One of my favorite stores in Castle Rock! Joe, Gina and Kelly are always friendly and ready to talk books. Their recommendations are top notch. I have not been disappointed. Despite being a small bookstore, they can get any book for you within a week. They even make an effort to find a used one if you’re trying to save money. I’ve also found new releases at Sudden Fiction on the day they came out.

I havent been to a bookstore in years, let alone bought a book. But just let me say this bookstore is everything! Rustic, quirky, eclectic, all the things a bookstore should be. The owners are friendly and enthusiastic to chat about any of the books they carry. If you are a book lover, run dont walk to this place! And while you are there order the lavender coffee...you wont regret it, trust me!

Great selection and amazing staff. We had a wonderful experience. The staff/owners were extremely knowledgeable on pretty much any book and took the time to guide us. For a smaller bookstore, they had an amazing selection. We purchased a number of interesting books. Next time we will try out their espresso/coffee bar and stay longer. Very cute local bookstore! They have a childrens section . Comfy chairs and Cafe. They are located on this cute building with multiple floors and themes.

The store has a great selection, fantastic prices, and the best staff. They are always helpful and they are always helping me get the books I need as quick as possible. This is my favorite bookstore by far and one of the few gleaming stars of 2020. Best new addition to Castle Rock and a cornerstone of the city for years to come.

This place is beyond amazing! I’ve visited several times and yesterday I took my son with me to pick out some books. They have a big variety of books and constantly getting new ones! They constantly have great recommendations for me and my son! I found a great deal on a book I’ve been wanting forever and also got a book from a local author and I’m half way through it! Looks like I need to go back for the second! From now on I will always get my books from here!

Gina and staff are amazing! So knowledgeable and have a great selection of both new and used books!

This bookstore is a hidden gem and makes good use of such a small space. If I lived closer, I would definitely be making more frequent visits. The selections are great, good prices, friendly service, and fun events. All in all, 5 stars! Please support this local business.

When I placed my order I made a couple mistakes, I ordered the wrong book and put the wrong address for the recipient. When I realized my mistake they fixed it right away and the communication with them was quick and friendly. So glad I ordered from a local bookstore.

Owners are very helpful and go out of their way to get the right books for you! I always go in looking for one book and come home with 10...they always have the books that have been on my to read list and then some :)
