Last Friday, my car battery died while I was on a construction site for a walk-through. I walked over to Auto Zone to purchase a new battery. Jake helped me to purchase the correct battery. Then, something totally unexpected happened! Jake offered to assist me back to my car and installed the new battery for me. Ive never replaced a battery on my own, so I was super thankful to have some help. Thanks so much to Jake for getting me through a rough day!

I am from out of town and needed to get my car cleaned up after traveling up to Colorado. I was looking for something to clean my windows, dash board and my leather seats.I previously had gotten a product that did an awful job on my windows at an Auto Zone in my home state of Texas. So I was looking at products when I arrived at this store and a very nice young lady came up to me to offer help in finding things. I told her of my experience with such said product last time and she quickly was able to recommend another product and that it was not only a good price but it was a very popular product amongst her customers. I took a shot at it. (BTW she was right. The product did a wonderful job on my windows!!!)I was very impressed by her friendly customer service and knowledge of products and being able to help me. I know this sounds gender bias but she also made me feel that she was explaining a product to me and not like I didnt know what I was doing or made me feel inferior. (I honestly didnt know what product to get so in reality I didnt know 😁) I really appreciated her help and realizing I needed help and not waiting on me to ask. It was very refreshing to have such great customer service. I really wish I knew her name but she had pink hair and it looked great on her. Hopefully her boss will see this review. She definitely deserves a job well done.I will definitely be back if I need anything here and highly recommend this Auto Zone in Castle Rock, CO!

KUDOS to the store manager at this location. Not only did he save me over $300 on my Land Rover battery (compared to dealer and nearby autoshops), he installed it for me in 15 minutes or less. A superbly professional and friendly crew. Thank you.

This place is typical of any parts store anymore. If they cant look it up in the computer the part doesnt exist. Even though I had the part in my hand. If they would pay employees more they could get some decent help. I ended up finding the part myself, at that store,

We ordered a part on Wednesday. The employee said it would be here Friday. My husband went on Saturday to pick up this part. And it was never ordered.Whoever dropped the ball at AutoZone seriously screwed us up. My husband and I both will have to miss a day of work due to someones complete incompetencee.Never stepping a foot into AutoZone again.

Since this store first opened, I have purchased everything from motorcycle batteries to washer fluid. Its rare that they dont have what I need and products are easy to find. The folks working there have always been friendly, responsive, and helpful. Its not the closest parts store to me, but it is my favorite.

Gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and remained helpful as we tried multiple belts until finally finding something that worked for my RV, I had to bypass air pump so nothing the computer could help with just trial and error and he never quit being helpful and respectful. I dont remember his name, but nice younger gentlemen. Thank you!

I went to Auto Zone for a new battery. Despite how busy the store was, I was taken care of quickly. They even installed my battery within 15 minutes of entering the store. Employees were friendly and calm despite busyness and technical glitches with their credit card reader.

Besides Andraes cussing the f word at me for picking up another radiator because the last one was faulty Nick, Dan and Carisa really helped me out with my girlfriends radiator. I couldnt of got the job done without their expertise. Thank you guys!

Ive visited twice, once for a curbside pickup (which took a bit longer than Id like, but nevertheless was successful) and once for wiper blades. The staff were very helpful, even installing the blades for me. I chose one of the cheaper sets and they didnt try to upsell me.

Here in castle rock they have been very patient with me when I get parts, even if Im a female.

I went in to the shop at 313 Wilcox in Castle Rock, CO to have a free check engine light diagnosed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Nick treated me like I owned the company! He explained thoroughly what the problem was, that he could have the $30.00 part for me by tomorrow, gave me a printed report for the mechanic and didnt pressure me to buy something. Superb! I am definitely coming back and giving them all my business for our 3 vehicles.

Had a mishap with a wiper blade on the highway, stopped in to get a few more and they did not hesitate to look up my wiper size and point me in the right direction, great people!

Less than impressed with my experience but unfortunately auto parts stores arent typically enjoyable store visits. You have a vehicle that needs repair, the employee helping you typically isnt paid well and has little to no real world experience in the parts they look up and they dont know much about the actual application of these parts.That being said I called and asked if they had a part, the parts came in 2 sizes, I was very clear with what size I needed, when I picked it up they gave me the wrong one. Went back and they made it right but these careless mistakes seem to happen regularly at these stores.

Went in asking for a serpentine belt tool, and they tried to sell me a breaker bar. They initially said they didnt have either a rental or a tool to buy. They actually had both. They also started to explain to me how to use a breaker bar to do it. The breaker bar does usually work, but I have very limited space to work with, which makes the serpentine belt tool a better choice. Please just listen to customers next time. I could have found what I needed faster myself.

Used to work for them, Jason was great help for me when I called and he put the headlight in for my 93 Merc Sable at time of purchase. Cant beat that in this day and age enjoyed joking about my car with him

Wasnt real happy with device here. Had to find out for myself that I needed to get something from dealership. Most times someone is able to tell me about that instead of making me make three trips and still having to figure it out myself.

The staff at this store is very service oriented, which makes this a go-to store for auto parts in Castle Rock.

They sold me the wrong oil filter. Drained my oil new filter they sold me didnt fit. When I called them they said it was my fault.

Another great experience at a different autozone. My usual shop is in San Tan, Arizona.I experienced the same helpful and knowledgeable service I have come to expect from this company. Extremely friendly employees who greeted me the moment I entered the store and they actually offered to replace my battery for me. And we had a great conversation the whole time he was doing it.

This company is the best, they always go above and beyond! Brandon in Castle Rock helped me get my battery replaced and also listened to make sure there wasnt anything else happening that I would need to get checked out, Im just really thankful for their kindness and customer service! Would highly recommend them!

Paid over $60 for oil and a filter that should only cost me $40. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, but some dont know what Im talking about when I go in and ask for engine assembly lube. Just drive for 5 more minutes and go to Napa.

If your mechanically inclined, this is my favorite shop for car, truck, or tractor parts. If they arent in stock, they usually have the parts for you within 24 hours. They turn through staff pretty quick, but they are usually all really nice.

Purchased brand new wipers for my car and the clerk installed for me. Morning of last big snowstorm one of said wipers was completely missing! Sooo, back I went to purchase another wiper. We were on our way to an Avalanche game in Denver, as it got dark we turned on the headlights and could tell one was out. We pulled into autozone and bought a pair of bulbs, the guy working helped us for 9ver an hour as most of the front of the car had to be disassembled to install the bulb on the 2012 Suzuki kaza,It was unbelievable..
