is big but not in an elite or wealthy neighborhood. I had a few things (reasonably priced) in my basket, after about 20 min of really looking.. I started getting furious. Then my daughter came to me with a book she really wanted.. $10?Amazon - $6!My other daughter handed me some old ratty jeans 19.99 (No brand) ???????A BABIES DRESS....39.99 (Not special) ??????A Magic jersey 35.00... Grrrrr.Dropped the few items I had...BYE! Never going back. Ridiculous!

Like most thrift stores now a days, the prices are a bit high on certain things in their case it is pots, pans and baking cookware. It also bothers me when thrift stores receive items in, that are in poor condition and they still put them out to be sold. The employees are always very kind and helpful.

Very friendly girls work there. Big comfortable space. Well organized lines. This is my favorite thrift store.

This is the worst experience i have ever had in a store. My son wanted to purchase 7 hats that he liked and they did not sell me them because they did not know the price. My 9 year old son was destroyed and they did not even try to help. I will definitely tell everybody i know about what this store in Casselberry fl. Did to a paying customer.

Well above average thrift store. HUGE selection and friendly staff. Blows all Goodwills and similar thrift stores out of the water. Be careful and keep track of time because you will spend longer than you think in this store. 😅Not the lowest prices but this is most likely due to the large space that they occupy, so it is understandable.

If I could I would put zero stars terrible service and the manager is so mean and stalked us like we were doing something wrong send way too expensive it was a small ornament for four dollars and there was another small tree ornament there for $4 but someone took it

First of all, this store does not pay for any of their inventory, yet is a for-profit organization. Thats right, they get all their stuff for free from people that donate items thinking theyre going to charity, only to resell them for 100% profit at prices that are often way too expensive for thrift store items. I asked a clerk about bringing in some used items and her exact words were, we only take donations. I asked some questions to confirm, and she said yes, people bring donated items and they then re-sell them. They do not pay people for inventory or even give consignment commissions like thrift stores generally do. With all the other resale stores in Orlando and online, dont waste your time here. Literally anywhere is better for what you pay, and at least youll be dealing with an ethical business model. Its one thing if the business is a charity, but I dont think for-profit businesses should sell for profit things they arent willing to pay their inventory sources to acquire.

I love this place. Their boutique section is awesome and fairly priced. I bought Chanel pants and a Dior blazer and I love them.

I go to omg thrift about once a week! They have a huge variety and they do different sales throughout the week that make prices even better. I have never had a bad interaction with a worker, they have always been helpful and nice! They also have a reward program. Yes, there are times where I don’t find anything but that’s thrifting.

I use to like this store but its changed. The prices have skyrocketed. They get you to sign up for a reward card that never works. I keep giving my info to fix it and nothing so its pointless to have one. This Tara is never helpful when asked about and is always condescending. Why is she the only one i can talk to you about it? Why have only 1 person who can do her job? What use to be a great place is now a bad shopping experience. Never going back

Record buyer beware! They take decent but common records from the regular stacks and stick them behind the registers marked up a 1000%. Theyre attempting to sell a common Prince record for $200 and George Carlin for $50 etc. This is not logical.

I am a hardcore thrift shopper and this is, hands down, the most overpriced thrift store Ive ever been to--including the Goodwill Boutiques. I skimmed through the long wall of two crammed rows of mens t shirts, and found a total of three that were priced under $4. For t shirts. It is also worth noting that this is not a charity or nonprofit organization. They buy clothes from nonprofits and sell it at an upcharge for you, but they have the same proportions of trash to treasure as any goodwill in the area. You are paying consignment boutique prices for a thrift store experience. Save your money and go to the boys and girls club thrift store down the road.

Best store ever for clothes

The place isnt well organized or staffed. The clothes are shelved randomly even though there are sizes marked on the racks. Its going to take you a lot of time to find what youre looking for. And make sure theres no missing buttons, holes etc because theres no returns. Not sure who accepts the clothes but they put out clothes that are missing buttons & have holes in pockets. If you have to get a cheap pair of pants or shirt youll find it. It just takes time.

Im a tabletop miniatures hobbyist, and for me OMG! Thrifts toys and knickknacks are a treasure trove of bits for kit-bashing terrain projects. As is not uncommon at thrift stores, sometimes things are a bit overpriced ($5 grab bag for 5 dinged-up Hot Wheels cars, when I can get *brand-new* ones at the Dollar Store two doors down for $1 each), but every now and again Ill find an amazing bargain -- and this store turns over its stock frequently enough that its worth a weekly visit to roll the dice and see what turns up each time.Oh yeah, and theyve got a pretty big selection of clothes, too, and every time Wendy has tagged along, shes found something interesting. :)My only complaint particular to this location (and the same applies to all the stores at this particular strip mall) would be that during the Florida summer months, the AC struggles to keep up with the heat, which discourages staying to browse for very long. (But then, hey, maybe thats actually a good thing to encourage me to make more efficient use of my time. ;) )Anyway, this stands out for me among the local thrift stores as a worthwhile stop for Orlando-area bargain-hunting.

I literally stood awestruck when I opened the door, I did not expected it to be so big. They have a wide array of literally everything the mind can imagine. It was all incredibly well organized according to color and by size. My one gripe is the fact that you have to pay for each shoe individually which I found kind of odd as who wants to buy just one shoe?

I was in love with this store when it first opened. The prices were amazing, staff was friendly. However, prices are insane now!! Clothes with stains for 9.99?! kids shorts for $15 that are USED?! And for the little spanish girl that works there... Somebody needs to put her in her place. I cant even look through my cart to make a final decision on what im going to buy without her standing there watching me the whole time, then following me through the store. If youre that worried about people stealing, theres other ways to go about that. I was coming a few times a week here, but now... not sure if ill go back. Lower your prices, seriously. Youll make more money, people will buy more.

Overpriced clothes and rude management.

I think that if it’s such a hassle for staff to unlock dressing rooms, you should just leave them unlocked. I was in today to look for jeans. Waited patiently to try them on. When a dressing room opened I wasn’t quick enough to grab the door, so stood near the door and waited for one of the two employees to unlock it. Both ladies looked at me, then went back to sorting clothes. After a little while one turned back to me, rolled her eyes, pointed to a spot behind her, and said “The line is THERE.” I was the only person waiting for a room.Is it necessary to be so rude? I’m sorry that you don’t want to work here, but please don’t take it out on me. I shop here often and it’s a good store, I want to leave a good review next time.
