Loved this store, however, it is no longer at the Castle Rock outlet stores. I like their shoes.

Coming here 3rd time in 3 months. This place is getting so popular for my family that it is now our favorite shopping destination. Even for few things we come here all the way from Pueblo. What else do I need to mention..

Awesome customer service. We are lucky to have a Bass store in Colorado. Only recently I found out that Bass created the original Weejuns worn by JFK and Michael Jackson. They also have your dressy oxfords and casual boaters! And no I don’t own a boat and am not from Maine but I still rock em in the mile high.

I purchased a pair of shoes here, wore them no longer then twenty minutes walking. They tore the back of my heals up. When I took them back, explained I wore them for a few minutes, they would not do the return on their own brand of shoe. Way to stand by your product Bass factory. I could have just lied told the rep. I didnt wear them and returned them because they look brand new. How frustrating, I will never give this company another dollar.So if youre interested in a black pair of womens gym shoe, size 9, they are now half off on the marketplace.
